We had a great week! Perfect location with beautiful ocean view. Within walking distance of restaurants and the trolley stop to ride anywhere on the island. Highly recommend.

Our family had a wonderful vacation with no issues what so ever with the condo. Everything was as explained and shown in the description and images of the condo. A great location to spend a vacation.

We loved everything about this condo. Location, space, balcony, beach towel and chairs. Only thing they need is automatic coffee maker.

Great family vacay but with some disappointment

We really enjoyed the vacation vibe of this property. Great location. Nice layout. My granddaughters loved the bunk room with its own tv even if it is very small. But there was disappointment in the little things. The place was not real clean - floors were dirty and needed a good mopping and glass sliders were filmy and streaky. Couch needed a cleaning too. Ice maker on freezer did not work. Door to shower in master bath would not stay shut. Drawer in master closet dresser would not open. Bed in master was not a king but instead was two twins pushed together with a foam topper. Not real comfortable especially when fitted sheet wouldn’t stay on the bed. Lastly the Vrbo listing said checkout was 11am but the property management said 10am.

This place is fantastic!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was wonderful to be able to walk outside and be on the beach. Having three small kids, it was very convenient for us. We were close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Spot

Very nice condo. The view is the best and was as advertised. Rooms were nice and beds were good. The 3rd bedroom is very small which we knew. Kitchen had nice appliances and everything we needed. Easy check in and out. Great location near Bridge Street which is where everything is at close to Bradenton Beach.

The Sunsets!

We've stayed many places that didn't hold up to the pictures online but this wasn't one of them! The doors got stuck a few times but that literally was the only issue we ever had. The view and accessibility to the beach was amazing. The surrounding area was perfect and other super touristy which we loved and we loved the trolleys. We'd stay here 100x over. The view alone was worth the money but the condo was nice too. We stayed on 3rd floor and it had the best view. Highly recommend. Check in and check out was super easy too.

Ready to go back!

This is a perfect spot to soak in the beauty of AMI! Amazing view of the gulf and great location. Back steps straight to the pool and beach was a nice addition. The teenagers really enjoyed the pool table. This property was perfect for our family and we had a great stay. Ready to return asap!

Would stay again

The location is perfect. The layout of the condo is great for a group. There was a broken door handle and a broken window shutter but it did not impact our stay. Don’t turn on the bathroom sink all the way! You’ll get soaked! Communicating with the property manager was a bit frustrating. They only respond to text. Even if you call them while you are actively engaging in text messages, they still will not answer. Checking in, the door was locked and theres a process to go through to get in when that happens. We were not alone in that experience. Really though, we made a lot of fun memories and I 100% would stay again.

Beautiful Ocean View

This condo was NOT a 3 bedroom. The 3rd room was a closet they put full/twin bunk beds in. Very Uncomfortable for six adults to stay here. The bathrooms need updating. The master shower door was held closed with a velcro strip. :( Not the best place we have stayed but the view was awesome!!!

White sand beaches!

The condo was even better than we could have imagined. A little more expensive than we have paid normally but beautiful views at all times. Their were plenty of beach chairs and parking and seating inside and outside. We loved the pool and hot tub. It was private and comfortable. The property sits on one of the most beautiful white sand beaches we’ve ever seen. There were plenty of restaurants and bars and public piers that were not at all crowded this time of year. We had trouble figuring out the TV but there wasn’t a lot of time to watch it! Appliances were new and up to date and plenty of bedding and towels to go around. We had to go to Dollar Tree to purchase hangers and there was only salt and pepper for condiments. The elevator was wonderful for bringing up luggage. We were thankful for Publix Grocery store and Walgreens and tons of BEAUTIFUL gift shops! We ABSOLUTELY LOVED the Monkey Bus! We would recommend it to anyone visiting the Island. The traffic wasn’t bad on the island and everyone was very courteous in allowing us to cross the street at any given time. There was always a place to find live music and walking the beach is a must. But our all time favorite part was the amazing sunsets from our back deck. Loved this property!

Great location

The unit was great! Right on the beach with great views and sunsets. Property management company is horrible. Provided very, very little supplies and finished cleaning the unit 45 min after our check in time. They sent a letter about where the keys were located when we checked in but they weren’t where they said they should be. When I called on Saturday to find out where they were I was told I would have to wait until Monday when they open again so we were not supposed to lock our door if we went out???? I did find the key, but again, not where they said it would be. Their response to me was extremely rude and not apologetic at all. Will never stay anywhere they manage again.

Wonderful place to make memories that will last a lifetime. The location is perfection!!

Incredible views - easy access to the pool and hot tub. The unit is well stocked and family friendly. Lucky, the property manager was readily available with questions or concerns. Would highly recommend this unit for the vacation of a lifetime!!

Amazing location

Right on the ocean. Nice condo with updates. Worked just perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. Pool was nice and the building itself is well maintained. Easy to jump on the shuttle to go for dinner. We will Definitely consider coming back!

Wonderful location

We loved the condo! It was bright, clean, tastefully decorated. The beach was gorgeous and we put in a lot of swimming hours in the ocean and the pool/hot tub. Delicious restaurants near by (Anna Maria oyster bar & Beach House restaurant were our favorites!), stores conveniently near by. Great vacation overall! We loved the atmosphere. Thank you for the memories.

Lovely condo with amazing Gulf views. Location has easy access to free trolley on Island

Easy to rent and check in. We will be back in the future. I would say that some kitchen and second bedroom consolidation would free up space for clothes and grocery’s.
