We had an absolutely wonderful time staying in Budapest, and our apartment was perfect! It has old world charm, mixed with the owner's very tasteful style, including his own great artwork.It was in the best possible location for seeing the sights and for choosing restaurants. Our favorite was Mia's Cafe for the best coffee and pastries anywhere, just a short block from our apartment! Even the walk to the airport express bus was reasonable. Tom made our stay so easy with his helpful check-in instructions and great advice on where to eat.The apartment was clean and nicely stocked with more than the basics that we've come to expect in VRBO rentals.If we ever make it back to Budapest, we will happily stay at Tom's place again!

This was the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had! Great communications, the place was extremely nice with special amenities for guests, and a super perfect location! Tom also gave us several restaurant recommendations, which were fantastic. Really perfect place!

An amazing place in the heart of the city center, walkable to many of the sights. Tom is extremely communicative and very prompt in replying to any questions we had. He coordinated a ride from the airport to the apartment and was there to greet us on arrival. Tom also mapped out local restaurants for us to try and we quickly acclimated to the neighborhood. The apartment is in an historic building, adding to its charm. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend a stay here!

Tom made everything so easy. From arranging the airport pick up and drop off, showing us where the best places to eat and shop. The apartment was wonderful, I loved sitting out on the little balcony watching the world go by and the adorable dog opposite.The situation was brilliant, we could walk everywhere and did. He even greeted us in person and oriented us to the property and gave suggestions for restaurants etc. The location is fantastic for walking or transit. We loved staying here and highly recommend!!! This apartment has a premium location within the historical district having the grand market a short walk away and nearby tram and metro stops. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the nearby surrounding area. Tom was a fantastic host and made the check in and check out process very easy. Property came with kitchen, laundry, and extra towels which is perfect if you have been on a longer journey.

We stayed here for just under a week. The apartment is perfect, big spacious are and well equipped kitchen. It was also warm and felt very cozy even when it was snowing outside. The location is perfect with nearby shops, bars and restaurants. Tom our host was fab and helped with recommendations on where to go. We will 100% be recommending the apartment to friends and family as we loved our stay here!

This was a great apartment in a perfect location. It was very large and decorated tastefully with the owner’s own art. Building had lots of character which added to Budapest vibe! Owner was super to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay their again

It was a nice very large apartment. It was very convenient to the Metro (one line straight to train station) as well as grocery stores and restaurants. Kitchen was nice and easy to use.Check in was explained in detail.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment in Budapest. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to all the wonderful restaurants and sights. The furnishings were comfortable and welcoming, and the apartment was spotless when we arrived.Check-in was very easy, and communication with the owner was excellent throughout our stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home especially Tom’s artwork. We also appreciated recommendations for restaurants. A hand bar in the tub/shower area would be a helpful addition, but overall, this is a delightful place to stay when visiting Budapest. Highly recommend!

Tomas the host greeted us at arrival and showed us how everything worked. This is a 10 out of 10 property. It is a well cared for unit with a comfortable bed. It has a small balcony for happy hour wine or morning coffee. The location is central to everything. We like to walk and could walk to most things we wanted to see. There is a grocery store located just a few blocks away and so many restaurants located nearby. Would highly recommend staying here for your time in Budapest.

Great time in Budapest

My friend and I were spending a short time in Budapest and both Tom and the apartment were fantastic - Tom was so sweet and had a huge list of recommendations for food and things to do.The apartment was beautiful and the balcony was perfect for sitting on in the mornings to eat breakfast and look out on the street. I'd definitely book this apartment again the next time I'm in Budapest.

We had an amazing time. The apartment is fabulous and perfectly located for sight seeing. Tom was the perfect host - very communicative. He gave us many tips for places to eat and also organised a private taxi trim the airport and back again. Would totally recommend. Pat & Jonny from Ireland.

We were very pleased with the apartment. Everything we needed was available at the apartment. The location couldn’t have been better. Restaurants, public transportation closeness to the Danube River, moreover, everything was right there in an easy walking distance.
