Cette charmante East Beach, 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain, offre une vue imprenable sur les marais, une grande piscine, de vastes espaces de vie intérieurs et extérieurs et se trouve à seulement deux pas de la plage. C'est l'endroit idéal pour toute la famille pour se détendre et jouer! La cour arrière privée surdimensionnée et clôturée offre beaucoup d'espace pour divertir, se prélasser et aire de jeux pour les enfants et les chiens. Profitez d'une douche dans la douche extérieure après une promenade à la plage. En soirée, rassemblez-vous sur le grand porche pour profiter du magnifique coucher de soleil sur le marais vert et doré. L'intérieur est lumineux, ensoleillé et beachy. Les toutes nouvelles portes coulissantes en verre de la cuisine et du salon font pénétrer l’extérieur et laissent pénétrer une grande quantité de lumière. La suite principale dispose également de nouvelles portes coulissantes en verre qui permettent aux clients un accès privé directement à la piscine. La maison dispose de deux espaces de vie, une cuisine ouverte bien équipée et une salle à manger, une suite principale récemment rénovée avec douche carrelée et cheminée, ainsi qu’une chambre privée supplémentaire et une salle de bain au premier étage. Le deuxième étage comprend deux grandes chambres supplémentaires - une chambre avec lits superposés, aménagée avec 2 ensembles de lits superposés, chacun avec des lits gigognes, un mur de placards et de nouvelles portes coulissantes donnant sur une grande terrasse donnant sur la piscine et la cour arrière; l'autre offre un lit queen, un sac à dos, une table à langer et des jouets pour les enfants. Great Place and a great location

This is a nice little home that is comfortable for the 7 adults we had on this trip. The location on East Beach is an easy walk to the beach. The highlight of this property is the backyard/pool area. It's got a nice shaded place to eat and a bigger pool than the pictures show. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family vacation house

My sisters and I and our families all stayed here for a family funeral. It was a beautiful house with plenty of room for our families. The pool was a huge bonus!! The high chair was a sweet touch for my infant nephew. The beach was a short drive- but plenty of beach to play in!

Good house for the money

Home needs to have a few items fixed. Fridge door will not stay open, pool liner is in bad shape. Overall the house was fine for what we needed. Being so close to the beach was really awesome.

Adorable house so close to the ocean

This house is adorable and you cannot bear the view of the marsh and the walk to beach! The only issue I had was during check in. I called the day before to see if we could get into the house early and the person I spoke with said the house was ready so we could have an early noon check in. However, when I got to the office to pick up keys the woman said the house wasn’t ready and check in wasn’t until 4pm. I had my dog with me and we’d had a long 6 hour drive so I wasn’t thrilled at the thought of having to wait 4 hours to get into the house, but thankfully they were able to get me in around 1pm. Other than that the place is amazing. Will definitely be back.

Could be a 5 star...BUT there's good news and bad news

First, the good news. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and there is plenty of space for people to "spread out". We had 7 adults and two boys 7 and 8 years old. With the front porch for early morning coffee or watching the sunset over the marsh, the pool area with umbrella and chairs, and the family room, it was great and we never felt crowded. Two of the bedrooms are very spacious with comfortable beds, and the bunk room was well done. Now the BAD NEWS. THE ROOM WITH THE DOUBLE BED SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED A 4TH BEDROOM. THE BED IS TOO SMALL, AND THERE IS INADEQUATE HANGING SPACE FOR CLOTHES WITHOUT A TRUE DRESSER. THIS IS REALLY A THREE BEDROOM HOUSE UNLESS A VERY SMALL, SINGLE PERSON SLEEPS IN THIS BED. And, there were a number of loose faucets and dirty pots and pans that should have been taken care of by the management team before we moved in. Once we notified them, they took care of the issues, but the housekeeping crew needs to check things out more thoroughly. If they upgrade the double bedroom and are more careful of the 'basics', we'd definitely stay again....and it'd be a 5 Star stay!

But we are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the 2nd upstairs bedroom. This room is furnished as advertised with a standard size double bed, an armoire (4 drawers and a hanging area), a changing table as well as a sitting area. As a added feature to this property, we also have a 3D walking tour of this property that details the space and accommodations of the bedroom. This property is one of our most popular vacation rentals in the East Beach area and has had back to back occupancy since Memorial Day. Our management team performs a thorough inspection of cleanliness and overall property presentation before each guests arrival. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, well appointed, home away from home for our guests to enjoy while they relax on vacation. We certainly apologize for the issue of the loose kitchen faucet, and the pots and pans that were put away by previous guests without being properly cleaned. The issue of dirty pots and pans in cabinets has been addressed with our housekeeping team and improvement protocols have been implemented since your stay. - SSI Rentals Management

Sunsets through palms, beach adjacent, comfortable accommodations, plenty of space. for everyone

Took my best friend, her kiddos, and my kids for an early birthday/spring break getaway. Check in/out was super convenient, management was responsive and polite (had the pool serviced the first night, but between the breeze and the time of year we went, i totally get it, but wanted to make sure the chem levels were ok after the rain) Backyard is totally fenced and very private. I had no problem getting the beach wagon and 7 kids back and forth to the house. I will say the only 2 negatives for me were; 1. The stairs to the upper floor were not, in my opinion, little kid friendly. We kept a “neurotic” eye on the toddler, the six - twelve year olds each had a spill, but were fine. There’s also a step down into the living room that’s only about an inch or two high, but caught everyone, and the smaller kids kept tripping over it. Neither of these were in the pictures for the listing. The house was stocked with baby and dog gates in one of the bedroom closets, so we made use of those to block the two sliding glass doors out to the pool deck (three year child unlock them) The marsh views at sunset are incredible, and there was plenty of room for the big kids to have their own space while and the younger kids could spread out and play. Kitchen was great, plenty of huge bathrooms, the care package of incidentals they provided was really thoughtful, lots of tvs with cable, and great wifi. The kids all want to live there now.

Nice house, nice neighborhood.

It wasn't bad but we had a few issues. We arrived at night and there are no street lights and no lights on at the house. It took us 30 minutes of driving in circles to find it. The mailbox is overgrown with a bush and you simply could not see this place in the dark. The front door has a glass storm door in front of it but the internal shock was worn out and the door would slam on anyone who did not use caution. The pool was really dirty and low on water. I probably spent 4 hours cleaning it and the filter so the kids could swim in it. It was full of leaves from the surrounding trees but once I cleaned it out on the first night, it wasn't bad to maintain. The house is dated but wasn't bad. If they just fixed a few things and had weekly pool cleaning, it would go a long way. For the money, I wouldn't do it again.

Gorgeous marsh views and very comfortable home. Wish kitchen sink had a water filter.

Worked great for our family vacation. Plenty of privacy and entertaining space. Just wish the kitchen sink had a water filter, as we had to keep buying water. Otherwise, this was a well maintained and very nicely appointed & decorated home. Great location near beach access and sunsets on the marsh.

So much cooler online

My family and I rented this house to celebrate the successful completion of my treatment for breast cancer, not to mention surviving the pandemic. Growing up, St. Simons was my favorite island to visit, and I was excited to share this special place with my infant son. For these reasons, we spent more than we normally would for a week-long stay at the beach. We were disappointed to find that this house has quite a bit of wear and tear. As soon as we walked in, we noticed the house wasn’t entirely clean. The mirror in the entryway had spit or water on the glass. There was visible soap scum on the tile in the master bathroom, and some orange substance on the ceiling. In the other downstairs bath, it looks as though someone tried to paint the tub rather than reglaze it properly, so the finish looks dingy and is flaking. Additionally, the shower doors in this bathroom are broken; they swing out from the bottom, where they’ve come off the track. When someone from the realty company’s maintenance department came out to look at this issue, he tried to convince us this is how the doors are made. It’s not. The gas stove worked inconsistently. The dishwasher needs to be updated. And there was a broken/missing glass shade from one of the pendant lights in the kitchen. When I mentioned this to the maintenance man, he said he knew exactly where it was in the shop. Why hadn’t it been returned to and installed in the house? Two final notes: the pool liner needs to be replaced; it’s receding in several spots. And on our next-to-last day, the cable went out on the TV because the account balance was several months past due. My family enjoyed our time together, but this house wasn’t the gift we intended to give ourselves this summer. I think fault lies with the property managers as much if not more so than the owners.

good location with easy access to beach. quiet and residential and just the right place to decompress. Had 6 teens and 5 adults. lots of space to spread out. a few minor items had to be addressed but management was responsive. overall we enjoyed our stay

The House was very clean and adequate for our four families.

The house floors on the first floor were not level and the step down into the family room was a little bit of a problem for young children. The pool cleaner needed repaired and the pool service company took it for repairs on the 2nd day and never returned it. We had to hand clean it the best we could each day. Overall, the House was adequate for a one week stay.
