Washburn offre un accès à la pêche, aux plages de sable et à une merveilleuse communauté lacustre. Accès public au lac avec 117 'de rivage pour en profiter.

La propriété offre 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes, avec couchage supplémentaire disponible dans le salon. Air climatisé central et chaleur inclus dans votre séjour. Télévision par satellite disponible dans les 3 chambres. Cuisine entièrement meublée avec appareils et une salle à manger. 1. 90 acres de terrain avec une immense surface plane au bord du lac pour tous les plaisirs de la partie. foyer et terrasse enveloppante surplombant la propriété. Il y a un petit foyer disponible pour brûler avec du bois fourni. Un barbecue au propane est prévu pour tous vos besoins en matière de barbecue. Table et chaises en plein air sur le pont pour votre usage. Draps et serviettes fournis avec laveuse et sécheuse fournis.

Il y a une suite attachée mère en droit où le gardien de la propriété réside actuellement. Messieurs âgés très calmes qui se soucient de la propriété et seront disponibles pour tous vos conseils de pêche;).

Les animaux domestiques sont les bienvenus mais nous exigeons un dépôt de garantie et des frais de nettoyage supplémentaires de 20 $ / jour.

Perfect lake rental!

The home was large and had a great gathering area with view of the lake. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The grounds were well kept and it had great access to the lake. Fishing was wonderful. It is a very quiet area which made it a perfect getaway.

Great family vacation place

Love the large lot, sandy beach, clear lake, good fishing , and well furnished and spacious cabin. Even though it was cloudy and on and off rain, wr had a great time.

Girls Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! There were 6 retired ladies, 2 walk with a cane. Everything was accessible and comfortable. All one level is definitely a plus. Host communicated very well. We already decided that we will be back next year! Can’t say enough great things about this property!

nice location on peninsula. spacious living room and dining room and kitchen . Bob the property manager was very helpful if we had any questions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

family gathering place

Cabin offered plenty of room to visit and play games. We often ate our meals on the roomy deck. We especially enjoyed the lake, fishing from the pontoon, and the large front yard for yard games. Great place for our family to gather, from Grandparents to Grandchildren!

Family Fishing Trip

This was a wonderful lake house for our family. It has a big yard and nice little beach area for the grandkids to play. We caught a lot of fish right off the dock! The house has a huge room great for playing games or just hanging out viewing the lake thru all the windows!! The beds were very comfortable. Great location.

Friends Annual Get-together

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at this property; it's the best stocked vrbo I've ever stayed in...lots of kitchen supplies and piles of towels. We loved the big livingroom, the beautiful view of the lake, and watching the deer meander through the yard. Heidi was always quick to respond to any questions, and we really appreciated that they allow pets. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Great time

We had an awesome experience and stay. 6 guys. 5 adults 1 kid. We brought our kayaks. We did some fishing. Had a great time around the fire. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Thank you for the opportunity!

Great Stay

The listing did not do this property justice, it is set on a great piece of property and just an awesome cozy cabin in the woods. The lake is crystal clear (we did not take the boat out), the location was perfect for us as we were riding sxs's during the day, close to the Emily/Outing trails. The beds were very comfortable, the cabin was very clean, the washing machine was a bonus. The deck was a great place to relax in the evening, the fire pit was also a great bonus. We will definitely be back!

Lovely lake home, quiet and peaceful.

Awesome large living room over looking the lake! Room for everyone to spread out on comfy furniture. Very relaxing and serene. The yard is large & flat to the lake. Appreciated that we could take our puppy. Pontoon boat was a plus. Bob was there and shared his fishing spots, & fishing was good. Loved the outside lighted deck at night and the fire pit, Bob had the firewood all stacked up for our evening fire. If you are going this year, take a mosquito hat! All that rain has made them abundant already.

The perfect get-away

This VRBO ended up being the perfect spot for our long weekend getaway. The listing is exactly as pictured (if not better), very comfortable and well equipped in all areas. The front great room was wonderful for morning coffee watching the sun come up over the lake and spending time together in the same space in general. Loved the flat lot, sandy beach, clear lake, deck and fire pit. We were a group of 6 (three couples) and all commented how we'd love to come back in the future as well as think about this location for a family getaway with our adult children. We enjoyed zip lining in Nisswa, kayaking, a day fishing from the pontoon, cooking/eating too much and fires in the firepit each night during our stay and hope to be back in the future!

Perfect family cabin week

We had a great stay on Washburn Lake for the week! The cabin was great and we had everything we needed! The second fridge was AMAZING to have and we needed minimal cooler space!!!! The best ever! We even started to have cooler nights so we could have the windows open and enjoy the summer air! The fishing was great and we caught a large bass (4.5lbs) on the lake! We only catch and release so it’s still out there! The boulders in the lake were a bit terrifying but if you stayed away from the shallows and the buoys then you were good to go! There was plenty of space to park. We had 4 vehicles and 2 trailers at one point as well as Bob’s, the caretaker, and we were still able to maneuver with ease!

Wonderful fall family getaway

We had a wonderful fall family vacation at this property. There was plenty of space for our 6 adults and 1 toddler. Very comfy chairs at the kitchen table for all-day card games, and lots of open space for our toddler to run around and play. The kitchen was fully stocked and the only thing we brought was a couple of crockpots. Great yard to run around and play in, and there didn't appear to be many neighbors around this time of year. It was pretty quiet. The caretaker was very nice, and we didn't see him except for at check-in. We had an excellent time and hope to return again!

Everything was great except a rancid smell in the laundry/utility room. It was there when we checked in and it is still there. Smells like something rotted.
