Hidden Gem

This home was absolutely stunning. It had everything you could possibly need. Each room made you feel so welcomed and made you wish you had rented an extra day. The pool was amazing. The host were wonderful, responded to your needs immediately and made you feel like family. I give them 10 stars!!!

Great location and pool

Very nice home and fantastic pool. Our family had a great time visiting, swimming and playing board games. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the years and this was the first time we actually had face to face interaction with the owner. Owners were very friendly. If you are wanting complete privacy, you may be disappointed since the owners live on the property. It did not bother us, but something to consider.

Outstanding!!!

Best place we have ever stayed. The house was beautiful and just what we needed. Reunion with my son who is at Sheppard Air Force base was so much better here than at hotel. Joey was so accommodating to us. Could not have asked for anyone to be kinder to us. Thanks for a great stay!!! Five star ⭐️ plus!!!!

Wow What a GREAT Place

Joey, Bobbie & "Bagger" are incredibly kind and gracious host. This is by far the coolest perfect place to stay when visiting Wichita Falls. Our son USAF at Sheppard and his family spent the days with us lounging around the fantastic pool. Grilled out and hung out. More than just a visit, it was a mini vacation. Thank You. We will recommend this spot to all we know visiting Wichita Falls! p.s. Joey is a locally famous former "Football Star"

Wonderful Summer Retreat

Wow! What a great get-a-away. This lovely, spacious guest house had everything we needed. Two big bedrooms with king sized beds, lots of living space, and most of all: a private pool just steps from the front door. We were looking for a vacation retreat away from crowds and this was perfect. My wife, our daughter and her fiance isolated here, cooking good food and floating in the pool all day/every day. The owners live in the main house on the property - they are delightful and accommodating. Really enjoyed talking with them and getting to meet their playful dogs. The July weather cooperated with hot sunny days for us to lounge in the salt-water pool. Looking for a secluded, intimate get-away, or a few days relaxing by the pool - check this home out. We will definetly be returning.

Wonderful Stay!

We were in town for the HHH100. This location was great for our family, close to the race start and finishing, allowing us to go back and forth to support the riders with us. We all enjoyed the pool! Joey was so nice and available anytime. This was a perfect stay for us!

We are so happy we stayed here.

This rental was amazing. My whole family loved the place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Joey was the nicest guy and was there to help in anyway. We will stay here every time we are in town to visit family. We had a great time.

My Sister's Reunion

This was my first experience with a VRBO rental and I was a little worried, I needn't have been! It was an absolutely wonderful property with an exceptionally kind host! Joey and his wife were the best, even allowing us to connect with their family dog, Bagger. He is a gorgeous, 1 year old Bernadoodle. Our entire stay was very pleasant and comfortable and I highly recommend this property!!!!

Birthday Weekend

We rented this house so my mother could spend her 80th birthday with family in Wichita Falls. The property was beautiful, as described, and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone. The owner was great and took care of a few special requests, no problem. Mom hopes to stay here again on her next birthday :)

This property was beyond our expectations. Our son was able to visit daily from Sheppard Air Force Base. He was able to relax off base with us. Joey and Bobbie were such gracious hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great!

Great place to stay for a small family, plenty of room to spread out and relax. I discovered unfortunately that the pool was too cold for use in May, early June probably perfect and more in pool season. Obviously hosts can’t control to weather or pool temp so no reflection on them or the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our time even without the pool, Joey is wonderful! I very much recommend this property and hope to go back myself during warmer months!

Home away from home

We rented this property to reunite with our Airman for the first time in 21 weeks since he enlisted. We wanted to re-create a home for him for a few days and get the family together again. Owners were more than accommodating with an early check in and were very attentive to requests we had for a homemade pizza project. We have already re-booked for another weekend when the pool will be warmer!

Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood

I live in Dallas but after being cooped up in my house for many months, I was looking for a nice house to spend a relaxing week by a pool. I searched from OKC to Waco and landed on this place, and I’m so glad I did. It was exactly what I was looking for - peaceful, quiet neighborhood with a well-maintained pool and house. The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. I strongly recommend this rental. I would even rent the house again! Thanks for everything Joey!

Absolutely Wonderful

The homeowners were all extremely nice and welcoming. Pool was clean and so nice to have with our Texas heat. We grilled out and swam while visiting all our airman. Will definitely stay again!
