Ocean's Reach est la station de vacances préférée de l'île de Sanibel, unique en son genre pour offrir un hébergement entièrement en bord de mer. Votre vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique commence directement depuis votre propre salon. Dès que vous sortez de votre véranda privée, vous saurez que vous avez découvert un endroit très spécial.

Oubliez le reste du monde en respirant l'air tropical, en sentant la douce brise du golfe et en vous perdant au son des vagues douces et ondulantes. Ocean's Reach est un kaléidoscope de ce que l'île de Sanibel a de mieux à offrir: une magnifique plage de calibre mondial avec des bombardements incroyables, ainsi que de nombreuses activités de détente, une faune remarquable et des couchers de soleil spectaculaires.

Votre condo est joliment meublé et comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, un lave-linge / sèche-linge et des commodités qui vous permettront de vous sentir chez vous. Notez que Ocean's Reach n'autorise pas le tabagisme et les animaux domestiques. Notre emplacement isolé - sur la plage, mais en dehors des sentiers battus - signifie que vous n'êtes qu'à quelques minutes en voiture ou à vélo des nombreux magasins, restaurants et attractions naturelles de l'île, mais merveilleusement isolés du bruit et du trafic. Ocean’s Reach est le choix idéal pour ceux qui recherchent une escapade tranquille, relaxante et insouciante au bord de la plage.

UNITÉ 1D4: Les superbes greens seafoam vous ramènent au charme de la vieille Floride dans cette unité de coin extérieure supérieure de deux chambres à coucher. La cuisine ouverte et la salle à manger spacieuse donnent sur un salon avec deux canapés aux dimensions généreuses et des tables en verre tressé. Décor tropical dans les chambres. Téléviseurs à écran plat en vedette dans toutes les chambres. Garde-corps dans les deux bains; massage jets de douche dans le bain invité. Canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Lit king en maître; deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis. Occupation maximale: 6 personnes. Vues directes du golfe avant de la véranda et du maître. L'emplacement au coin du quatrième étage offre une vue apparemment infinie sur le golfe et la plage. Tout simplement majestueux!

Wish there was a bathroom down by the pool and a wagon would have been nice to take stuff to the beach. Other than that a very nice place and would recommend except not when the bugs are bad!

Wonderful Florida condo getaway

Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay at this Florida condo and would highly recommend it, especially for families with kids. The property amenities are truly awesome for children – the pool area, basketball and tennis courts plus shuffleboard were a blast for the kids. Being so close to the beach was another huge plus. We could walk or hop over quickly for morning strolls, afternoon playtime in the sand or beautiful evening sunsets. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a family. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. We had a minor AC issue they were able to resolve quickly! Two small suggestions: it would be helpful to have a few plastic plates, cups, and utensils on hand for children. Also, king-sizes pillows in the master would be a plus. Overall, this was a relaxing, fun and convenient stay that hit all the right notes for a family vacation. We’ll definitely consider returning!

Excellent! Be ware of overly small parking spot though

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, an excellent experience! The condo was very clean. It was quiet and well sealed around the windows and doors. It was not humid in the condo so the AC worked pretty well. The reclining chair did not work despite being plugged in just a note. And one thing I would be completely aware of, is the assigned parking spot is insanely small. I have a full-size minivan and I was not able to park in the parking spot without hitting my side view mirrors just about so if you were in an SUV or a bigger vehicle that does not have sliding doors. You will have a very tough time in that spot Because you have to park between a wall and a column. I consistently had to stay about 5 feet out of the parking spot in order to get in our vehicle because the column blocked our door so we couldn’t get in and out. This was the most inconvenient part of the trip, but did not take away from the overall experience. We really truly had a wonderful time. I consistently saw maintenance staff around the property. The property appeared to be well taken care of, and the elevator was clean and nice. It was a straight walk to the beach and there was a storage unit downstairs that was convenient. We had our own wagon so we loaded it up. A wagon was not provided in the storage unit just so you know again a wonderful experience overall. Will stay again.

Wonderful top-floor Sanibel condo directly on the beach. Everything you would need to enjoy the beach (chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc.) and a condo are included and accessible. Views from the lanai were outstanding as you can see both the gulf/beach outside the condo and Bonita Springs/Naples to the east across the water. Very cool!Sanibel and Captiva have a laid back feel and although we didn't bike this time, there are over 26 miles of accessible (and flat!) bike paths available. We visited the Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum and Aquarium and toured/drove the J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge. Both are must sees. Would have loved to rent a bike or kayak, but maybe next time.Plenty of quality food choices on and off the island and in Ft. Meyers. Preferred to stay on the islands though and the kids enjoyed custard from "The Shack" almost daily.Above all, the shelling and beach are second to none. Yes, there are "no see ums" but they didn't take away from the great shelling, walks, and just hanging out on the beach for our two teenagers and us. The pool was also great and just what was needed after the beach or in the evening.The staff at Oceans Reach were accessible and welcoming. We've stayed at condos all along the gulf coast (Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Ft. Meyers, Clearwater, Key West) and this was the best of them all in terms of accessibility, beach access, and overall tranquility. Would stay again. Thank you!
