Promenez-vous à proximité de la plage de Tigertail et de la réserve faunique, ou le long des célèbres belles plages de sable blanc de Marco jusqu'au JW Marriott et aux sites en bord de mer. L'association de condos offre une grande piscine chauffée, des courts de tennis et de cornichons, des quais pour bateaux, Internet, le câble, une laverie et se trouve dans une communauté fermée et sécurisée. Le condo lumineux et gai de 1140 pieds carrés a une grande cuisine ouverte / salon avec 55 'TV intelligente et des portes-fenêtres donnant sur une véranda avec une vue imprenable sur la plage de 3 miles jusqu'au cap Marco. Les sols sont nouvellement carrelés et les bains et la cuisine ont été rénovés avec des appareils en acier inoxydable. La suite parentale privée / salle de bain avec portes-fenêtres donnant sur la véranda et la passerelle d'entrée avant offrent une vue imprenable sur Marco Island et les levers de soleil car ce condo a une exposition et des vues à l'est et au sud-ouest. Chariot de plage, glacières, chaises et parasols et serviettes de plage sont tous à votre disposition. L'île de Marco offre de superbes plages, l'observation de la faune et des oiseaux, la pêche, la navigation de plaisance, et tant d'activités et d'attractions à apprécier, ou tout simplement vous détendre et profiter du rythme plus lent que l'île de Marco vous offre. Amazing Vacation

Great views both of the City and the Gulf. Owner had great communication. We enjoyed daily swims in the refreshing pool, played pickleball with friendly competition and found numerous players to challenge in bocce ball. We would definitely stay here again.

Our annual get away

We look forward to our annual, mid winter get away; Tim and Michelle make the process effortless. The condo is lovely and as described. We love our morning coffee on the balcony, the easy walk to the ocean front and friendliness staff and other vacationers! We’ll be back!

The property was the icing on the cake for a perfect vacation! The condo provided everything we needed for an amazing week. Tim was easy to communicate with and offered excellent suggestions for things to do and places to go. Will definitely look jnto returning!

Two weeks in paradise!!

The condo was immaculate and contact with the owner was excellent!!! The beach cart supplied with coolers, umbrellas and toys made it to the beach everyday!!! It was perfect. So peaceful and close to all restaurant, grocery and pharmacy needs. The building and surrounding areas were kept neat and signage posting needed info was always visible. Awesome stay!!! Thank you Tim and Debbie!!!

We loved this unit. It was well equipped and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The location could not be beat. The only down fall is we could have been warned ahead of time about all the construction going on in the building.. The only reason we are not staying here next year is it is already booked for the weeks we want..

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in this condo on Marco Island. The condo is very nice and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning looking at the water. We had no trouble with anything. The owner even called us to see how everything was. That was very nice. We will definitely be coming back.

Seaview Court

The property was described accurately and it was clean upon our arrival. The view was spectacular from the lanai. We weren't able to connect to WiFi despite all of our attempts and cable TV was not accessible, but we weren't there to watch TV anyway! One elevator was out for a few days so we had long waits, often. Overall, this is a nice property with a gorgeous view of the gulf and beach.

Sand and Surf

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Marco Island. The condo itself is exactly as described. The owner was very nice to deal with. Tim called us before our arrival with condo check-in procedures and called during our stay to alert us of a maintenance on our floor. We enjoyed morning walks in the gated community. The pool and surrounding area is small and crowded. For the amount of people utilizing the pool ,the facility should have a larger or even multiple pools. We prefer the spending more time on the beach so this was not really an issue for us. I would much rather have laundry facilities in the actual condo. Washing towels the last day as required before check-out was time consuming and inconvenient in the shared laundry room. Neither of these would deter us from staying here again. We love Marco Island-it was nice waking up to sand and surf!

A perfect stay

Thank you for sharing your home! The beds were the most comfortable beds we’ve ever stayed in besides our own. The provided beach must haves made our trips walking down to the beach much easier. The views from the balcony were lovely. We loved being close to many restaurants. Our favorites are The Deep Lagoon, Doreen’s, and we always have to make a short drive to Naples to eat at Tommy Bahamas. Oh! Sweet Annie’s Ice Cream Parlor was amazing. The living room was super comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all needs. We also appreciated the ice maker being turned on! It’s the little details! Such a wonderful place to stay!

Great location!

My family of five, including kids ranging in age from 5-11, stayed here over spring break. The condo is exactly as advertised. Stocked with everything you could need, and the view was wonderful. Exactly what we were looking and hoping for. The umbrellas, beach chairs and lots of extra towels came in handy for the amount of swimming that occurred, both in the ocean and the pool. The walk to the ocean can be long but that large beach is part of the beauty of Marco Island. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was the first time on the Tiger Tail beach location, walk to the beach is about 10 minutes, so does requires some planning. Condo had all the supplies and amenities we needed, including all the beach toys. Property manager was very responsive too! We highly recommend.

Marco Island was great

The unit and property were great. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. Shelling at Tigertail beach was great. We took trips to the Everglades, dinner cruise, catamaran sunset cruise, etc. Definitely recommend.

The South Seas location is a perfect fit for as as we love high quality beaches, fishing, bird watching, biking, swimming, and the casual lifestyle that Marco offers. The safe and secure setting is perfect when entertaining our grandchildren. I am a jogger-and the level beach is really a plus, and I love to fish from the piers and beach as well. Debbie likes shelling on the beach, watching the spectacular sunsets and going with me to the great local restaurants. We are happy to share our tropical home on Marco Island with you and are thankful to do so. Tim and Debbie Michelic

Marco is a resort town with a small town vibe. This location is foremost. The gated community offers security and peace of mind, and Marco is one of the safest destinations in Florida as it is. I find it hard to put to words the natural beauty (Tigertail Beach/Nature Preserve is a top birding destination in SW Florida) and shelling too! You will discover exceptional sand-dollar finds on the famous white sand here on what is known as Sand Dollar Island.The cafe there has surprisingly good food and a kids playground too. We looked at many condos before finding our 16th floor tropical home on South Seas Tower 3 which offers sweeping southerly beach views all the way to Cape Marco. Our South Florida home has been completely renovated with an all new kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counter-tops,ceramic tile thru-out,new baths, king size bed and private bath in the MBR suite and a split bedroom design for privacy from the 2nd bedroom/full bath.We love walking north from our location to secluded Sand Dollar Spit to discover the many beautiful sand dollars and shells. Walk to 10 restaurants from our condo including the famous JW Marriott which offers something for everyone! No matter your interests- from relaxing to recreation-it is here for us to share with you.
