Large home just a few minutes from Chattanooga

Large home that was comfortable for our group. Plenty of beds and essentials for a comfortable stayThe driveway is indeed sloped, but manageable.

Beautiful Family Stay

This property was great! From the decor to the accommodations, it was perfect for our family stay. The location is wonderful however the drive way leading up to the home is a little rough but doable. We greatly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, spacious, and had views all times of the day.

Perfect family getaway

We really enjoyed our time. Perfect for our family and close to our relatives in Chattanooga. Would be nice to have a working ice maker but we managed and would return without hesitation.

Beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay. It was cold in Chattanooga and the far end of the house was a tad chilly, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We did have some challenges with water flow in a basin in a bathroom - which we resolved (sediment blocking aerator screen in tap outlet); also repeated loss of pilot flame on one water heater. Owner/rep kindly came out & helped to resolve the problem (leaking P/T valve causing flooding at base of water heater). Fix is temp but worked while we were there. Dishwasher cycle was too slow for a large group - we washed dishes ourselves - which was fine. Would be good to cleanup some dumping of trash from side of steep driveway. Agent was ver responsive to our reports. The bedding was very pungent from odor of previous wash / softener. Suggest toning that down (we had to aerate house repeatedly - which was OK with warm weather but could be a problem in cold weather.

Perfect Christmas Gathering Place for Families

The Willow was the perfect place for our families to get together for an early Christmas. We had both of our daughters, their husbands and a one and 1/2 year old with us. Since the bedrooms were at one end of the house and the kitchen area was at the other end, we could stay up and visit with each other without bothering those sleeping. The porch area was great for our grandson to run around even though it was chilly outside.

Great place!

This house was as described and clean, and the communication was great! The only recommendation I would have is that there would be hooks on the back of the bedroom doors to hang clothes since there are no closets to hang formal clothing. The master bedroom did have a very large closet, but was inconvenient to get to at times. We were there for a wedding at Ridge Rose, which is only nine minutes away. I definitely recommend this house.

Good family choice

Our family of 11 had plenty of space. Loved the outlay of the house and the property in general. Hot water was out in one part of the house and it was fixed right away.

Graduation Trip

My son graduated from Covenant College. My daughter and her family, my son and daughter-in-love, my mother, my husband and I were able to stay there very comfortably. We had a wonderful time and the location was convenient for going to Chattanooga. The driveway was a little daunting, but luckily we didn’t encounter any cars on the way up or down. I would come back!

Great property, spacious house

The size of the property, the house and the location make Will Manor the perfect rental for a family Chattanooga vacation. My young children found places to play together and separately. My son and I used the spacious yard to play baseball. … The location requires about 20 minutes to downtown and about 15 minutes more to most hiking spots. We like the peacefulness of being outside of town though. … I would recommend the property to young families.

Decent Stay in North Georgia

We stayed here for two nights when my daughter had a soccer tournament. The house itself could use a little TLC, but overall, it’s cute, cozy, and exactly as described. The location is great. Even though there are other rentals on the property, there’s a lot of privacy. My biggest issue was the house wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it. There were cobwebs in corners and under furniture, dead bugs in vases, and dust buildup. I ended up cleaning when we got there. Otherwise, it was a decent stay for the money.

Nice place, had some minor issues

It was clean and had great communication with the manager, and appreciated the maintenance man (Cliff) . We did have some issues with one of the showers and toilet not working properly, also the ice maker in the fridge didn't work. But they came and brought us ice and tried to fix the bathroom.

OK, but. . .

Clean, spacious, comfy mattresses! Oven is difficult, limited towels (did get more when we asked), and parking is confusing. Need to have your own streaming apps and passwords if you want to watch TV. Would have liked a toaster. Glad we didn't bring firewood since there is no furniture near the firepit, which isn't near the house. Needs a little updating.

Beautiful House

The property was pretty nice. There was enough room for all of us and had pretty much everything we needed. The hill was a little challenging at first especially at night but not too bad. I do believe it could be better if some things were fixed and maintained. The exterior is pretty rotted, there were a lot of beetles everywhere especially on the ceiling in the kitchen. The couch arm was broken and the full bathroom shower would not stay up so the water obly came out of the bottom. There wer no chairs by the fire pit so anytime we used it we had to carry chairs back and forth. The lights on the outside did not work and were an electrical hazard. As well as the electrical box for the whole house is hanging off the side of the house. I just think the house needs attention overall.

Hi Natalia! I’m sorry your stay was not what you had in mind. We do disclose the steep driveway in the listing description. The beetles you described are actually lady bugs, and very common in our area this time of year. We also have this warning in our listing description. We also do ask in our check in instructions that you bring your own chairs for the fire pit. In the future, please reach out to us for assistance if you have any questions with fixtures! It’s an antique fixture with a lever to pull to get the shower head to work. We are always happy to help! The electrical box you are referring to is old and is not active or hooked up to anything. We appreciate your feedback! We are continuously looking to improve for our guests!
