Le propriétaire travaillait dans le secteur du service à la clientèle depuis de nombreuses années et s'efforçait de vous assurer une expérience inoubliable pendant votre séjour dans le condo.
J'ai acheté l'unité auprès de mon mentor, Chuck Herzog. J'ai loué l'appareil à Chuck pendant de nombreuses années jusqu'à ce que je l'achète. Chuck m'aide à gérer l'unité afin que nous puissions garantir aux clients qu'ils continueront à bénéficier du même service de qualité dans l'unité à laquelle ils s'attendent.

L'unité a des caractéristiques haut de gamme, y compris des appareils modernes avec machine à glaçons, une Smart TV de 43 '' à écran plat dans le salon et 32 "dans la chambre à coucher, et une qualité supérieure LaCrosse Queen, un très grand canapé-lit avec un matelas de 7"! Le California King Bed est de haute qualité.

Un verrou électronique programmable pour porte à touches tactiles offre sécurité et commodité, vous permettant d’accéder directement à votre appareil et de le saisir à l’aide de votre code unique - aucun enregistrement requis.

Notre bâtiment dispose de nombreuses fonctions de sécurité, notamment un système de sprinkleurs automatiques et un système de détection de fumée conforme au code, des portes coupe-feu et des barrières anti-fumée. Seize caméras de vidéosurveillance surveillent toutes les entrées, le parking et diverses zones du bâtiment. L'accès au bâtiment s'effectue via un système de code de sécurité, chaque unité étant affectée d'un code unique.

Un grand bain à remous partagé récemment rénové et adjacent à la piscine au premier étage est l'endroit idéal pour détendre les muscles et partager des histoires de ski après une journée spectaculaire dans la neige légendaire de l'Utah ou après avoir exploré le merveilleux environnement estival. La grande piscine extérieure est chauffée à 88 degrés en hiver et à 78 degrés en été. La piscine et le bain à remous utilisent un système de chloration au sel moderne qui procure une expérience de baignade plus douce.

Les chaussures de ski peuvent être portées à la montagne, car FREE TRANSIT BUS vous emmène à un pâté de maisons et vous dépose à deux pas des remontées mécaniques de Deer Valley et de Vail's Park City Mountain, désormais associées au Canyons Resort pour créer le plus grand domaine skiable d'Amérique à 7300 acres. De là, vous pouvez monter de la nouvelle télécabine Quicksilver à la région des canyons. Si vous préférez vous rendre directement à la télécabine de la base de Canyons, qui fait bouger les gens, il vous faudra environ 15 minutes en bus.

Un sèche-chaussures à deux places est fourni dans l'unité, de même qu'un humidificateur, un aspirateur, un fer à repasser et une planche à repasser.

Le condo est idéal pour un séjour d'été ou d'automne, car il dispose d'un système de climatisation moderne à service complet et d'un emplacement idéal pour accéder à l'équitation sur les sentiers, aux courts de tennis et à tout ce que Park City offre.

Le système de bus est remarquable, avec trois lignes différentes desservant des arrêts à proximité, y compris un itinéraire express vers le centre-ville. Une fois que vous arrivez à Carriage House depuis l'aéroport via différentes options de navette, une voiture de location est une dépense inutile.

Amazing Host

Host sent very detailed instructions and tips about the condo prior to our check-in, which was extremely helpful. Also, worked with us with a later check-out since our flights were later in the day which was SO appreciated! Great location, easy access to bus stops, and overall perfect for our girls trip!

Love this place!

This condo is a gem! Location is perfect, clean and up to date inside, the floor plan is really efficient and the kitchen is well furnished. Best of all, the owner Tim, is accessible, kind and helpful. He gave us great suggestions for exploring Park City. Huge thank you, we had a terrific time.

Ski Getaway

Perfect location to jump on the bus and go skiing daily. Cooked Bkfst only and the kitchen worked well. Slept very well nightly. Great hot tub and convenient area to some good restaurants and walked to the market & liquor store.

Good home base for Utah skiing

Clean, conveniently located unit in Park City. Perfect for me and my wife as a home base when we skied several resorts in the Wasatch. Bus stop to Park City and Deer Valley right outside. Good restaurants and grocery store within walking distance.

Prospector Square

I really enjoyed the place and the stay. It is in a good location with good parking available. The bus stop to Park City Mountain is a few yards away from the front door. The accommodations were pleasant and quiet. It was easy to get into and out of even with ski gear on. WiFi worked well and bed was comfortable. May definitely book again in future.

Outstanding location and host experience!

The Carriage House is in a perfect location close to PC town activity and access to Park City Mountain. This was by far our best experience with a host/owner! They were so helpful, responsive and went way above and beyond when my son had a ski accident that we needed flexibility. We will be forever grateful for these owners, especially Tim!

Another great summer in Park City staying in unit 422 and 427. Chuck will take care of any concerns that arise. First rate host! This is our third year renting from Chuck and we enjoy it every time.

Great Location

I stayed here for a month during the summer. It was a really great location, within walking distance to main street and to several restaurants. I also like how close it was to the rail trail, which was right across the parking lot. The apartment was clean when I arrived with all of the daily items I needed already there. It had air conditioning, which I used only for the warmer nights. Overall it was a great place and I had a nice stay.

Great location. Great price. Close to Main St and everything else. Easy access with coded doors. A suggestion would be to provide more neutral shampoo- Strawberry scented was not for me. :)

The unit was perfectly suited for myself and two teenage sons who were on a long ski weekend at PC.

Accommodations were good for the three of us and the location on Prospector Ave was perfectly situated for transport to the mountain via shuttle (practically right outside of our door) as well as several good restaurants that were either walking distance or a short drive. Chuck was a great host as he was highly responsive to a couple inquiries that we had and he provided great instructions / directions for us that made our stay very pleasant and easy. Double thumbs up on our overall experience.

Girls Get-away for Mom & Daughters

We came for a relaxing girls weekend. Two of us our school teachers, one is a busy college student and the other a busy h.s. senior. We wanted a nice break for the holiday weekend. We were able to hike and swim and watch movies and enjoy each other. This place was perfect with hikes nearby, close to Main Street, wonderful swimming pool and hot tub, a smart TV and a DVD player! Everything we wanted for our get-away. The owner was easy to contact and so helpful! We loved it! We look forward to another visit in the future. Thank you!!

Nice Location

Chuck was easy to reach and very accommodating. The location was central to the hotspots in the area and quiet. The building itself is not exactly new but the unit though very small was nicely updated with the exception of the tub/shower which worked fine but there is damage to the inside of the tub. Also there is no fan or air conditioning in the living room which made it a bit hard to sleep at night. The hide a bed was surprisingly comfortable though!

Killer Park City location

With a Park City bus stop right outside your door, walking distance to restaurants, and a 5 minute ride to the slopes, this condo was a steal. We arrived to a nice bottle of wine, a couple of other small items from the owners, as well as thorough instructions on the condo, passwords, combinations, and a ton of other information that helped make the lodging part of my Park City trip mindless so I could focus more on the slopes! The owners went above and beyond to ensure our stay was hassle free. If I were to have had any issues I felt very confident that they would have been immediately resolved because the owners genuinely cared and made themselves available via phone if needed. Thanks for the stay, see you next year.

Very well located, comfortable ski condo

We spent 12 nights at this condo in Park City, and were very pleased with our choice. We were told we did not need a car in Park City, and the rental costs over 12 days are very high, so we stayed with public transport and shuttles. It worked out very well largely due to the location of this condo. It is right on a main bus stop, and we put on our ski boots, walked downstairs and got on the bus at 8:33 each morning, and were at the Park City ski hill by 8:50, just before the lifts open. All free! This home is also well situated to restaurants, etc. as we were able to walk to half a dozen good choices for dining. The condo itself is nice - not the newest but very comfortable, good size kitchen, large king bed. Would recommend this place.

Nice but not as nice as expected

This one-bedroom is located in a great little neighborhood with plenty of food options and great bus service to the ski resorts and Sundance venues. It was well-appointed for cooking and streaming entertainment but the unit did not have some of the ammenities we were expecting. Even the welcome email we received a couple days before arrival told us to expect shampoo and conditioner, 12 towels, an outdoor pool, and a grill. We had a lovely time without these amenities but would have preferred to have been notified in advance.

Awesome place

We were there 4 nights and skied 3 days at Park City. Tons of good stuff to day about it: The renter gave a very long detailed email before arriving. Check in is very easy all you need is door codes. The shuttle to get to the base of the mountain and around town is right outside the front door and across the street. If you don't want to take a shuttle to main street there is an Italian restaurant right outside the back door. Hot tub is kept very hot and the area is clean. Notes for anyone staying: For the base out the mountain Red an Yellow line get there, Yellow is faster. To get the Comcast box on the TV the input has a weird name "Something designs" ? If you use underground parking one of the back doors goes right to the stairs for the ramp. Only con I can think of is watch out for the bed frame! A wood piece sticks out, I have scabs all over my shin :)

Nice little place

This was a nice little place to stay. It was in a good location and VERY clean. The little kitchen has been updated and is darling. The living room is cute and the carpet looks new. The bathroom and bedroom need some updating. The tub needs to be replaced. I loved the jets but the tub didn’t want to stay plugged. It’s very old and looks it. The bedroom furniture is kind of beat up and a new mattress is badly needed. It is not comfortable. Very little support. New bedding would go far to increase the look of the bedroom. There is not much space to walk between the dresser and the bed to get to the far side of the bed and I kept hitting my shins on the bed corners. We had one partial roll of toilet paper and had to go buy more. We also ran out of hand soap in the bathroom.

I am a commercial photographer/videographer. I also do instructional design for a large security company. I have been an avid skier and motorcyclist for most of my life. I have been coming to Park City for over 40 years. I rented this unit for many years from my good friend Chuck and after years of bugging him he finally agreed to sell to me. I am absolutely thrilled to own this property in Park City as I think it is one of the best places in the country to ski and vacation.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Carriage house has an excellent location in Park City. It is close to everything and you can walk to several great resturants and bars as well as art galleries. As the growth of the Prospector Square continues this location becomes more appealing all the time, given the many improvements in Prospectors Square and the many more that are underway.

For your safety and peace of mind our cleaners use CDC approved sanitizer, concentrating on high touch items like remotes, handles, and drawers. And any hard surfaces. Cleaners wear booties, gloves, and masks, Cleaners also bleach cleaning tools, ie. Vacuums, mops, etc. in between cleanings.

This unit is a great value in Park City as it is appealing to families and small groups of friends to be able to rent a great unit for a resonable cost. The Sundance Film Festival Headquarters is located on the back side of the building during the festival. You are literally at ground zero of the festival.
