Villa was absolutely beautiful. Margaritas and guacamole made by joanna was great touch walking in. The unit has one of the best views in the resort. Can't wait to come back.

Great oceanfront 2-bedroom condo

Really lovely oceanfront condo with a huge balcony and great views. We had to make a schedule change to our reservation and management was very responsive and helpful. The pool, hot tubs, and beach were all great as well. Our kids enjoyed the Kids Club which is located at the adjacent sister resort.

1st trip to Cabo

We had a great time in Cabo. Our oceanfront room was terrific. Great location and close to everything. The room was spacious and came well stocked. Isabella, our concierge was terrific. She reached out and assisted us with transportation as well as groceries prior to our arrival and helped with activities during our stay. We enjoyed the pool and onsite restaurants and amenities. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Birthday Getaway

The condo is perfectly situated with a great view and supplied with everything. The terrace has a wonderful view and has a full barbeque. The concierges Johan and Ernesto were fantastic and had welcome drinks, chips and salsa, and a birthday cake for my mom. Humberto even called us with ideas to get to Cabo due to Southwest cancelled our flight.

Beautiful property! The condo was beautiful!!! We had chips, salsa,guacamole and margaritas made for us on our arrival to our room! My only SLIGHT complaint is the dryer didn’t work well. I’d definitely book this condo again!

Best location!

Listing was exactly as described. Location was perfect next to the pool with views of the beach for days. It was extremely clean. Any questions we had were immediately answered. We rented a car and valet service was included which was a nice surprise. Everything was within a 5 minute drive into town. 10 out of 10 would definitely return!

We had a wonderful time at this resort and condo. The resort has a sophisticated yet family friendly crowd. Very clean and the staff was very attentive. The condo has a spectacular view of both the pool and the ocean - we spent a lot of time out on the balcony. The trek to the room is a bit much - far away from the stairs and elevator but worth it for the view. The condo beds were amazing - we all slept so well every night. Well stocked with salt, pepper, oils, and extra beers and Coke were left for us in the fridge upon arrival. A good variety of cooking tools, cutting boards, etc to make breakfast or lunches. We would for sure come back to this resort and this unit.

Staying in Cabo at Villa Escantia was most memorable Birthday Vacation by far. Professional and courteous staff, beautiful Spa, clean fitness room and Very Nice restaurant on property. Pool bar with good ceviche, ice cold drinks or beer. Beautiful room with view of the ocean from Villa as well as spacious and comfortable. Concierge staff was always there to make sure your stay met our expectations. We are simple guest and was amazed by all even the Best margaritas with guacamole, salsa and chips upon our arrival provided by Ernesto, Oscar and staff...the best ever....We already booked another trip for end of this year. Stunning Villa and property!

Check-in was worry free and greeted with a smile. Upon arriving to our room we were greeted with homemade guacamole, salsa, chips and refreshing margaritas. The view from the living area and both bedrooms is absolutely stunning. The large corner deck overlooking the entire property is where we spent early mornings, late afternoons and cards at night. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. We made breakfast and lunch in our Villa. We took a $4 Uber ride each night into Cobo for dinner. The heated pools and hot tubes are the best we have had at any property. The outdoor space is where we spent our days and walking the beach. The area is very safe to walk any place you choose. Wonderful 8 days of 74 when it was cold and snowy back home. Lots of new memories made. Already planning our next visit back in the same Villa.

Nice property and room

We enjoyed our time at Villa La Estancia. The room was as described and the staff was very friendly. -1 star for the check-in process. The VRBO listing says check-in time is 3pm. The check-in instruction email, received a week in advance after I inquired, indicated check-in was 4pm. We hoped to check-in early around 2pm but when we arrived they told us 4pm. At 4:30pm we still were not notified that our room was ready so I called and they told me it was. When we went to the room the cleaning staff was just finishing up. It was not the best start for the trip but everything else was great. I think a lot of people checked out that day so recognize they were probably busy. Overall, the staff was super friendly. The room was as described and had a nice view.

Excellent Property, Lacking Communication

To put it simply, the property and the villa are incredibly gorgeous. The staff is extremely kind and tentative... However, I wish I can say the same for the property owner. Having booked this suite 2 months in advance, it only dawned on me the night prior to travel that I never received any sort of email including check-in instructions. I sent an email asking for the info and a request to check in early and got a response the following morning while on the plane. Ignored the early check-in inquiry though. If I didn't pay for inflight WiFi it would have been even more tricky to get in contact with Humberto. I actually never got in contact with him, even after requesting time to discuss these issues via voicemail. Oscar however was great. All in all, the property, room, and location make it worth booking but unfortunately, the correspondence from the property owner(s) needs a lot of work.

Dear Daniel, Your reservation was made on January 8, 2022, about a month prior to your arrival. We are sorry you did not get our arrival guide that our system automatically sent on January 12, 2022 to your Email Address. We do not know if this message went to your SPAM, but it was until February 11, a month later and hours before your Check In that you contacted us and told me that you did not receive any confirmation message from us. I sent it again and finally you received it and requested a last minute private pick up on the same day you were arriving at Los Cabos airport. I immediately arranged your pick up and we both got an immediate email confirmation response from company via Email. Transportation company as well is assuming that you did not received their Email because they were waiting for you at the airport, and you informed them that you never received your Email and had to take another service. We had been working with this Transportation company for more than 10 years and all our customers always get all their confirmations Email messages or calls. Oscar has been a member of my team for more than 15 years and he got all our information as well, that is why he is always on time with all our welcoming services to all our guests. We always try to respond on time and as fast as we can to all our customers requests. I appreciate all the good comments about my property and personnel in Cabo San Lucas, so please call me at any time if you have any other issues in regards of my services.

Where do I begin...

I honestly can not say enough GOOD things about this place. When we arrived at the condo (hungry and tired from traveling) the owner had sent a guy to our room to make us drinks and fresh salsa and guac with chips! He was waiting for us when we arrived outside our door.We were amazed and so surprised! And I might add, it was the best margarita I had ever tasted. Our fridge was also pre-stocked with sodas, water, and beer! Free of charge.The staff is absolutely wonderful! This is not a timeshare so we were not bombarded by people trying to get us to attend seminars. We didn't have to lift a finger! Everything was perfect. The ocean is so close you would think you were sleeping on the beach. I loved waking up to see the teal water right outside my balcony. Also, I thought this was extremely cool, if you open the sliding glass doors it automatically turns off the air! So for lazy people like me who didn't want to be turning the air on and off, this was the best hotel feature ever! :) This condo is huge!!! The bedrooms are massive and the living area is so big! Our balcony was also large, and we spent most of our time sitting outside enjoying the ocean. Pictures can't even come close to the beauty! Also, this condo sits far enough away from downtown that you DO NOT hear all the club music and drunk bachelorettes! But it's only a $9 cab ride or a walk down the beach away from all the action. The hotel staff have secured rates from the cab drivers, so each ride from your hotel is locked in. No surprises! I also felt very secure with the amazing security. Each time we left the hotel and returned the cab driver had to stop at the gate and tell the security guard our room number and how many guests were with him. This resort is perfect for families! We took our 8 year old son and he had the time of his life! As did we all! I noticed there weren't any drunk people making a scene, mostly families enjoying their kids! So all in all this is the best resort Cabo has to offer! We booked our next trip before we even left! Can't wait to be back!

Magic

You can't beat the view from this unit. You can see way down the beach and hearing the waves at night is magical. This is our 4th stay in this complex and this unit is by far the best view/location we have had.
