The space is very nice and cozy. It was perfect for a long weekend. The bed is very comfortable and kitchenette was perfect! The location was great and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. There are 2 coffee shops within 2 blocks. It's about a 20 minute walk to the French Quarter and 25 to the waterfront front. I would stay again!

The location was excellent. Local eateries within walking distance and very convenient to shopping on King St. Parking is tight, but we were lucky to not have any other renters fighting for the narrow spots.

Location was great – close to restaurants and King Street although this is on the north end of King Street . I didn’t notice, but a previous reviewer had mentioned mildew in the bathroom and that has not been corrected. The grouting in the bathroom also looks dirty. You cannot open the shower door without hitting the toilet unless you open both the toilet lid in the toilet seat and keep them open. It would’ve been nice to know that as it took us a while to figure that out. Also, the listing says that this is the back half of a larger house, but it was not clear to me that the front and larger part of the house was another Vrbo and this time it was rented to a very, very loud bachelorette party that kept us awake each night. The unit also has just a musty smell. It was decorated well, and the kitchen was nice and the location was great.

The place was amazing! There was loud construction outside of the place, but besides that everything was perfect. Communication and directions were very good. It is close to the college, if that’s what you’re looking for!

Parking was a bit tight but it was explained to me. Very nice to be so close to King St. We had a blast walking the town of Charleston. Everything was really nice. The room were nice and had plenty of space to relax when we were there.

This property was very clean and quiet. It was very close to King Street and the resturants. If you wanted to walk to the Battery it is a bit far probably about a 40mins but still better than finding a parking spot down there! Parking is extremely tight!! Only a small car will work and be a good backer in driver!! A full size ironing board will be much nicer than the broken table top one. Otherwise, a great property for the price and close to most everything u need. Check in and out was very easy.
