Bienvenue à CASA CHARO situé dans un quartier calme de Shell Beach. Au-delà de la palissade blanche, les vacances commencent. L’ambiance éclectique sur la plage commence lorsque vous entrez dans le salon où vous pourrez regarder vos émissions préférées sur la grande télévision intelligente située au-dessus du manteau ou tout simplement vous détendre et lire devant la cheminée à gaz.

La maison est baignée de lumière naturelle et dispose de parquet et de carrelage. Il y a deux chambres avec lits queen et grands placards et deux grandes salles de bains avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour rendre votre séjour confortable. Une des salles de bains sert de centre de blanchisserie avec une laveuse et une sécheuse Bosch pour plus de commodité.

Dans la cuisine gastronomique bien aménagée, vous pourrez préparer le dîner sur le poêle professionnel Wolf et l’apprécier dans la confortable salle à manger, ou manger à l’extérieur sur la terrasse dans la belle et rare grande cour privée entourée de verdure et de calme. Si vous préférez, vous pouvez utiliser le gril au gaz naturel ou, encore, pourquoi ne pas manger dans l’un des nombreux restaurants du quartier, dont plusieurs sont accessibles à pied.

Le meilleur reste à venir lorsque vous vous promenez au coin de la rue et que vous vous retrouvez «au bord de la mer», surplombant une côte exceptionnelle et admirant des couchers de soleil incroyables. En marchant le long du front de mer, vous pouvez vous arrêter et vous asseoir sur l'un des nombreux bancs de plage et tout simplement y pénétrer. C’est un lieu de rassemblement préféré.

Gorgeous location.

Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay at the Esparto property. it was an easy and scenic walk to the end of the street where we saw the ocean, birds, and otters amongst the waves we met several neighbors who are all very friendly. It was overall, a good visit. We only gave it four stars because we think there might be something wrong with the stove burners. They seem to leak a lot of flame. Also, the back screen door was broken when we got to the property and was never fixed. This was not a problem or at least not a big one. Any other concerns were taken care of very quickly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having two bathrooms and plenty of closet space, made this Shell Beach house extra special. The only downside was the TV coverage. We had brought our fire stick in order to watch our programming only to find out there was no wat to access the back of the TV.The only programming available to us on their Roku was Netlix and Amazon.

31 Beautiful Days!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Casa Charo was everything one might hope for on an extended vacation. The location was 1/2 block plus a bit more to have a panoramic view of the Pacific. The Park area was great for walking plus benches to enjoy the views of the ocean,cormorants, pelicans, few surfers and kayakers. A Juice Bar, sandwich shop, coffee shop & a few other restaurants all within easy walking. The Cass was neat as a pin. Everything we needed was available. Appliances were top notch, beds comfortable, couches fine. The patio with grill, furniture and slatted roof created more options. Really can’t say anything negative! The cleaning crew was amazing as everything was impeccable. Hope to return.

Feels like home...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I needed a place to "land" for 5 weeks after selling my home in Palm Springs. This little house went beyond meeting my expectations! By the time my stay was over I was so relaxed and rested after a hectic move. It's in a very safe neighborhood and walking distance to the cliff overlooking the ocean at the end of the street as well as great restaurants at the other end of the street. The sunsets from the cliff were nothing short of spectacular. I would definitely stay at this location in the future if the need ever arose.

We stayed for a month but wish we could stay forever. The house has everything we needed and was a great location for a short walk to the most beautiful sunset or up to town for some dining options or heading out for a bike ride or hike I’d highly recommend.

We were quite impressed with the home in Shell Beach. We’ve stayed in several other locations on the Central Coast & this property was by far the best. The rental process was easy with good communication from the property management. The property is well staged with comfortable furniture and well equipped kitchen. The patio was especially welcomed and allowed us to spend time outdoors. It is also a great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and parks. We definitely would stay at this property again.
