Tipsy Turtle est une spacieuse maison de 2200 pieds carrés en bord de mer qui a récemment été transformée en une luxueuse location de vacances. Il offre une vue panoramique sur la plage privée de South Ponte Vedra et l'océan Atlantique. Il a été récemment meublé pour garantir votre confort et votre plaisir dans un cadre magnifique. Le côté océan de la maison comprend une terrasse couverte et décontractée avec des meubles confortables, des repas en plein air et un barbecue au propane.

Vous ferez l'expérience des levers et couchers de soleil les plus magnifiques que vous ayez jamais vus, profitez de passer du temps sur la magnifique plage ou de vous détendre dans le confort d'un intérieur de luxe et de profiter de la vue.

Cette terrasse est accessible par les espaces de vie, de salle à manger et de cuisine ouverts au 2ème étage qui sont mis en place pour s'assurer que votre fête de vacances maximise sa socialisation et sa camaraderie pour des vacances inoubliables. Vous pouvez également accéder à la terrasse et à la passerelle avec un accès direct à la plage depuis la salle de bains du hall. La salle à manger peut accueillir 8 personnes, donnant sur une cuisine gastronomique et une élégante salle familiale.

Cette grande maison offre 3 chambres et 3 bains, peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes. Il y a une suite parentale et salle de bain privée au rez-de-chaussée (2e), un couloir salle de bain complète avec douche et buanderie est également accessible directement depuis le pont et la plage.

Au niveau supérieur (3e), il y a deux chambres et une grande salle de bain commune avec baignoire, douche et double vasque. Une chambre offre 2 lits queen, l'autre un roi. Les deux ont une vue magnifique (l'une sur l'Atlantique, l'autre sur notre magnifique Guana Preserve) et une literie de luxe offre beaucoup de confort.

Au premier étage se trouve un garage et une cage d'escalier intérieure menant au 2ème étage. Il dispose d'une terrasse couverte avec table de pique-nique, ainsi que d'une douche extérieure.

Enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked with all our in house needs. Well stocked with beach items such as towels and chairs The gas grill was new and used for family grilling. The beach view was amazing in the house and outside on the deck. Nice private beach.

Wonderful beach home. Great location out of the way butbclose enough for short trips to both Jax and St. Augustine. Host was excellent and home well appointed. Looking forward to a future stay.

Great Vacations!!!

Impressive house, confortable and well decorated with great views to the ocean. We spent Christmas week all the family and everything was perfect. Great to walk alone in the beach at sunrise!!!

Second Stay - Outstanding

Stayed here twice and will definitely return. The house is clean, super-well stocked, and the location cannot be beat if you are looking for a quiet, laid-back beach experience. The property owner is communicative, responsive and very pleasant. Highly recommend the Tipsy Turtle.

Tipsy Turtle is a fantastic home with a superb beach location! I do not know what to say beyond previous Tipsy Turtle guests have stated. The reviews are spot on! Tipsy Turtle is better than advertised and I cannot wait to go back!

Gorgeous, VERY clean, beautifully appointed, and the best views ever!

Upon entering the Tipsy Turtle, we were instantly relaxed and at peace. The owner thought of every single thing you can imagine! The kitchen is totally stocked, there are two sets of washers and dryers, tons of bath towels, and plenty of beach chairs, toys, towels, etc. There are multiple outdoor areas in which to relax and enjoy the ocean views/smells/sounds. We enjoyed the multiple outdoor dining areas, some in the sun, some completely shaded under cover! We will definitely return to this magical place. Literally steps to the beach from the decking & stairs. Amazing!

Can’t beat the view!

Our family greatly enjoyed staying at Tipsy Turtle! We were greeted with a lovely gift bag and a fridge with cold drinks. The house was spotless and had plenty of towels in the bathrooms as well as beach towels. There was an abundance of beach supplies…chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. We didn’t even need the things we brought. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed for making meals. We had dinner out at several of the recommended restaurants which we greatly enjoyed. Cap’s on the Water and Aunt Kate’s were our favorites. Be aware that this house has lots of stairs which is to be expected in a beach house, but this lovely home might be difficult for older adults and if the infant in our party had been more mobile I’d have been concerned about him taking a tumble down the stairs. Also be aware that the driveway is tight and it took some maneuvering to enter and exit with our SUV (Honda Pilot) and pulling onto A1-A can be tricky. One must be very cautious. However, the view from the living room and deck was exactly what we needed as we had one recovering from a medical incident and others who just needed to decompress! We spent long hours just watching the waves and soaking up the sun from the deck or on the beach. It was as though we had a private beach for the entire week. We all agreed we’d come back to this house again.

Perfect "Stay"cation!

My husband and I were looking for a quiet get away close to home, and boy did we ever find it! While Ponte Vedra Beach is only 30 minutes from our home, we felt like we were on an exotic beach thousands of miles away. The property is on a very private area of South Ponte Vedra beach providing much needed relaxation with a gorgeous sunrise view of the Atlantic Ocean to the east and a stunning sunset view of the Guana Preserve to the west. This location was perfect for walks on the gorgeous beach right out of the back door and hikes in the natural preserve a short walk away. Due to turtles nesting, residences are required to have no exterior lighting on the beach side at night which allows for stunning night star gazing! The property was immaculately clean with luxurious bed linens as well as plenty of bathroom linens and beach towels. The kitchen is well appointed and the space is inviting and incredibly comfortable with tons of natural light and ocean views from every room. There really are too many wonderful details to mention here. Thank you, Kat, for being a wonderful host and answering all of our questions ahead of time as well as during our stay. Check in and check out instructions were detailed and provided in a timely manner. We look forward to future visits to Tipsy Turtle.

This Is The One

My, oh, my. This beach home is just that—A home, not an empty shell of a house. And what a beautiful home it is! We felt so at ease in this place, more so than any other beach house we’ve stayed in. I am a CLEAN FREAK, and this house met and exceeded my ridiculous standards. The cordless vacuum was so appreciated to vacuum the sand that can accumulate throughout the week. The beds were amazing—We all slept just like we were at home. Loved the rockers under the covered patio, the organization of the garage (and it didn’t stink like many beach home garages),the beautiful and unique decor, and the proximity to the beach (no long boardwalks). Yes, it has stairs. It’s a beach house! The guy that rated this house 8/10 just because of that isn’t being fair. It’s so lovely. Beth was so kind with her gift bag and cold drinks, that’s just so rare these days! We brought all our own beach toys/chairs/gear, but didn’t need to. They’ve got it all! And OMG the check out list? You’re not asked to do all the things you pay the cleaning service fee for. We treated this house just the way we would want someone to treat ours because it felt so cozy and you can feel how much love Beth pours into it. Book it, trust me.

Birthday with family

Everyone in our group enjoyed the beach house! It was so convenient to walk to the beach and be able to rinse of before entering the house. The house itself was clean and well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. There were a lot of bathroom towels, more than I've ever seen at a rental, which was great! They also had beach towels, most were small, and plenty of beach chairs. We brought our own tent and beach lounge chairs. The master shower was large and it had good water pressure. The view from the deck was so close to the water that you didn't feel the need to be on the beach every day if you didn't feel like it, and it had plenty of seating on it for our party of 5. The only things I would change were the shades/curtains on the windows that needed to be closed every night due to the turtles, and opened every morning for the view. The shades were very slow to open and there were a lot of windows, 12-14 on the main floor alone, so it took a little time every day to open/close all of them, but I'm used to a 1-touch remote for my shades at home. The other item to be aware of is that the garage only fits small vehicles due to the steep driveway, the driveway isn't as big as it looks in the pictures, and in the kitchen there were no empty cabinets for groceries or an island. A good point though, several of us commented on what great quality the pillows were, from the bed pillows to the ones in the family room, super comfy and yet supportive. It's the little things that count!

My husband and i stayed at this incredible house with my mother in law for 4 night's. It was well appointed and had everything we needed and more. Plenty of towels equipped kitchen. Beth even left water and beer in the fridge. The views are beautiful. I highly recommend this home for your beach get away. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at the Tipsy Turtle. Unobstructed views of the ocean, super quiet beach, all the amenities in the house you could need. We had big plans of exploring the area and eating out at local restaurants but when it came down to it we barely left the house as it was so relaxing and just what we were looking for. We were so sad to leave but hope to be back.

Steps of the beach!

Very large, open house that is literately steps from the ocean. The back deck stairs lead you right into the sand. Very private beach. Huge open kitchen that is VERY well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, prep knives that are actually sharp. We had 10 family members eating together with no issues. The garage was large enough for our Ford F150, plus my daughter's small SUV. Other family members parked on paved driveway area. Furnishing, bedding, beach chairs, towels were all very nice. You basically just need to bring your clothes and food. A well-kept property that we respectfully treated like our own. I spoke with owns due to an A/C issue, which they responded to immediately. Problem was out of their control but couldn't have asked for better customer service and attention. We will most definitely return and recommend to our friends.

Perfect Beachfront Vacation

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. We had a group of 6 ages 4-70 and everyone had a wonderful time. Every day we all went for a long walk searching for shells, sea glass and shark teeth. My kids loved being able to do this with their grandparents. The beach was so easily accessible for everyone. Also, if my parents wanted to take a break inside or up on the deck, they were still able to watch the kids play on the beach. The views were breathtaking. The bedroom layout was great with plenty of space for all of us. We made family dinners most nights in the well-prepared kitchen. Both the property manager and owner were so kind and helpful. This house is set up perfectly to have the most enjoyable vacation.The location is wonderful. Beyond being beachfront, there are restaurants and a grocery store within a short driving distance. We went to St. Augustine (which was close and so fun) for a few meals out and to tour the fort. The house felt secluded and private, but not isolated.My parents are already planning another trip to this house because we all loved it so much!

Perfect

From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, everything was perfect. The house is just as it is described and pictured. It was tastefully decorated - not too much and not too little. The house itself is roomy and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. You are LITERALLY steps away from the beach. As long as you bring your groceries, everything else you would need is right there. We did not leave the house but I know that there are nice restaurants somewhat close by. We had a small issue which was addressed immediately so communication is A. I cannot stress enough how perfect this house is. THANK YOU for everything.

Sisters Christmas vacation

This home is spacious, and stunning. The ocean is steps away, and we enjoyed shelling and short walks. The homeowner thought of every amenity to get our stay started, even a generous gift bag.! Although the weather was a bit cool for us ( we live 4 hours South which is generally warmer)

Great location directly on the beach, Great House

The house is very comfortable, very well decorated, and very well equipped. You are directly on the beach. The beachfront is very private. Nothing but other private houses close by. Moonrises are spectacular. You are an easy 10–15-minute drive South into St Augustine and another easy 15-minute drive North into Ponte Vedra. Several Great waterfront restaurants close by. Plenty of easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Loved the location. Loved the House. Would go back again.

We loved the house and so spacious. The views were amazing and great location to St. Augustine or Ponte Vedra. The location is like your very own private beach. We loved the isolation feeling.
