Ce spacieux condominium de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain se trouve Ă  seulement cinq kilomĂštres de la plage de Lewes et Ă  quatre kilomĂštres de Rehoboth.

L'unité combine un accÚs immédiat aux magasins d'usine et aux restaurants de la région avec un cadre paisible donnant sur les étangs et les fontaines. L'espace de vie comprend un solarium fermé pour profiter du soleil du matin et de l'aprÚs-midi, ainsi qu'une terrasse privée de la chambre principale. Le foyer au gaz dans le salon procure chaleur et beauté. La chambre principale a un dressing et sa propre salle de bain avec double vasque dans une grande vasque. La deuxiÚme salle de bain complÚte est accessible depuis le couloir principal et l'une des chambres. La cuisine a un éclairage encastré et un placard. Une laveuse et une sécheuse se trouvent dans votre propre buanderie.

Tout cela est accessible par un ascenseur situé au centre du bùtiment.

Great condo

The condo was great: well located, clean, and easy to get into when we arrived! The water was off to the washing machine and dishwasher when we arrived (we initially thought they were broken!), but we figured it out easily enough. Would definitely stay again!!

Clean, convenient, comfortable, and pet friendly.

The condo was exactly as presented in description and reviews. Very clean and comfortable for our family of 4 and our 2 dogs. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed and more. The complex has a nice dog walking area and was very quiet at night. It is in a great location, convenient to beaches, attractions, and restaurants. Would recommend and stay again.

So much to do, a week was not long enough

Beautiful home, super clean and well stocked with everything we could need! The location is close to everything! Loved the pool!! Amazing restaurants for every cuisine imaginable. Lefty's kept us occupied on rain days but of course the beaches were the reason we came. lewes is nice and quiet and peaceful. Rehobeth is a little further but still very close and has the boardwalk! It was an amazing vacation. Thank you!

Overall the property was very nice. It was quiet and well maintained. Our only complaint was the floors they were swept but not mopped. Our feet would turn black walking from the kitchen to the living room.

Week of August 21st

We had a nice stay this week. We like the location as it is close to everything we like to do and a short to see family. This unit was very nice and comfortable. Only one issue the neighbors must smoke (cigarette or pot). There was an odor in the master bathroom. We just sprayed Lysol smoke and used the air purifier and didn’t notice too much afterwards.

The smell of smoke was very strong, warning to parents.

This was our first family vacation and it could have been perfect. The condo was spacious, a great location and clean, however, the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong in the main bedroom and bathroom that my husband slept on the couch all week. The next door neighbor smokes inside and does not ventilate in any way so the rooms connecting are saturated with smoke. The owners put air filters to attempt to cover the smell but it doesn't really work. I feel like they might as well make this property smoking because it basically is with the smell. The owners were very responsive and I want to give a higher rating but this was just too big of an issue all week. We have a 1yr old and I would have never exposed him to this environment. The only other issue was that the patio was filthy. If you stepped outside your feet were automatically covered in dirt.

A great family vacation

This was our first time doing a vacation with our little family of five, and it was wonderful. The property was recently redone—so instead of carpeting, there were nice hard floors, newer countertops, newer TVs, and updated bedding. The property has a nice pool, a nice view of a little pond, plenty of space, and a smart tv in the family room. The condo is right next to the elevator, and it’s less than a five minute walk to the pool. It was perfect for our kids with a sunroom filled with books and toys and games, which we all loved. There were a lot of families staying at this facility when we were there, so it’s all very family friendly. We were a ten to fifteen minute drive from most things, which was perfect, and the little town of Lewes is so cute. We enjoyed fresh seafood there and a homemade ice cream place. Our only complaint about the property was that the master bathroom smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. We closed the door so that the smell didn’t spread to the other rooms, but being in that bathroom was almost unbearable. The condos themselves are supposed to be nonsmoking facilities, so we aren’t sure how that one room smelled so horribly of smoke, but it was rough being in there. That is literally our ONLY complaint though. Our stay overall was wonderful, and we definitely would want to go again! Our kids are already asking us when we can go again!

Nice place

It did the job with 2 toddlers, lots of extra scooters and board games to keep us busy too. Close to all shopping and 15 min from rehobeth beach. Only negative, the carpets need a good cleaning or replacement.

Quiet location, pet friendly and nice community pool with bathrooms.

Pros: Competitively priced Easy check in process Dog friendly Elevator Linens included Great extras in unit like coolers, cart with wheels, books, games, dog bowls, beach chairs, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven and washer/dryer. Comfortable beds. Air purifiers in multiple rooms - no pet smells from previous occupants. Unit location great. Everything you want at a quick driving distance. Pool area was clean and had bathrooms and outside showers. Quiet community Cons: Not enough bowls in kitchen Unit smelled like smoke/weed that was coming in from an adjacent unit. Complex pool could use more chairs, tables and umbrellas. Overall a great experience and we had a wonderful vacation. There were a few issues we noticed with the cleaning staff. Not that any of this affected our stay but owners and renters should be aware. Cleaning people need to pay more attention to details like woodwork, vents and the fire place in living room. They also missed empty food wrappers and 2 pair of dried contact lens on the nightstand in bedroom with double beds. We did let owners know of all these issues as they were minor and did not inhibit our stay.

Great Spacious Condo in Lewes

We really enjoyed our stay, beautiful and nicely appointed decor and furnishings. Beds very comfortable, linens provided including towels, nice private back outdoor patio. Also great to have washer/dryer and lots of ice in fridge ice maker.

Delaware family trip

This is our second time staying at the Summerlyn And both times were nothing short of an amazing time. The location Hass to be the best part short drive away from Lewes beach not too long of a drive for the boardwalk the pool is a great plus. The condo had everything we needed plus more highly recommend

Great find!

This condo was just what we were looking for. Exceeded my expectations! Cute place and was very comfortable. Good location but traffic is horrible. (Can’t help that, especially on a holiday week/weekend) The only thing I could complain about is not enough bowls and spoons in the kitchen.

Lovely condo

This is a beautiful condo with lots of space and close to anything you want to do at the beach. Cape Henlopen State Park is very nice and the beach is extremely relaxing with calm water. We explored the area and had a lot of fun. The condo is exactly as described online and I highly recommend it! I'm glad my husband and I found it and we were fortunate to be able to stay here. It's a truly lovely place to stay!

Great location for being on west side of Rte. 1. Less than 10 minutes to Lewes and Cape Henlopen S.P. Quiet complex. Condo was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful Condo, great location!

We had a great vacation at this condo. Everything was spotless and well done. We loved having our puppy along also. The location is great, traffic along Route 1 was tough, but there is a grocery next door and lots of dining options. The community pool wasn't anything special, would be good for little kids to cool off. The owner was great, excellent communication along the way.

A Wonderful Condo

Our trip to Lewes was wonderful. The condo is soundproof - we did not hear a single peep from the neighbors. The entire place is very nicely decorated and all of the necessities were included. We were particularly fond of the sun room and patio. The condo is located in a quiet community just minutes from great restaurants, beaches and the outlets. I highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Lewes, Rohobeth, or any of the Deleware beaches.

Cute, clean condo in great location.

The condo was nicely decorated with great sunroom and porch. Very clean. The elevator was a plus for my bad knees. Location was quiet as it's set back from Rt 1 but close to the action. I'd bring my own water or a Brita filter pitcher as Lewes water has odd taste. Even in brewed coffee. There is a Wawa you can walk to if need be. Complex had handy doggie bag stations and receptacles which made things very easy and kept complex clean. Nice building.

Loved it!

We loved our stay. Unit was very clean and had all the amenities of home. We especially liked the option of using the bed linens and bath towels. It felt like home away from home. Since we come for a week every summer we would definitely stay here again. Evelyn was very nice to deal with and was quick to respond to any questions that we had beforehand.

Fantastic place near beach

My wife and 2 kids came here for a baseball tournament at Sports on the Beach. We were very happy with this place. It was much bigger than the photos make you think, very close to both the beach and the baseball tourny and extremely confortable. We highly recommend it and would stay here again if in the area.
