LE COSY COTTAGE LAKE HAMILTON

Une nouvelle inscription sur le lac Hamilton. Ce chalet est une maison avec 1 chambre et 2 salles de bain, avec une nouvelle cuisine, une véranda en prime, un grand porche couvert, une cuisine extérieure et un quai couvert avec ascenseur. Cette disposition unique au sol de la propriété transforme le salon en une chambre semi-privée pour la nuit supplémentaire. Situé dans un quartier calme et juste au bord de l'eau. Nous sommes à environ 15 min. au centre-ville et à proximité de Oaklawn Park .. À seulement quelques minutes du lac Ouachita et du parc d'État du lac Ouachita. Cette maison loin de la maison est parfaite pour les couples jusqu'à 4 personnes, les petits groupes d'évasion, les cavaliers Harley et les personnes qui aiment nager et pêcher. Enregistrez des poissons pêchés juste à côté de l'anse! Venez visiter, restez un certain temps, vous adorerez la sensation de maison loin de la maison du Cozy Cottage.

If you are looking to get away from the noise, this is the perfect spot. I didn't know Arkansas was so beautiful. We met the staff and a local man at Yum Yum and they were very welcoming. The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. Ohh and use that tub after a day of hiking or walking around Hot springs, its heavenly!

2nd time I have spent my birthday here and I’ll be back for all my birthdays in the future. Love the location, right on the water but without the noise of the big boats, perfect for taking out my SUP. Sitting on the porch overlooking the water. Perfectly stocked bathrooms (with big tub), kitchen, comfy furniture, smart TV, easy keyless entry…Not far from Bathhouse row in Hot Springs and it’s a pretty drive there. Can’t wait to return.

Cozy Cottage Perfection

Cozy Cottage was even better than anticipated. The kitchen had every appliance you could wish. The sunroom was our favorite hangout. So peaceful! Check in was a breeze.

The house is perfect for us. Cozy just like the name and the hosts are so accommodating. The waterfront is beautiful and relaxing. Love hearing the birds in the morning. It’s also a great location, far enough to enjoy the scenery and close enough to everything you might need in town. We love it.

My husband and I had such a a relaxing stay. The sun room was our favorite place and we took full advantage of the outdoor kitchen/deck area! The hosts were the best. The house was fabulous.

The Cozy Cabin is a great place to relax. It was very clean and cozy. It felt like being at home away from home. Carol was very friendly and was very helpful with all our needs and making us aware of activities in the area. We had a great time being able to just stay around the cabin and fish. We were alble to use the paddle boat to enjoy the beautiful views around the cove. We will definitely be returning.

Cottage Getaway

This was the second time my husband and I stayed at this property. Carol our host was so welcoming and great to work with. The cottage was just as advertised and is situated right on the water in a quiet, rural neighborhood. The cottage was clean and had anything and everything you might need. The sunroom overlooking the water is the best spot for morning coffee or catching up on emails. Would absolutely recommend.

Great getaway near Hot Springs

We stayed at the Cozy Cottage while visiting the Hot Springs area in March. Location is close enough to Hot Springs to be very convenient and far enough away to give you a sense of being remote. The Cottage and property are fantastic. Communication during booking/check-in was top notch. Property was as described and shown online. I would stay here again if I was vitiing the hot springs area.

Can't wait to go back

There isn't enough good things to say about the cozy cottage from start to finish. It was a wonderful experience. Carol went out of her way to make sure that we were well taken care of. The cottage itself was immaculate. Perfect spot on the lake. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and can't wait till we get another opportunity to go visit again. Such a peaceful and relaxing experience and very much needed. Like I said, I can't say nearly enough good things about the cottage or about Carol. They were both wonderful. Thank you for letting us come visit. Can't wait to go back.

Lake getaway

It is an amazing property with a beautiful lake view! A deck that is meant for a good grill out party! lol The property is clean and the hot tub is super nice! Can’t wait to do some fishing this summer from there cause the water is see thru and prime for great fishing!

Lovely Cozy Cottage

Hello Carol and Ed,We had a wonderful time at Cozy Cottage and fell in love with the place! I was thoroughly impressed with how immaculately clean it was when we arrived! We cooked quite a bit, as that’s something we like to do together with new entrees and had most everything needed. It was wonderful to such nice appliances and extra ice makers! It was such a pleasure to not have a schedule and have a lovely patio to sit and the view was lovely. Thank Ed for coming to the rescue with the tiki bar lights when we couldn’t figure out how to get them on. Great to have you nearby! Perfect Spot

We really enjoyed the cozy cottage on the lake. Just what we were looking for... a peaceful vacation with beautiful views and a lovely home loaded with every amenity imaginable. The hosts are great people and very responsive. We can't wait to return!

Perfect get away

The Cozy Cabin is very appropriately named! It is the perfect location for a couple to just relax and unwind. Beautiful location on upper Lake Hamilton. Carol and Ed take very good care of the property. It is very well equipped. There was nothing we were wanting for. Not to close to crowds, but a beautiful scenic drive into Hot Springs. equipped. T
