Êtes-vous prêt pour du football ???Nous ne sommes qu'à 40 minutes du stade Jordan Hare. Assis autour de notre foyer sera l'endroit idéal pour passer ces prochaines nuits d'automne, en regardant les feuilles changer de couleur sur les arbres et en réfléchissant sur le lac.

Il n'y a AUCUNE ÉTAPE sur notre propriété à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. C'est sur 1. 3 acres dans une crique tranquille parfaite pour le kayak et la natation, mais à seulement quelques minutes de la grande eau et d'une rampe de mise à l'eau au parc DARE.

Pour les enfants, il y a un trampoline et une balançoire, une plage de sable fin avec des jouets, et nous avons deux kayaks pour les jeunes, 1 kayak pour adultes et un paddleboard debout. Ils sont disponibles pour tout le monde. Votre caution sera restituée en fonction de l'état de la maison mais également de l'état de ces articles.

À l'intérieur, vous trouverez un plan d'étage ouvert avec vue sur le lac et la cour depuis la plupart des pièces. La chambre principale a un lit king et un berceau. Lorsque vous vous réveillez le matin, la première chose que vous verrez est le lac scintillant devant votre fenêtre. Dans la salle de bain principale, vous trouverez une baignoire. Il y a aussi une grande douche avec pomme de douche à effet pluie et double vasque.

De l'autre côté de la maison, trois autres chambres et une salle de bain. La chambre d'amis (Shore Thang) a un lit queen size avec vue sur le lac. Il est décoré sur un thème nautique.

La chambre avec lits superposés est décorée sur le thème "Lost Boys" avec d'adorables lits superposés en bateau et un tipi.

La chambre des filles est décorée sur le thème de la sirène et dispose d'une banquette-lit double avec lit gigogne double ainsi que d'un futon qui se replie en un lit double.

La cuisine a des sièges d'îlot ainsi qu'une table à manger. À l'extérieur, vous trouverez un énorme backporch avec une grande coupe pour faire la sieste et profiter de la brise du lac. N'oubliez pas notre canot léger et notre étang à poissons.

The best

This is our second time to stay here. We absolutely love this place. We used the kayak and paddle board and brought our owe paddle board. We so enjoyed our time here that we are already picking a week to come next year. The owners are the best. Due to the storm Debby we could not drive back to Florida. We contacted the owner Cheryl and she didn’t hesitate to allow us to stay another night and even said we could stay longer than that if we needed. Such a blessing. Thank

Great place!

We loved this property, the location on the lake was close to town and the marina, which was convenient since we brought a boat. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboard! I only deducted a star from the accuracy of the listing because the beach has worn away a bit and could use some more sand. I have a toddler that enjoys playing in the sand, so I wish there was more of a beach area. We also did not see a gas grill, only charcoal, so prepare for that if you’re going to cook. Other than that, we loved this house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lake!! :)

Excellent lake house in a quiet area

We really enjoyed our week long stay, the house is located in quiet location. Our kids could swim right off the dock with no worries of boat traffic, perfect place for paddel boarding, and kayaking, property was well kept and clean. Looking forward to revisiting in the future.

It was exactly what was described. Easy to drop the boat at the. Oat launch and navigate to the house. We had a fabulous time. The setting was very peaceful! Everyone enjoyed the property and would definitely come back.

Great Mother's Day Getaway

We had three generations of ladies from our family on our traditional getaway. This property was perfect for us! It had beautiful outside areas and a great view of the water. It provided room for everyone to have separate activities and be together. We would stay again!

Peaceful lake getaway

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful and comfortable home. The host was very easy to communicate with and neighbors are friendly! Perfect yard and access to lake via private beach and dock. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay on Lake Martin

After 9 years of family trips to the lake at the same property that is no longer available, we had to find a new home. This vacation rental proved to be a perfect replacement. It's location on the lake at the end of finger provided calm waters for kids (and adults) to play in the swim area on the property. There are 2 waverunner docks that were a nice extra so we didn't have to fool with tieing up every time. There is a marina a 5-10 ride that has 24 hour fuel pumps. Dadeville is a 10 minute drive for shopping. The boat ramp is 5 minutes away. By the boat ramp is a park with a huge beach area with perfectly calm water, flush toilets, picnic areas (covered and uncovered) with grills and a very nice play area for children. The home was well stocked with all the necessities. The kitchen was well stocked as well. The owner's were very responsive to messages and communication through all aspects of the rental period, both before and during our stay. The space was comfortable, everything worked as it should. I would say you can't go wrong with this vacation rental.

Quaint and Quiet

This was the perfect house for our little group. The outdoor area was the perfect spot to relax after a day in the water and the huge yard allowed the kids to run. Huge bonus there were no stairs to climb. The neighbors all seemed very nice and we really enjoyed all the neighborhood pups.

New Year Get-A-Way

We stayed for the weekend for a new years get away and had a great time. Even though it was too cold to swim, the property was great for the kids to run around and play. The play set was a nice bonus! The home was great to house both our families and we loved the open concept so we could all be together. The power went out at one point (no fault of anyone or owner) and the owner/manager reached out to check on us. Would recommend and would def stay again!

What a view!

Loved the decor and the property! Large yard with great fire pit. We loved the porch. Boat pier and parking. Great kitchen and the decor was awesome. We will be back!

LSU & golf road trip

Property was great and exactly as described. Was travelling with 5 other friends from college and we had more than enough room. No issues at all with the property owners , they communicated with me and made everything very easy. Highly recommend Stillwater's Country club which was only 15 minutes away, beautiful course.

Perfect lakehouse

The house is beautifully decorated with everything you need for your stay. The covered porch and flat yard is amazing. Canoe, kayaks, beach area and fire pit were a plus! Definitely will stay here again!

It was nice but…

We love Lake Martin and make this trip annually. We normally stay in cabins at the state park but those are hard to book. So this year we decided to all get a house to stay. Overall it was a good time. The host is super with her communication. On the other hand there were a few minor things that weren’t great. When we arrived it was storming. So this place has a huge yard and plenty of space. But apparently very annoyed neighbors. Within five minutes of pulling up and not properly taking the boats to the launch about a mile down the road and riding the boats back in a storm we just pulled them along the edge of the street, again very adequate space to do this. Immediately I was notified by the host we had to move our vehicles. So be aware the neighbors aren’t friendly understanding and apparently keep a close watch on you while you’re there. There are cameras, we didn’t have anything to hide so this was not a bother for us. Every couple that stayed, and we used all of the rooms and beds each complained that the beds were terribly uncomfortable. We had some adults in the bunks and the mattresses squish down and you have two by fours that run along your back. So no adults children only for the bunk room. The kitchen refrigerators stainless steel was very dingy along with the trash can, living room rug, and outdoors couch. It could all stand to be replaced or better maintained. The air conditioner unit automatically bumps itself back to 76 every six hours, so when you wake up the next morning it’s very hot and through out the time we spent there we had to constantly adjust it back to a cooler temperature. This does not reflect the property itself but our entire family got swimmers itch from the slew located at the property. Each one of us all went home with bites and whelps covering us. We stayed during the late summer and fall. Overall we enjoyed our stay but will probably look for another property next time that suits our family size a little better and that we don’t have to worry with conflict from grumpy neighbors. The host is great and this would be great for a smaller group.
