Condo tranquille en bord de mer

Ce magnifique condo en bord de mer est situé dans le charmant village de pêcheurs de Puerto Morelos. Vous pouvez profiter de vues spectaculaires et dégagées sur les Caraïbes en franchissant les portes coulissantes en verre menant de votre salon à votre terrasse privée. À moins de 100 pieds se trouve la plage de sable douce et invitante qui semble s'étendre pour toujours. Alors que vous contemplez les eaux d'un bleu profond des Caraïbes, vous pouvez voir la Grande Barrière de Corail qui a été déclarée «Parc marin national». Le récif naturel maintient la mer calme et paisible, créant des conditions idéales pour la baignade, la plongée en apnée ou la plongée. Une belle piscine est juste devant votre porte avec des chaises longues confortables et une douche pour laver le sable. Le service de femme de chambre est inclus.

Cette unité offre un nouveau lit king size dans la grande chambre qui dispose également de 2 lits jumeaux pour les personnes supplémentaires. Il y a un futon dépliable dans le salon. La climatisation à double zone et les ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre assurent votre confort. La cuisine entièrement équipée vous offre la possibilité de préparer du poisson frais, des légumes et des fruits à partir des marchés locaux de la ville.

Puerto Morelos possède de nombreux restaurants raffinés qui présentent une cuisine locale ainsi que certains avec une touche plus internationale. Il y a de nombreux magasins et marchés à explorer sur la place du village.


Notre gestionnaire immobilier sur place parle anglais. Roberto et Selena vous accueillent avec un sourire chaleureux et sont heureux d'offrir une assistance pour la plupart des demandes ou des situations.

Fantastic stay

This is a great until in Casita Blanca. It was perfect for two of us to stay in. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything is in good condition. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

The location is perfect. The condo is clean roomy and comfortable. The pool was clean and beach was soft like talc powder. The condo had all the things you need to cook in house if you want and close enough to the square to walk for a meal.

Wonderful views and very peaceful

The condo is perfect for a seaside vacation in a secluded property with beautiful gardens, pool and beach, with restaurants a walk away. The owner was very responsive, and allowed for us an early check-in and late check out , provided advise when requested, and fixed items as needed. We will return.

What a wonderful peaceful complex.

This condo is everything it says it is! Pool and beach right outside the backdoor. Only a short walk to the main square for drinks and dining. The condo has everything you need if you want to say in a cook your own dinner, coffee on the porch watching the sun come up is a wonderful treat. I would highly recommend!

Good communication with the owner. Alan was very accomodating, allowing us to stay a few hours longer because of a late flight. The cleaning ladies, landscaper, maintenance folks, were all very pleasant. Overall, a pleasant experience. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your piece of heaven.

Great to be back

We have stayed here before but not in this unit. We love the quiet neighborhood, yet walking distance to town. Alan was very accommodating, letting us stay a bit longer on check out day. Everything was as stated in the description. We will be back for sure!

Outstanding Property

The condominium was exactly as advertised. Great furnishings, well appointed kitchen. While the unit will sleep 4-6, it’s was really an ideal size for two adults wanting a private getaway! The host and the property managers were quick to respond to questions and were very helpful. The property and grounds are very well kept and beautiful. Our only issue, was obtaining chaise lounges on the beach. Each palapa has a sign indicating users cannot reserve the lounges by placing a towel on the chairs. But, long term renters at the condominium ignored this rule and placed towels on chairs between 6 and 6:30 am. There were other chairs available around the pool, but if you wanted and ocean front chair it proved difficult. Several of the other renters at the property expressed the same frustration. If this rule were enforced, I would upgrade my review from a nine to a solid ten. Overall a great place!

We have stayed Casita Blanca many times though 1st time at this specific unit. Perfect everything.! Finally measure the walk to town at 2/3 mile one way. On the beach, everything worked. Owner and manager both responsive. Pool to be shared. Loved it!

Loved everything about this place. Excellent for everyone but especially family. Right on the beach, pool to share, 2/3 mile walk to town and taxis easy to find too. Town taking Covid safety measures to keep every e safe.

Thanksgiving week stay

Me and my husband and our 15 year old son stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving. The weather was perfect, warm enough to swim but cool enough not to need to swim. A nice walk to get to the town center, either down the sidewalks or down the beach. The bed was comfortable, we had our son sleep on the couch instead of the futon. The restaurants are incredible. We went to the colonia side of town every day and ate some of the most amazing food ever at the little tacqueria stands. It costs next to nothing and that is real Mexican food! Lovely beach, plenty of beach chairs. It is just a paradise.

Nice property

Great property right on the beach! The condo was perfect for our family of 4! Our only issue is the newly built resort hotel near by that played very loud music each day. This was not built the last time we stayed at Casita Blancas.

This condo was perfect for us. The location is great, there was plenty of space for the two of us, and the unit is beautiful and well stocked. Major bonus...the bed is actually comfortable, not the norm when renting I’m México. We will be back!

Ideal for a Couple

This condo is ideal for a couple who wants both a pool and the ocean right out their door. It would be tight quarters sharing it with others. There are twin beds set up in the master bedroom opposite the king size bed. Comfortable and updated. A bit noisy. Above us were occupants who seemed to be moving furniture around frequently. Good location. Near town. Loved the beach.

Great family vacation!

This 1 bedroom condo on ground floor is well equipped with all amenities needed for vacation...just bring your clothes and pesos! It's been remodeled and the updates were well done - nice kitchen, bath-shower and new tile flooring. Having stayed at other units at Casita Blanca (some dumpy and not maintained by owners) Alan and Kammi's condo is a prime condo. The beach/water views are better than represented. The onsite manager and staff are very helpful and happy to have you there. The pool was perfect for our young kids; adults may not enjoy as it's a little shallow to swim. A one bedroom had enough room for the family - 2 adults and 2 kids under 10- One king bed and two twin beds. Oh and the mattresses were decent too. Good sleeps for all of us. Looking forward to a return trip.

Perfection at the beach in Mexico

Beautiful newly renovated condo which opens onto the pool which is on the beautiful beach. No crowds just friendly neighbors. Ideal location next to Unico Beach with good food and snorkeling and short walk to the square. And the hosts were very easy to communicate with. Would love to go back again. Laura White Newport, NC

The magical unit at Casita Blanca

For the last six winters I have found heaven and haven in a one bedroom unit in the most perfectly sized condo complex in puerto morelos. Casita Blanca is a small community of 18 units, a group of owners and renters who seem to have found a lovely balance of neighbourliness and privacy in a quiet beachfront setting, all beautifully maintained by Cesar who tends the pool and gardens. The unit I rent, which is about to be completely renovated, can sleep 5 with two twin beds and a king in the bedroom and a futon ( or pullout couch) in the living room. It is located within 20 feet of the pool deck ( nice for quiet late evening dips) and has the best view of the sea from ground level that the complex affords. This means early morning snapshots of the sunrise from the living room, beach and pool lounging in seconds from the sliding glass door, and unloading groceries from the Wednesday market without climbing stairs (not to mention a brand new kitchen in a few weeks ). Of course there are the 15 minute slow walks to town for dinner, slower saunters back on the beach watching stars and planets, snorkelling at the Ojo down the beach, the the unico bar next door, flamenco on Saturday nights, the dancing at Serena, the music everywhere,and the Layla guest house lectures on local history and creative writing classes. That is the magic of P.M. well into the spring and summer. But this lovely unit holds its own magic for anyone who chooses to turn the key in the door when they arrive!

Wonderful relaxing in paradise!

We recently returned from a 3 night stay here, and had a really nice time. The place was beautiful and the staff was awesome. The geckos are a little noisy, but hey, it's their home all the time, we just were visitors! We walked into town a few times, and ate. A couple of restaurants there, which were very good. If you are expecting an all inclusive type of resort this is not for you, but if peace and quiet and cooking a few of your own meals is what you're looking for,then THIS is paradise!

Very Peaceful

Beautiful grounds, quite and peaceful beach, short walk to very ethnic town, accommodations were nice for the price, Robert (Owner) and Roberto (manager) were very helpful. I enjoyed having a rental if you get the chance have a massage at Los Colibríes Mayan Jungle Spa well worth it. Overall great time.

peaceful getaway

my husband and I stayed here for the week. very nice grounds. about a 10 min causual walk to the square when you will find everything you need. if you choose to take a cab .it is about $2.50. very quite beach great place to coffee and evening cocktails. plan on stay there on our next trip back to PM.

Great beach resort!

Very nice place. Full kitchen and fridge if you want to cook, although with all the restaurants to sample in Puerto Morelos there's no need to cook! Property owner was great to work with. The listing was accurate and perfectly described the place. This unit is right by the pool, and the beach isn't much further! The property was very clean and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable, and despite there being only 2 of us, I think the condo could easily handle 4 people. Wonderful place to spend time away from the craziness of Playa del Carmen!
