Divisé en 3 niveaux indépendants et séparés. Les grandes familles louer les 3 et se rassembler sur le pont au 2ème étage pour le barbecue et se détendre mais qui ont encore leur propre espace, chambres et cuisines en cas de besoin.
Louer une combinaison de ces 3 condos en fonction de vos besoins et de la taille du groupe
Le premier étage est 2BR / 2 salles de bain, (Abritel liste # 4275967) grand pour une petite famille avec deux enfants. (4-6) Petite terrasse en bord de mer avec une table de pique-nique et barbecue (sous le pont au 2ème étage). limitée de l'océan en raison de 2e étage terrasse et les dunes de sable. Sortez par la porte arrière directement sur la plage. Ce condo a un garage pour une voiture, une autre voiture peut être garée en face de la porte de garage sur le côté nord de la maison.
Le 2e étage est 3BR / 2 salles de bain (Abritel liste # 4275968) avec une grande terrasse et un belvédère avec escalier vers le bas à la plage. (8 personnes) Bonne vue de l'extérieur de salle à manger couvert avec table et chaises. Également de superbes vues sur la plage depuis une chambre à coucher, cuisine et salon. Parking pour 2 voitures devant la maison.
Le 3e étage est 3BR / 2 salles de bain (Abritel liste # 4275969) avec un petit balcon donnant sur la plage. (8 personnes) Cela a les vues les plus grands et les plus élevées d'une chambre, la cuisine et le salon. Pas de barbecue avec ce condo en raison de codes de la ville sur les balcons en surplomb. Parking pour 2 voitures, style piggyback, en face du côté sud garage.
Tous les niveaux sont totalement séparés et privés avec toutes les commodités. cuisine complète, cafetière, micro-ondes, mixeur, etc. Laveuse / sécheuse à chaque étage avec tous les draps et serviettes fournis.
1er étage: grand lit dans la salle de séjour ouverte. BR1: 1 complète. BR2: 1 reine wth gigogne.
2e étage: BR1: 1 roi. BR2: 1 lit queen et 1 lit queen. BR3: 2 lits jumeaux

Wedding Weekend

We rented this lovely home for us and our family to stay at for our wedding weekend. It was absolutely perfect! Lots of room for everyone to spread out but also lots of areas to gather and hang out as a family. Wayne was amazing, super helpful and communicative. He made sure we had everything we needed. We love spi and never have we been so close to the beach! Literally steps from the sand, no long haul with all our beach gear. The owner was extremely attentive and helpful! We had a great time and hope to stay again soon!

Beautiful Views

The views from the home are stunning! We rented all three levels, as we came as a large, multigenerational family! Each floor had everything we needed even though we mostly congregated on the second floor due to the patio there! All in all great property!

At the Beach

We rented all three floors for a group of 16. Great place to stay and easy access to beach and other activities. Messaged property manager several times and he always responded right away. I would stay here again.

Great for large families

We had a large family group ages 9 months to 72 yrs. This property was perfect for all. Easy access to the beach made it easy to come and go. The porch and gazebo allowed everyone to enjoy the beach even from a distance.

Another fantastic stay at this beach house!

This was our second stay at this beautiful house on the beach in South Padre. The home is beautifully maintained with a perfect spot on the beach. Kitchens are fully stocked, beds are comfortable, everything was extremely clean. Couldn’t ask for more! We wouldn’t even consider booking a different house for our next trip. It’s extremely spacious and well laid out for large groups. The owner is extremely nice & welcoming, too. Great place!

Great place to stay for large group

The house worked out perfectly for our large party. We rented all three units and had more than enough room for our big group. The house is in a great location and the beach access is perfect. It was great to be able to stay somewhere all together but be able to split off in to our separate units for bedtime, etc. the ow er was very nice. We will definitely try to book this house again if we go back to South Padre.

Beautiful!!!

Wayne is an amazing HomeAway host! Tyler and I hosted our wedding on SPI and had our entire bridal party stay at the house!!! It was perfect. So much room and close to everything. If you ever need anything Wayne is one phone call away. If you’re staying with a large group it’s a great spot to rent all 3 floors!! They have done an amazing job on this 3 floor home!!

Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Limited silverware. No laundry soap. No beach towels. The bed on the second floor is 4 foot off the ground and impossible to get into. Only eight chairs for the main dining room.

Thankyou for taking the time to review the property. Sorry we didn't have more toilet paper for you, we set it up as a holiday vacation rental, so daily makeups are not included. Each floor has a washer and dryer, laundry soap not included as different people like different laundry soaps, fragrances, types etc. No beach towels as everyone brings their own swimsuits and towels. On second floor we have 4 beds, all standard heights from the manufacturer. Second floor dining table has 8 chairs, for 8 people max allowed on the second floor.

Second Annual Family Vacation

We love this set up of 3 different levels independent with kitchen and many bedrooms for our annual family beach retreat. This property is clean, functioning and owner is available for any questions or issues. The location is great and love being on the beach. I can’t say enough wonderful things. The only thing you need to make sure and bring is beach towels. They have towels for bathing and have a washer and dryer on the main level. Also, they do have a few chairs and beach stuff, but we bring our own beach chairs and a tent. Kitchen has pots and dishes, but we bring paper plates and bowls and utensils for all the children and convenience. Rooms are great size and air conditioning with ceiling fans in most rooms keep things comfortable. Definitely a favorite and a repeat. Perfect for large family get togethers.

Fantastic Getaway for Annual Family Trip-Great accommodations on 3 floors-Best on the Beach Location

Every year we book a house on the beach for all 3 children and grandkids. First time we started looking early to get a location on S. Padre. This place was perfect. 3 separate floors with all accommodations. Kitchen stocked, towels,great floor plans, ac worked great, and all on the beach. Outside porch on large deck area that takes you to the beach. Owner was prompt and it was easy booking and easy access and check-out. Perfect for a large family. Location was easy to find in the heart of S Padre where a food market store was within blocks and same with liquor store. All we brought was our food, including paper towels, beach towels, and personal things. We seriously hope to book again for next year. Using Homeaway makes it easy and it was one of a few places that didn’t make you book for a whole week. The price was reasonable, especially because your getting 3 separate units on 3 separate floors for free. So many offer a great price, only to find out you have to book a whole week or to find the location isn’t actually on the beach. The furnishings were basic and kid friendly. The tiled floor was perfect for being on the beach. There was a water hose at the end of the pier to wash off before coming into the house. We stayed on the second floor that had access to the main deck. The 3rd floor had a balcony so you could see the fireworks. Another plus was a washer and dryer on each unit. I can’t think of one negative thing about our stay. Thank you Homeaway and to the Owner for making this year our best vacay to date.

Beautiful location but run down property!

Beautiful location on the beach.....check in was very smooth. A wall unit AC (this first floor room did not have central AC and had a wall unit for some reason, rest of the house has central AC) did not work the 3 nights we were there and the family assigned to that room had to sleep in the living room ! The manager/owner sent someone to take a look at the AC but I was told that it could not be fixed till the day we were leaving....bad management right there, we rented all the 3 floors and the least you expect is the owner to say that he would refund the money for that one room since it was not usable during our stay but the response was that he did the best he could!! We checked in on March 30 and checked out on April 2, 2018 (Easter weekend). We understand that its the weekend but we paid weekend rates so we expected the same kind of service. Two of the bathroom doors did not lock and had incidents when someone opened the door accidentally... pretty embarrassing situation! The owner did offer to put a number lock on one of the bathroom doors on the last day of our stay because that is what he had handy. The wood deck is falling apart to the point that a plank fell a few inches away from where one of our friends was sitting outside on the first floor patio. The bedroom closets and the kitchen on the second floor had cockroaches walking around. We understand that its a beach property but when you are paying premium rates, you don't want to be encountering such creepy things around your food and clothes!!

Thank you for taking the time to make your review. I'm sorry that you had such a negative time at the beach house. Ill try to address some of the issues: The Minisplit AC that stopped working is an extra unit in an already fully air-conditioned property, encompassing all rooms. (3 large units) The Minisplint was installed in the first floor east side bedroom as it has lots of windows, so to make it extra comfortable for our guests. Our contracted AC company visited property (weekend service, even holidays) to replace a circuit board, but unfortunately unable to get expedited delivery on a Sunday from an out of state supplier. When advised of door lock not working on bathroom, I personally drove the 60 miles to get a new one and install the same day, however vacationer stated don't worry about it. Not sure of any planks that fell, we have had an independent adjuster check this issue, none was found. As with every oceanfront property on the beach sand, this property has regular Orkin treatment for all types of bugs. We strive for a great experience and do our best to make vacation time on the beach fun and comfortable for all our guests. Thanks again for you input Wayne

The house was awesome for our extended family get together. Everything worked making it a comfortable stay. The house is close to the beach we could hear the waves crashing from every floor. Thank you, Wayne, for making our holiday special!

3rd Floor

Overall this property is great for a large family to all stay together beach front. However it needs some updating on the first and second floors and a total reno on the third floor... The carpets were horrible. The AC vents were rusted out. Electrical outlets were hanging out of the walls. If you plan to stay here and use all 3 floors, don't put kids on the third floor.

Thankyou Kristi for taking the time to review our beachfront property. Our policy is dedicated to improving the traveler experience so we are disheartened to read your review. I am personally available to help with any concerns that you may have during your stay and rectify them accordingly. After your departure our maintenance personnel did find the 2 cracked plastic wall plate covers from the 32 outlets we have on the third floor which were promptly replaced as was the one ac inlet vent. The carpets are replaced every 2 years and sorry for the spilled drink stain that we could have resolved during your stay. Hope you did get to enjoy the oceanfront views, the big deck for your family gatherings and of course the direct access to the ocean just steps away. Wayne & Roxy

Having three separate but close units was excellent. Room for everyone!

Everyone loved that the house is right on the beach. Indoor and outdoor room for everyone with lots of decks and deck furniture. Having completely stocked kitchens on every level really helped! Lots of bathrooms, too! Older teens enjoyed the lower level for "hanging out." Owner provided lots of beach items for younger children, and older. Comfy for older adults (and all) to access beach easily. Best view on the island from the surprise fourth and fifth levels. Great photos in every direction! A hot tub on the 2nd floor deck would be an awesome addition.

Another fantastic stay

Our second Labor Day weekend at the Texas Beach House. We rented all three floors as we’re a large group. There was plenty of room for all us. Great location right on the beach with an awesome large balcony to end the day. The views are fantastic and the house is amazing. We had a great weekend and everyone had a great time! Looking forward to our next visit. Great communication with Wayne.
