Ce condo au dernier étage a une vue imprenable sur la montagne de grand-père. Il a un grand espace salon / salle à manger avec une télévision à écran plat, une cheminée électrique avec un magnifique manteau en bois et un canapé-lit Queen. L'unité est 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains et pourra accueillir 6 personnes. Le maître a un lit King et une salle de bain. La deuxième chambre a un lit Queen et salle de bain attenante. Le balcon est équipé d'un mobilier d'extérieur de qualité. Profitez de la cuisine entièrement équipée et laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité. Vous aurez un accès complet à la piscine intérieure, au jacuzzi, au sauna et à la salle de musculation situés dans le hall. Le hall propose une connexion Wi-Fi pour tous les invités. Sugar Top dispose d’un système de navette si vous ne pouvez pas vous garer sur le terrain principal pendant les saisons occupées. Veuillez noter que la navette de stationnement est gérée par SugarTop. Resort Real Estate and Rentals n'a aucun contrôle sur le système de navette. Cependant, nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec ceci. Nos condos SugarTop sont non-fumeurs. Absolument PAS D'ANIMAUX.

Amazing location. Parking isn’t the most convenient but the shuttles to the resort from parking are very helpful and the drivers are awesome. The bus to the slopes takes a little longer but is worth the stay alone as it keeps you from having to park for skiing. You’re also close enough to walk to Oma’s Meadow and ski down if you don’t want to wait for the bus to ride down. 10/10 recommend this resort and condo.

The place was nice and comfy! The parking not so much. Have to park down the mountain and take a shuttle to and from the car and building

Yes, we try to put that in all of our descriptions for the Sugar Top condos that we manage. Sugar Top controls their own parking so we have no control over where you are allowed to park up there. We have worked with Sugar Top to streamline the check-in process. I hope the new procedures they are allowing us to us worked more efficiently. So far we haven't heard anything negative about them. We are glad you enjoyed the condo.

In the clouds

Very clean apto very well equipped, everything in the kitchen if you like to cook. Beautiful view, sunrise to die for....the only thing I did not like was the bed, I like hard, firm, stone mattress but the master bed is very soft...but that is just my preference...other thing was the parking, it was mostly half empty and we still had to park down and take the shuttle...we walked down most of the time. Great place, I recommend will comeback in the summer. Thank you.

Beautiful Place with Beautiful Views

It was a great unit to stay in. It was very clean and anything and everything we needed to feel like home we had. Being on the top floor was an amazing experience to have beautiful views from way up there of the mountains. At times we had the clouds floating right towards us. It was very relaxing. My only concern is since it was really hot and humid at times not having air conditioning a couple of evenings were hard to sleep because there wasn't any cool breezes coming in through the windows and we had all the windows and the balcony door open plus the fans on and it was still warm. So those warm evenings made it very uncomfortable to sleep. Also the King bed was a bit too soft for me. Other than that we will definitely be saving this as one of our favorite units. We will definitely be returning but preferably during any other season to avoid being hot at bed time. Thank you for everything. Communication and the quick responses were great. I really appreciate it. Warmest Regards😊

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had plenty of room for a family of 4 and had all the needed amenities in the kitchen. The only thing that was a little annoying was the parking and shuttle service. The staff were all very nice and when returning late a couple of evenings we were allowed to drive up to the building and use the registration parking spots to take sleeping kids up to the condo then only one person had to go park the car and ride the shuttle. The shuttle was typically very prompt. The issue is the shuttle is not 24/7, not sure what time it stops at night, but it doesn’t start until 7AM. We needed to leave around 5AM for our drive home so I had to walk down the road to the parking lot to get the car.

Ski weekend at Sugartop

The condo was clean, comfortable and in very good condition. The beds were very comfortable and we woke up to a beautiful sunrise over Grandfather Mountain. We would rent it again.

The view was fabulous but the check in and shuttle service was a little bit of a hassle. Also, the hot water heater was bothersome. The building needs painting and units need updating. Otherwise, had a great experience.

Reviewer Comments: Pros: The Property Management (off site) was very helpful and informative when selecting property at this location. The Property was available for early check-in however we didn’t take advantage of that. The weight room and pool areas were very clean and well kept.Cons: The actual “living space” was ok. The pictures are exact however the cleanliness could have been better especially since we are still in the COVID season. There was spiderwebs on the vent in the king-size bedroom bathroom. There was an excessive amount of long hair in the king size bedroom bathroom shower and on the flower (it was so bad, we had to rinse the hair out of the shower and sweep the floor prior to using it). There was heavy dust on the vents especially in the kitchen. The mantel above the fireplace looks like it’s about two seconds from falling. The fireplace doesn’t produce heat; therefore, don’t get your hopes up on getting warm from the fireplace. The sheets in the king-size bed were wrinkle like it had been slept in or hadn’t been changed prior to us arriving.Therefore, overall, the pictures on the website is what you will actually see therefore I would give it a 4 out of 5 stars HOWEVER the cleanliness I would definitely give a 1 out 5 stars.

Great stay on top of the world!

Our stay was great. Everything was as described. The shuttle service seemed a little cumbersome at first but they do such a great job at it that it wasn't a hassle at all. The hot tub and pool really made the stay so much better.

Amazing View!

We had a wonderful time staying at Sugar Top. The view of the mountains was breathtaking. The room was nice and clean but you could tell this was an older property. We had to check in off site and then when we got to Sugar Top, they let us go through the guard gate to park in front of the property for a few minutes to unload our stuff, then we had to park down a ways away from the condo. A shuttle would bring you back up from the parking lot to the condo which was not convenient at all. Especially if you forgot something in your car at night. The shuttle does run 24/7 though. The pool was nice but you cannot have any drinks (including water) or snacks on the pool deck which I thought was kind of silly. We did have a really fun time at Sugar Mountain but not sure we will stay at Sugar Top again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We showed up to the condo with the greatest expectations in mind. We took our stuff to the condo and it was immaculate. Clean, airy, and it looked like the we left it last year. We are repeat customers and will continue to be for years to come. Everybody was warm and welcoming from the ladies at the rental desk to the staff at the condominiums. While attending the GMHG, I actually sold off (for rentals) 3 or 4 more future customers to the Sugar Mountain.

Place was great but they will hold your security deposit for up to 30 days per there email they sent me when I asked about when it would be refunded. I am going on 21 days with no REFUND even after they told me 5 to 7 days. This almost feels a little SCAMMY to me. I can understand the security deposit and I would charge one myself but to hold money up to 30 days after you left "And yes I have a VIDEO showing all was good on my way out the door" is just makes me feel they are hoping people will forget about it. If I don't have my money soon I will be opening a claim on my card. ("Once everything checks out our inspector sends it through to accounting. Accounting has up to 30 days to refund the deposit, however, with this being our slow season it should only take 5 to 7 business days for it to appear back onto your account. ")
