Gated private entrance permitted ADU with separate gas electrical, tankless water heater, and its own controlled A/C spilled hot and cold dishwasher washer dryer, stove and oven Microwave Hood, smoke detector side by side refrigerator with ice and water. Walking closet, private full modern bathroom.Also separate address, mailbox, and walkway path. GUEST MUST TURN OF THE AC HEATING SYSTEM BEFORE LEAVING also send photo of ID back and front or passport before cheak in on the App. Smart TV 55" There are a total of four cameras installed: one for the front door, one for the front gate, one for the sidewalk, and one for the backyard. All guests have already been notified and are aware of this. Unlock the upper lock white gate fences for entrance for check-in. Always after coming in and leaving the property lock the upper lock door only. NOTICE: Every Thursday trash bins must be outside the house for city pick up.
