There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor which will comfortably sleep 6 people. There are two and one half baths. There is a fourth bedroom that could be used that is located in the casita type area in the lower level /basement of the house, complete with a king sized bed, full bathroom (shower no tub) and a kitchenette with a microwave, sink and refrigerator, however it is only available upon special request and there is a fee of $80 per night for its use. If you have six people and want to use the casita, it is an extra $80.00 per night. If you have more than 6 people, the casita charge will automatically be added to your reservation. A pool and spa heating charge of $50 per day will be requested of you if you should choose to warm up the pool more than it will already be. Once you get there, you can make let us know if you would like the pool and spa heated.
