Dreams Beach sur Indian Shores

Dreams Beach est la maison de vacances du propriétaire dans le meilleur centre de villégiature sur Indian Shores - Beach Cottage II.

Une grande plage de sable blanc se trouve juste au-delà de la piscine finisseur pont surdimensionné qui est juste une étape au large des unités extérieure terrasse véranda. Parfait pour les familles avec de petits enfants et ceux qui ne veulent pas monter et descendre les escaliers. Asseyez-vous sur le canapé en cuir, tandis que les enfants jouent à la piscine ou avoir un accÚs facile aux boissons quand le soleil est chaud tout en bronzant.

L'appareil lui-mĂȘme est 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains et plus de 1300 pieds carrĂ©s. La suite principale comprend un roi Californie, promenade privĂ©e dans la douche avec banc et dressing. Deux chambres a 2 lits jumeaux et un jumeau d'appoint avec une deuxiĂšme salle de bain complĂšte Ă  quelques pas.

Stunning sunsets

Our family had a wonderful stay. Property can't get much closer to the gulf. Beautiful sunsets, dolphin sightings and many beautiful memories made. Lots of amenities and restaurants nearby.

Great location

Our family had a great time at this condo in Indian Shores. We love this location as this was our 3rd time in thiis area. Easy checkin/checkout. Amenities were everything we needed for a week. Pool is a little small, but the ocean and weather were calm enough for the entire week we really didn't need the pool.

Updated unit, clean and roomy

We stayed for 2 weeks in April and enjoyed our time there at the unit, great pool and the beach! The nice updated kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can imaging using. Being on the same level as the pool is a huge plus and very convenient. The unit itself is bigger than the pictures shows! Jim the owner is very pleasant to deal with. We are so happy to have found this unit and would def go back and rent this unit again!

Perfect location. Condo was excellent

We loved location. Condo was great. Condo is one flight of stairs up. Parking garage is under the building. We left our beach chairs and umbrella in the car and picked them up on the way to the beach, so we didn’t have to worry about having sand in the condo. Largest pool deck in the area and right outside the sliding glass doors. We were never disturbed by noise or people being around the pool. We’d certainly go again, although we do like to try different area along the west coast.

Beach Cottage

Jim was an excellent host and was quick to respond to any questions I had. He even checked to make sure we were able to get into the condo ok when we arrived. The condo was on the first floor, which I am typically not a fan of, but it was very convenient to the pool area. The condo is mostly updated and nice inside; however, the washer and dryer as well as the master bedroom mattress could use an update! We also did not realize until we arrived that you cannot just walk onto the beach from the condo. You have to go down to ground level in the parking garage and use a key to unlock a gate to get out to the beach. Not a huge deal but something to consider! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and so appreciated Jim as a wonderful host!

Excellent location

This condo was in the perfect location. Easy access to beach and pool. There were only a few units that have direct access to the pool and this is one of them. Easy to go in and out for bathroom and drinks. Plenty of sleeping room and room to hang out fir 6 adults. Master suite is huge. Other bedroom just fit the two twins and the roll-away bed. But also has a pullout couch. Decorated nicely. All the kitchen items you could need. Even has grill accessories fir use with the 3 community grills. Honestly, our only minor complaint was how cumbersome the keys were to access the building and the unit. Keypad upgrade would be awesome. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here.

Excellent stay

Loved the comfort and decor of our unit. Had a leak under the sink and it was addressed immediately and the owner called to follow up with us that everything was ok. Really appreciated that. Would definitely rent again! Felt safe and had a lot of fun. The property manager was always friendly and helpful.

All's well that ends well

After a rocky start (someone had double booked our reservation), everything went great until the air conditioner stopped working on the 5th day. The repairman took tries before he got it right and we had cool air once again. Throughout both hiccups, the owner was very available and assured us everything would be alright. It turned out to be true. We enjoyed the condo. It was just as expected from the listings. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate for us to use the pool and beach as much as we liked. Thanks to the Roku TV, we stayed entertained.

Great Condo

We spent the whole month of March here and absolutely loved it! The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, etc. that you would need. The bed in the master bedroom was a California King and very comfortable. The decor was beachy. The location was great. Being able to just walk out our door to the pool deck was convenient. The sunsets from the pool deck were absolutely breathtaking. The only negative was that the shower floor in the master bathroom was very slippery so you had to be very careful. If you’re going to stay longer than week, you are going to need to bring some cleaning products.

Beach Cottage 2103 is a wonderful vacation spot. The unit is updated throughout and bright and beach. The pool and Jacuzzi are wonderful and the Gulf of Mexico in this area is just great for kids

Perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful getaway for our family of 4. The condo was perfectly sized and stocked and we loved sitting on the patio and watching the kids in the pool with the beach view as a back drop! The heated pool was truly heated so we were able to enjoy swimming even when the cooler days hit. We also loved that there was a hot tub as well. The stackable washer/dryer needed a repair and was quickly fixed in less than 24 hours. We would have loved to stay longer and will definitely look to stay again next year! Also thank you to Jim for accommodating our early check in and quick response.

Perfect get away for two couples!

This condo could not have been more perfect for a family vacation we took in late July. The condo was clean, updated, and had everything we could need already stocked! Both bedrooms are great sizes as are their bathrooms. The owner was so easy to book through and always available by email so he made our experience very smooth as well! If/when we come back we will definitely be staying here again!

Great Location - Great Beach - Great Times

We rented out Beach Dreams on Indian Shores for the last 7 days and just got back home to Ohio. This unit is totally clean, tile throughout the main area and carpet in the bedrooms. Our kids loved being able to walk right out of the unit to the pool and my husband liked being able to go in and out throughout the day to refresh drinks and use the bathrooms. Heading back next year - the owner was a pleasure to work with and made sure everything was just right.

We live in the area and have used this property as our vacation home as well as renting it out when not in use by friends and family for over 20 years. We have many returning guests that have stayed in our unit every year since we listed it in 2004.

Great location - direct walk out to the pool deck - perfect for small kids or those who like to avoid stairs or the elevator.

Our unit has been continually refreshed to keep it in great condition. Being located in the center of Building two on the pool deck level provides easy access to the pool, grills and beach. We love to vacation here and know you will too.
