Vaste condo de deux chambres à coucher et deux salles de bain situé au coeur de Kihei, en face de la plage de Kamaole Park lll. Il est facile de se rendre à pied à toutes les plages de Kamaole, aux boutiques de Kihei et à la célèbre plage de Keawakapu. Ce complexe a une piscine chauffée et des grillades pour votre usage.
Les réservations le jour même (l’arrivée est dans les 24 heures qui suivent) nécessitent un appel téléphonique à Rentals Maui pour confirmation.
Maui Parkshore # 313 est un 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain au troisième étage avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan, une cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse et sécheuse. Il dispose de 3 télévisions à écran plat, d'un téléphone et d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Il y a un climatiseur portatif dans la chambre principale seulement et des ventilateurs de plafond dans tout le condo. Il y a un lit king, 2 lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit queen. Salle de bain 1 a une douche à l'italienne; La salle de bain 2 a une combinaison de douche et baignoire. GREAT location but unit needs some updating

This is in a great location with a great view and a beach across the street. The building is older but the landscaping is very well maintained. The unit needs updating. Don't leave out on the kitchen counter any open food as there are tiny ants that will get inside. One roll of paper towel for two weeks, also, only 3 rolls of cheap toilet paper in each bathroom - luckily it was only two of us. We will look for a more updated unit in this building next time.

wonderful stay

unmatched location, 5min walk from one of the most beautiful beaches with included parking. The condo had all the essentials and great spot!

Sunset perfection

We had stayed on the fourth floor last year and this year we were on the third floor. The sunsets were beautiful! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every evening, watching sunset. The location was perfect for us. We went to the beach every morning and used the pool almost every evening. Places to eat were within a short ride. The only issue we had was when the complex was being sprayed for pests on Nov. 4. We had to be ouot of our unit by 8am and could not return until noon. Later that evening, the site manager came to our unit and gave us insect traps to place in the unit (for ants and roaches). The management of the unit had informed them that the unit was NOT to be spayed. That was upsetting to us because we had seen ants in the kitchen when we had arrived back to the unit. The pest traps worked - no more ants in the kitchen. I also had a problem of getting bites on my body from something in the bedroom. My husband did not get any. It seemed to be from items I had put in the drawers. Next time I will keep my clothes in my suitcase!!

Comfortable and clean, next to beaches

Everything was great. The views and sunsets spectacular. Beaches are right across the street, food and drinks a short walk. Got a bit warm in the building since there is no central a/c, but who spends time inside when in Hawaii? We made breakfast on site everyday which saves money and time, allowing for a more leisurely start to the day. (We did have cinnamon rolls from the shop a short walk away to compliment the rest of breakfast, highly recommend.) Great place to stay!

Another Maui (Kihei) vacation with grandkids and staying at MPS

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at MPS unit 313. The views sitting on the patio and watching the ocean is such a relaxing time. The ocean was ruff with some good rip currents. Kids were able to get in a surf lesson. This unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Wish the ocean was calmer so I could get my ocean swims in, nothing you can about that.

Maui Parkshore is our choice of the place to stay. Smaller complex with easy access to lots of places.

Great, central spot to explore Maui

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of five (three teens, my wife and I) stayed at 313 for a week in Jan, 2024. It was a great spot for us to crash (one on the sofa bed in the living room, which our youngest reported was quite comfortable). The twin beds are soft, the king quite firm but really no complaints. Sheets, floors, kitchen, etc. were clean and ready to use. Loved having the large table with enough chairs on the lanai and plenty of seating in the living room. Located within easy walk/drives to plenty of beaches, restaurants, rental shops, and more. It also supplied us with a good selection of beach chairs, and an umbrella, some fins etc. and we left a body board that was gifted to us by a family on the beach on our day one! Enjoy!!

Kihei Road. Bedrooms at back of unit away from road noise, which helped. Patio doors have been replaced and open and close well. Great location across from Kam 3 beach, would stay again.

My friends and family really like our stay here. There was plenty of room for us and it is close to other things within the community. The best part is that it is close to the beach. Super Mahalo to the host!

Good spot to rest your head

Overall, this condo is great, with good location in kihei and easy access. It was disappointing to hear that the balcony doors were broken a week before we were coming out, but the rental comoany was very easy to contact and work with to make sure we could still enjoy the lanai. Would rent again for sure!

Overall the unit was above average. Unit needs to be updated. Wasn't enough paper towels, and toilet paper for a family of 5. The sliding door did not work properly and could not open on the 1 side. The company who rents this out was very responsive and accommodating for an early arrival, and extra beach towels needed, however the door was not addressed. There was plenty of beach supplies (ie. chairs, toys, swim stuff).

Great location

Family and I really enjoyed this location. Right across the street from a great beach spot, and walking distance to shopping and dining. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed to have the best family vacation in years.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I believe in giving a fair and unbiased review wherever I stay so with that in mind ,this is my review on 313. We have been coming to Maui for 15 years and stayed in several different condos. The Maui Parkshore is one of our favourite buildings and locations right across from Kam 3 beach. This year because of all the good reviews, we decide to stay in 313, and were pretty disappointed with the overall condition of this condo. This condominium was probably pretty nice when it was renovated years ago, but the furniture is well worn, the kitchen and lanai cushions are very dirty, paint peeling on door, jams, caulking around the bathtub that is mouldy and walls that have not been painted for many years. The mirrored closet doors in the main bedroom are very deteriorated. One of the biggest complaint we have is with the main sliding doors and screens to the lanai which are original to the 50 year old building, they were almost impossible for me to open and close and my wife could not slide the right side door whatsoever. We did have a maintenance man come in to repair the toilet seat and he looked at the doors and said they should be replaced because the track and rollers are beyond repair.There were good points to this condo as well. The beds were very comfortable, the washer and dryer were newer and worked well. The kitchen is stocked well. The TV is a good size and newer as well. The fridge stove and dishwasher were adequate, although the drawer in the range is broken and the icemaker does not work in the fridge. Rentals Maui is great to deal with and took our concerns seriously and were quick to repair the toilet seat and provide us with some barbeque utensils when we contacted them. Overall I would not recommend this condominium as the price for next year has increased to almost $500 US a night and we don’t feel you are getting value for your dollar. For next year, we have already rented a different condo through Rentals Maui who we

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented condos @ Maui Parkshore over the years. The location is great and have always had a great time in Kihei. This condo, 313 was very disappointing! We found it dirty and there were several items that we not in working order. First of all, WI-FI wouldn’t work even though we tried several things to get it to work. We had to call the office. The water to the washer was turned off, which we finally figured out after trying to wash a load of clothes and kept getting an alarm. No instructions anywhere. We finally tried the faucet handles that were on the wall next to the stove and that turned on the water! The ice machine also didn’t work, there were a few tiny broken ice cube trays in the freezer for our convenience . All sliding doors took a lot of strength to open and the one to the lanai wouldn’t lock. Lamps shades were all in disarray and tilted. One towel per person, toilet seat moved a couple of inches every time you sat down and even the toilet paper holder spring was gone so you couldn’t hang toilet paper. We made a list and spoke with Cassandra at Rentalsmaui at the end of our trip, she was receptive and had her team go to the condo to correct the issues we addressed. We had been too busy with family to call with the issues while we were there. I had read all of the reviews before booking and they were all positive. Either they were all made up or no one reported them previously. In all, we won’t rent at Maui Parkshore again and we would not recommend this unit! In all it needs a deep clean and lots of maintenance.

Ocean View

The property have an ocean view. Closed to everything. Inexperience driving curving not recommended for road to Hana, very dangerous and some parts of the road you literally cannot see the other side of traffic and the road can only fit one car.
