Vue magnifique * Récemment décoré * Frais et léger! Une des deux meilleures vues de la plage aux villas! Lits confortables, décor de plage raffiné, atmosphère accueillante et 2 balcons donnant sur la plage et le golfe! Parfait pour 2 couples ou un groupe d'amis.

Le 327 est l’un des deux condos faisant face à la plage et offrant une vue supérieure sur le sable relaxant et l’eau des deux chambres à coucher, les 2 balcons et le mur de verre du salon au plafond. Les meubles sont disposés de telle sorte que vous puissiez faire face à cette vue plutôt que de vous tourner le dos.

Les murs sont le gris le plus doux avec une garniture d'un blanc éclatant. Le salon dispose d'un tapis bleu et blanc moelleux dans lequel vous pouvez vous enfoncer pendant que vous regardez la télévision 50 pouces ou que vous choisissez de vous perdre dans la vue magnifique sur la plage. Les peintures et les peintures murales reflètent le thème de la plage relaxante.

La salle à manger continue les couleurs et la décoration de la plage. Quel bel endroit pour manger votre prise du jour de cette expédition de pêche en haute mer!

La cuisine est de type cuisine avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit et des ustensiles de cuisine inspirés par le chef. Il est entièrement approvisionné et dispose de tous les appareils attendus, y compris un nouveau lave-vaisselle.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size dans une grande suite parentale et d'un fauteuil de lecture placé de manière à pouvoir voir la plage pendant que vous vous détendez en lisant. Une télévision à écran plat est à votre disposition. La spacieuse salle de bains principale comprend à la fois une grande baignoire et une douche à l’italienne séparée avec double vasque à la vanité. Ne manquez pas le balcon privé!

La chambre dispose d'un lit queen-size, d'une télévision à écran plat et de son propre balcon. Vous pouvez regarder le lever de la lune sur les eaux du golfe et le voir se refléter sur la douce houle. La salle de bain adjacente a une combinaison baignoire-douche.

Enfin, le placard avec buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse vient compléter le condo. Nous devons tous laver nos maillots de bain!

Les villas ont la plus jolie cour de la côte! Une piscine de forme libre, des chaises longues, des tables pour manger ou jouer aux cartes, un joli belvédère et des barbecues à gaz sont à votre disposition pour votre plus grand plaisir!

Pam, this is such a hidden secret: the Villas At Ocean Club is less than 200 yards from the beach, is easy to cross at the controlled access, has the prettiest courtyard on the Coast with its freeform pool, gazebo and grill area, and this particular condo has a lovely view of the beach with out the high price of being right on the sand!

Great condo!

Super easy check in. Condo was clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the area as well. Went fishing in the bay, spent a day in New Orleans, gambled at a casino, and part day at the beach. Food/fresh fish was fantastic!

You are right! The view of the white sand beach and the gulf waters from the two private balconies of this condo is indeed wonderful! This is the closest condo to the beach at the resort, so it is super convenient. The gorgeous interior in shades of blue is so relaxing, so even when you are not at the beach, you feel like you are. One last thing...the courtyard and pool are the prettiest on the Coast! We are so glad you decided to take a break from your home quarantine to visit our Coast with its wide open beaches. Come back, soon!

The location, the view, and the price are outstanding and make it the perfect vacation location! Jones Park, Gulfport: Synchronized Christmas lights, a walk through Wonderland, a visit with Santa, and Hot Chocolate! 2. Biloxi Gulf Waters: Annual Christmas on the Water--a boat parade with prizes for the best decorated and lit boats. It is a wonderful time for friends and family to gather to see the boats parade past with lights, music, costumes, and more in the evening just after sunset. 3. Ocean Springs: Peter Anderson Art Festival - literally blocks and blocks of art and handmade items plus the pubs and eateries all go out of their way to entice you with their wonderful food and drinks. Bring your friends, bring your family. It is an annual Treat the first weekend of November. Don't miss it! Weekend get away

Highly recommend the Sea Breeze, easy assess, clean, beautiful, The host was exceptionally informative as well as answering questions in a timely manor. The View was spectacular, the sunrises were wonderful to see sitting on the balcony with coffee. The beach side and Gulf views were amazing. Both pools were beautiful, clean and family friendly. The kitchen was extra nice, spacious,and very clean. Thanks to the Host for making our weekend one to remember. Most definitely would return. To the owners you have a beautiful condo and the interior was absolutely beautiful.

Very quiet area....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We work a good bit out of town and I choose to stay in homier areas. We have stayed all up and down 90Hwy from Ocean Springs to Waveland, normally beach view condos. This was our first time at the Villas. The only negative I would say is I did not like the uninviting halls leading to unit. But when inside, it was very nice and quiet on the 3rd floor. I would give my stay a 4, location 4, and PRM management company was very accommodating to needs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice, had everything we needed. However the elevator went down on Saturday and we had to climb the stairs for three days. I'm in the maintenance industry and your elevator service company should have been called out, I know it was a holiday weekend and the cost would have been more, but your guest should not be inconvenienced because of cost. I had to bring a heavy ice chest down three flights of stairs, because all of my guest left Sunday. This was very hard on my back. I would like some type of refund for my inconvenience, I feel the maintenance department should have called out the elevator company the minute the elevator went out, even though it was a holiday weekend.

Reviewer Comments: Our check in was easy(except for not knowing about the elevators until our 2nd day), the condo was so nice and clean, and very convenient to everything we had planned for our short stay. I would however recommend more linens and some throw blankets for the living room. When you are sunburned or come in from the heat and shower, it can get kind of cool in the condo, we had to watch tv in bed one early evening just to use cover.Overall good stay and would return!
