Villa typique du 18ème siècle, avec son propre caractère, construite en pierre et bois. Il est situé dans un environnement paysager unique, le parc national des PICOS DE EUROPA. Il est à 5 km. de pots. Il dispose de 5 chambres, 4 salles de bains, cuisine entièrement équipée, grand salon avec cheminée à bois à la française, 2 terrasses et garage pour 5 personnes.
La capacité est de 10 personnes, avec possibilité de plus, en discutant avec les propriétaires. Il est considéré comme haute saison: juillet, août, Pâques et Noël.

Spectacular mountain views

Stayed here with my husband and two other couples. Loved having all the space, inside and out. House is as lovely as pictured, and everything was just as described in the listing. Maria and Ana, were fast and friendly in responding to all inquiries. Easy to walk out from the house to walking/hiking trails, and to two restaurants - we especially loved the recommended Campground restaurant - excellent food, friendly service, lovely outdoor space. The view of the mountains from the house (and really any where you go in the area) is spectacular. We would stay again and recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you, Maria and Ana!

Our second stay at the villa in San Pelayo and it was once again fabulous.

The villa is an excellent property with everything we needed and more. It was our second time to stay here and just as enjoyable as our first visit. The property was spotlessly clean and is in a wonderful quiet village close to Potes where you'll find many shops and conveniences. There is an excellent restaurant within a short walk of the villa, but the kitchen is very well equipped for self-catering if preferred. Highly recommend this property. The communication with Ana is always very helpful and prompt. Thank you!

Loved the villa. Well appointed, very comfortable and fantastic location in lovely village of San Pelayo. Views of the mountains from the balconies and most rooms. Overall a fantastic stay and base to explore Picos de Europa. Thank you!

Casa espectacular. Muy centrica para conocer los picos de Europa. La única pega que puedo decir, es q no tenían leña para disfrutar de la chimenea. Por lo demás, espectacular.

Sehr schönes Haus, in herrlicher Lag und großem Garten. Ausstattung kann verbessert werden, z.B. Ordnung in gut ausgestatteter Küche ..... Fernsehprogramm nur in Spanisch, kein Radio, DVD-Player ....

Mooi huis. Ruim met een heerlijke verranda. Potes en fuente de zijn dichtbij. Wandeling bij Brez is een aanrader. Ook canyoning was super.

Lovely building in a beautiful setting

The villa was absolutely lovely, with a beautiful veranda at the top and plenty of room inside. The organisation for getting the keys couldn't have been simpler (collected from someone holding them next door) and the facilities were perfect for our needs. There is a reasonable difference in the bedrooms though so if sharing with a group of friends be prepared to draw straws. Three bedrooms (two doubles, and one twin which contained larger-than-single beds) are on the top floor, with others scattered on the ground and also lower-ground, so again this could be taken into consideration if looking to make use of all of the bedrooms. The heating was switched off on the boiler when we first arrived, and we did not realise this was not on a timer, so the building was very cold in the morning. A simple fix within the boiler room, but something to be aware of if turning up out of the summer months. On the whole it was a beautiful villa in a gorgeous location with views of the snow covered mountain peaks. The camp site down the road is a short walk away (under 5 minutes gentle stroll) which also has facilities to purchase any food or drinks you might have forgotten in the local stores at a very good price.

Excellent location with stunning views

Eight of us stayed in this lovely house overlooking the snow capped mountains. The house was large and spacious and well appointed.Situated in a quiet rural hamlet with easy access to the local walks and attractions. Highly recommended, we would love to return.

Lugar acogedor y tranquilo. Ideal para ir en familia o con amigos, hacer escapadas al monte y desconectar. La casa grande, con buenas prestaciones y muy bien equipada. Estaba muy limpio todo. Totalmente recomendable.

Perfect house in a perfect location

We stayed in this house with a group of our old friends, 8 people in total. This is a very well built comfortable mansion with good sized bedrooms and plenty of common space on the first floor. The house is tastefully decorated with beautiful painting, many of them (my guess) are authored by the property owner Maria. The kitchen has a rustic feel and looks and is fairly well equipped. The only minor problem we had was a scratched frying pan and an electric kettle which was too small for such a big company as ours. Overall, we had a very comfortable time. The property is located in a very quiet village and you can sleep with the windows open. There is only a short drive to Potes with shops and restaurants and you can you access a number of trails in the area. It was easy to communicate with the host and get the keys. I would definitely recommend this property for any type of vacation. Andrew B.

Wonderful house, superb base for touring area

The house was the perfect base for our motorbike tour of the Picos region. Lovely spacious accommodation, with good fascilities. Very clean and tidy upon arrival. Well equipped for self catering. The huge garage was superb for parking the five motorbikes.The short walk to the local campsite; which has a superb cafe/ restaurant and bar was an added bonus. We were very impressed with the property and the friendliness of the owners. We would recommend this property and would certainly book & return again. Having such a good base helped to make our trip extremely enjoyable.

Very nice!!!

The house is really nice with a spacious living and a very pleasant terrace where we appreciated taking our breakfasts and dinners. The rooms are quiet and well arranged; we like the one with attached bathroom and the balcony for the tea in the evening! The kitchen is fully equiped to make your own cooking. The house is in a small typical village San Pelayo; a small city is located at 6 kms. From the terrace you have a very nice view on the mountains. It is a very good point to visit "los picos de Europa" and even go to the atlantic coast! Santander airport is at 1h30. Many thanks to Ana and Aquilinio for their irreproachable services! It was really nice holidays and we will surely return in the future! We warmly recommend this villa and this area to people who like mountains and/or relaxing.
