Ceci est une propriété communautaire fermée exclusive sur 40 hectares privés. Vous avez deux options: la première consiste à louer le séjour de luxe à court terme dans le rez-de-jardin de 2400 pieds carrés ou la deuxième option de louer la maison entièrement construite sur mesure de 5000 pieds carrés. Le rez-de-jardin est composé de trois chambres, deux reines et un roi, une salle de bain complète et une buanderie au rez-de-jardin. Grand espace de vie / loisirs ouvert avec télévision grand écran, télévision directe, Internet, bar d’ordinateur pour utiliser / charger un ordinateur portable et un téléphone, table de billard, juke box, réfrigérateur et terrasse. Salle abondante pour se réunir, jouer à des jeux ou simplement se détendre. Pas de poêle ou de cuisine à l'intérieur, mais seulement un court trajet en voiture du centre-ville de Woodland Park, des restaurants, des divertissements et des loisirs.
Le niveau supérieur est indiqué sur ce site comme étant le The Lazy D Ranch, une surface habitable supplémentaire de 2500 pieds carrés comprenant une cuisine personnalisée, une table à manger, un salon avec foyer au gaz, une salle de foyer, une terrasse couverte avec foyer au gaz, une grande vue sur Pikes Peak Sur le pont, le niveau supérieur comprend une très grande chambre des maîtres, un lit king-size avec cheminée, une spacieuse salle de bain avec baignoire à jets, une douche double, un sol chauffant et un porte-serviettes. Cette maison a été construite en 2015. Il offre certaines des vues les plus magnifiques sur Pikes Peak. Cette maison est située sur 40 hectares très privés au sein d'une communauté fermée. Les activités de plein air dans la région comprennent les visites du Pike Peak, la randonnée pédestre et à cheval, les parcs nationaux et régionaux et la communauté de joueurs historiques et de mines d’or de Cripple Creek. Royal Gorge et le rafting en eau vive à quelques minutes en voiture. Une faune abondante est souvent vue sur la propriété, très bien située pour profiter du changement des trembles, à 150 km du domaine skiable, près de Colorado Springs et de l'Air Force Academy. Excellent location

The property was great, and in a great location to all the activities that we wanted to enjoy. Great place for larger group of people. Not as private since you are staying in someones home who lives there. All in all a great place to stay.

Our stay was perfect - the property was gorgeous and Don's hospitality was unmatched. He gave us great recommendations and even let my daughter feed the horses. It was clean, spacious and the view was beautiful. Couldn't recommend this property more!

Phenomenal Vacation Getaway

The location of the Lazy D Ranch was extraordinary for the views and quick ease of driving to and from stores and activities while staying in an area of such solitude and peace. The view of Pikes Peak was front and center, and an extraordinary opportunity to wake up to each morning, one which not many others may ever experience. We felt so lucky each day with the beauty of our surroundings. The downstairs area was comfortable and very clean, and we enjoyed the pool table and jukebox. The small kitchen was also equipped with all we could have needed during our stay. Don, our host was such a warm and welcoming person, and we enjoyed seeing him and visiting him each day. We were so amazed that the elk herd of nearly 100 appeared several days right in the front yard, and we had a first hand view that again, was priceless and extraordinary. We highly recommend The Lazy D for anyone who could use a stay filled with natural beauty and quiet in the shadow of Pike's Peak, forest, wildlife and convenient still to parks, activities, and grocery stores. We hope to return in the summer as well as next aspen season.

Beautiful property, relaxing stay

We absolutely loved this property. The only issue was we didn't have enough time there. Don the owner was very friendly, helpful and even showed us around the property on his ATV. Although we didn't see any elk, we did get to pet the horses and feed them. Our teenage daughter spent a lot of time outside practicing her photography skills on the horses and landscape. When we did have time to relax, we sat outside taking in the beautiful mountain views of Pike's Peak. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was fun to use the pool table and juke box. The kitchen was well equipped to cook breakfasts and we used the BBQ one night for dinner. If you are looking for a place to hang out as a family and spend some time in the Divide/Woodland Park/Colorado Springs area, this place would be perfect to you. Thanks again Don, we truly enjoyed our stay and hope to make it back there again.

Amazing Stay

Don is an amazing host. The house is beautiful and stocked with everything you need. The views of Pikes Peak are breathtaking and watching the Elk in the nearby field is wonderful. This is a fabulous place outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Could not have asked for anything better.

Woodland Park/Divide CO

When I came across this VRBO location, saw the pictures and reviews, I thought this was too good to be true. Without a doubt, Don Doty's Lazy D Ranch exceed our expectations! Everything in living area was first class...pool table, juke box, TV, bedrooms, kitchen, etc. The check-in was easy as Don met us on site with his dog Bourbon. FYI...Bourbon loves to fetch his duck toy. The ranch is located in a beautiful, secluded area with an awesome view of Pikes Peak. The pictures don't lie. We were fortunate to see the first baby elk calf with its mother in the meadow outside of the house. In regards to Don, he is an excellent host, personable and we enjoyed our conversations. If you are looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend the Lazy D Ranch!

Perfect family mountain getaway

My family and I spent a weekend at this property hoping to escape from all the snow from the snow storm. Initially we were very disappointed to find more snow in the town, but the minute drove up the property and parked in the visitor parking spot we knew this vacation was going to be perfect. The property has a wonderful view of mountains. The place much better than what the photos. Don was truly an amazing host, let us into the lower level of the property, showed us the property. Since he lives on the property, he was always available if we had any questions. The property was very clean, very thoroughly gone through the check in process. It has juke box which the kids totally loved, there was a pool table too which we didn't get a chance to play. The only thing that we missed is a stove, but we got our food. So storing and heating it up was no problem. There were lot of plates and cutlery, a microwave and a coffee machine. The rooms were very comfortable, 2 of the rooms had view of the mountain, we spent some time star gazing. Don gave us some suggestions to the near by attractions. This place is at a convenient distance from all the attractions Garden of the gods, Cheyenne mountain zoo, Dinosaur museum, Manitou Springs.. and many more. Don cares a lot about the property and his guest. This is a beautiful private property and definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to spend some quality with family and friends. This will be even better during summer with summer activities, we will definitely go back there.

#1 rental I’ve ever stayed at

A work/fun trip after a wedding in Denver brought us to the Lazy D Ranch. I was slightly hesitant looking at the location since we wanted to be able to work and be close enough to Co Springs for Garden if the Gods, all concerns faded once I pulled in. Elk in the pasture,a huge private area and three bathrooms, a juke box with killer music, I was blown away by Don’s hospitality. The place was cleaner than most 4-5 star hotels covid precautions were taken. I highly recommend bending Don’s ear if you so wish, he’s an amazing host. The land is beautiful. Aspens and Pines with a view of the mountains made coming back to Austin very difficult. WiFi was good for my job and I imagine most. My GF had some difficulty at the very end uploading work but I doubt many will need the juice she does for her occupation. work should also be a secondary concern while out here it’s just too amazing to be staring at a screen. I’ve already recommended this spot and will be back!

Heavenly Getaway!!!

Very easy and simplistic check in with Mr. Doty. He answered on every call, answered every question and gave spot on directions to the property. The listed pictures are amazing but to see this place in person is the real treat. All the ammenitites were amazing. To have such a large place to myself, a jukebox, pool table large comfy seating area and the views of the mountains was amazing. Mr. Doty is a wonderful host and I offered him to eat dinner of fresh rainbow trout, I caught at 11 mile Reservoir and steaks but unfortunately he had already eaten but he was gracious enough to come down and play several games of pool and great conversation. He is cautious about giving you privacy but still very engaging. A true man's man and the place almost felt like a man's cave paradise but still very elegant in the three bedrooms and bathroom. I will be coming back to rent in the future.
