Une maison «A» amusante et élégante dans une crique tranquille à l’extrémité nord du lac Sinclair. Vous êtes sûr de profiter d'une escapade mémorable et agréable dans notre maison du lac entièrement meublée. Notre future maison de retraite est votre maison pour des vacances bien méritées. Notre maison a quatre chambres à coucher et trois bains et demi. Il y a deux chambres à coucher principales. Il y a un total de trois lits queen, trois lits simples et deux canapés. Profitez de la vue sur l'eau depuis notre pont principal ou depuis notre terrasse couverte inférieure. Le niveau supérieur est une chambre principale privée avec salle de bain et chauffage et climatisation séparés. Le niveau principal a une chambre principale supplémentaire et salle de bain. Il y a aussi une demi-salle de bain avec laveuse et sécheuse à votre disposition. Cuisine bien équipée avec salle à manger ouverte - salon avec une vue magnifique sur le lac. Le plafond voûté avec ses grandes baies vitrées offre une vue imprenable sur le lac. L'espace de vie de niveau inférieur de notre maison a deux chambres supplémentaires. Une chambre aménagée en «chambre avec lits superposés» avec trois lits simples. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complète à ce niveau. L'espace de vie principal est ouvert et dispose d'un bar pour se divertir. Un décor amusant et coloré vous attend. Un endroit idéal pour divertir la famille et les amis.

Promenade facile à la fin de notre quai privé. Nagez et pêchez juste à côté du quai et profitez d'une vue magnifique sur le lac. Apportez votre bateau ou votre jet ski et profitez de la rampe située au bout de notre anse.

Un court trajet de 11 km vers la marina de Crooked Creek ou le Dollar General pour des fournitures supplémentaires. Le Crooked Creek Grill est un nouveau restaurant à la marina pour votre plaisir.

Eatonton, Greensboro et Milledgeville se trouvent à quelques minutes de route.

Wonderful Thanksgiving getaway

We had a wonderful 4 days at The Pink Dog. Great kitchen, very roomy, downstairs was great for watching movies at night and the dogs loved the yard. A little piece of tranquility on the lake.

Great for family gatherings!

We had SO much fun on our stay at The Pink Dog!! For anyone wanting to bring a boat, this house is a great location, just a few houses down from a boat ramp. The marina was a 15 minute ride. The water felt great even in the end of September and we had a blast tubing around the area and checking out the local rope swing! It has a beautiful view from the porch with your morning coffee and is a great set up for extended families. Thanks so much Rick and Paula!

Great for boats

This is a great location if you're bringing a boat. The water is deep enough at the dock (over 2ft) and there's a ramp nearby. we parked 2 boats at the dock with no issue. The cove is quiet and protected from wind and wake. The property is well kept, clean and as described. It has everything you need - a grill, nice kitchen with an island, and a large dining room table for the whole family to eat at. If you have to work while on vacation, the internet is surprisingly good too. Thanks again!

Gathering of Grandkids

We brought our boat for tubing, cousins bonded, my daughters birthday, swimming off the dock and our yellow lab Duke got played with to no end. Granddaughter Brenae 18 now made dinner one night. Great time had by all!! Hope to be back again Nice talking to you Rick.

Favorite lake house

We've stayed here multiple times, and will definitely book again. We love the location, love that the house is pet friendly, and the size of home in reference to bed and baths. It's great for a large family, and worked well for our smaller group this stay. Perfect lake vacay stay!!

Lovely Graduation Weekend Celebration

We had such a wonderful long weekend celebration of our daughter’s college graduation from nursing school! It was so nice to relax by the lake, grill, spend time with family and friends. The Pink Dog is a perfect place to enjoy the lake, with lots of space to relax and spend time together. We would highly recommend !

Family Lake House Retreat 2023

The Pink Dog is perfect for large families or multiple couples with kids and pets! It has a large back yard with a dock you can swim off of or just grab a float and relax! You can sit on the dock or enjoy one of the two balconies! I suggest morning coffee on one of the three! The beds are the most comfortable we have ever had at a lake house rental! And it has four bathrooms! Boats have easy access to the lake which is wonderful for relaxing, tubing and fishing! We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your lake house home! My family had an unforgettable trip!

Family get together

2 grandmothers, 2 moms, and 5 kids ranging from 1 yr-15yr. Property was great and house was so welcoming. We had a lovely weekend just swimming off the dock and visiting.

Fun family time

We had a great time at your rental home. The set up and design were great. Kitchens and baths were clean, but could have been better. There was a lot of staining in the shower in the sinks. Nothing a little Ajax wouldn’t take care of it the house did it get a bit stuffy ceiling fans would be awesome, the dock was great. The chairs and umbrella came in handy very nice and quiet. Water was deep and clean. Thank you for having the extra floats underneath the house will definitely look into coming back.

Wonderful house on Lake Sinclair

Rented this property for our annual guy’s trip. The place was well suited for us. The renovations were very nice. We enjoyed the pier and the ability to have my dog with us. The owners were very friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely rent again

Wonderful home

We loved our stay at the Pink Dog! The house was perfect for what we needed. We had our kids (18,15,10), along with my sister with us. They were also kind enough to have our three dogs there with us. They love the lake. This house had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Updated kitchen was perfect for accommodating lots of people. We had a great time playing games at night around the little table and chairs on the main floor. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. Kids enjoyed having their own space to retreat to at night. We will be coming back!

Beautiful lakeside retreat

The Pink Dog was an excellent place for our Memorial Day get together! It had plenty of room for three couples each with our own separate space on three different levels. We really enjoyed the spacious living area, decks, and beautiful dock to hang by the water. We will definitely consider staying here again next year!

Best Weekend for a graduation celebration

We rented this property for my daughter’s graduation. It was perfect for family and friends to come and mingle and celebrate. The layout of the house was great! The owner was very helpful with questions and the dogs also had the best time. Will most definitely rent again!

Perfect family retreat.

This property was perfect for our family get away. There there were total of 9 people, 5 adults and 4 children ages 2 to 7. We also had one old dog. The private dock was a huge bonus as we brought our own boat and didn't have to trailer it daily after we played on the lake. The view of the night sky from the dock made for some beautiful stargazing and we were lucky to catch a coupke nights of meteor showers. The house was comfy for our big group and everyone had space for both privacy and togetherness. A wonderful, well stocked home with everything we could have asked for and more. We hope to go back again.

Just book it!!

What an amazing vacation our family of 8 and 2 boxers had this year!! The photos listed of this place does not do it justice. The mornings on the dock or on the back porch watching the smooth, glassy lake was my favorite. Occasionally, we would see little turtles coming up for air. So peaceful. The house was laid out so well for our family. Our teenagers had the entire downstairs to themselves. Even complete with a microwave for their popcorn! The top floor was perfect for our newly married son and his wife. The middle was just right for my husband and I. The kitchen was well stocked and a great place to fix meals or sandwiches. We rented a jet ski from H20 sports, highly recommend! It provided 2 days of fun and laughs! We brought our pontoon, the boat landing was so convenient and not crowed at all. The house has the perfect boat slip! We also enjoyed many hours of jumping off the dock, swimming and laying in the sun! It was a very relaxing vacation!

5 Grandchildren and a Beautiful House on the Lake

House as described This house could not have worked out any better, kids took the downstairs, the deck & view of the lake, beautiful. Kids had a blast jumping & swimming from the dock, I brought our boat, privet ramp, dock & slip behind the house, kids caught fish off the dock!! Everything & More!!! We will definitely be back!
