LE PAYS DES MERVEILLES DE SANTA JUSTE MINUTES !!!! DISTANCE À PIED DE TEXAS A&M !!! Belle maison de 5 cac / 5-1 / 2 salles de bain située à 6 pâtés de maisons de Kyle Field et du campus. Excellents magasins et restaurants à proximité. Les autres attractions à proximité incluent la bibliothèque George Bush, le parc Blue Bell, la Reed Arena, le Davis Diamond, le MSC et le Rudder Auditorium. L'aéroport de Easterwood Field est à moins de 10 minutes en voiture et HEB est à seulement 1,6 km. La maison Howdy est située à côté du parc Tarrow, qui possède des terrains de basket-ball, une aire de jeux et d'autres activités. De plus, Santa's Wonderland est à une courte distance en voiture.
Howdy House est parfaitement aménagé pour votre commodité et votre confort avec deux chambres en bas et trois chambres à l'étage. Les cinq chambres spacieuses ont chacune une salle de bain privée et un lit queen. Les étages supérieurs et inférieurs ont chacun un grand espace de vie pour les rassemblements pour jouer à des jeux, visiter ou simplement se détendre et regarder la télévision. L'espace de vie à l'étage a un lit simple et un canapé-lit queen-size offrant un couchage pour un total de 13 personnes. La grande cuisine a un bel îlot en granit avec des tabourets de bar et une table pour un total de 10 personnes. Great Aggieland VRBO

The Howdy house was perfect for our family of 9. Our three adult children, our daughter-in-law, three grandchildren, my husband and myself. We were in Aggieland for two nights for graduation and a visit to Santa Wonderland. Location was great and a nice surprise to see Kyle field from our backyard. The house had everything needed and more! We definitely recommend this house when visiting College Station!

Absolutely Amazing Stay

Donna was the perfect host and went above and beyond for our visit. There was literally nothing more we could have asked for and got more than we ever anticipated. I have stayed at VRBO for over 5 years and this was hands down one of the best experiences we have ever had. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Great home and location by Texas A&M

Donna is an exceptional host who helped make our stay in College Station enjoyable. Although it rained while we were in town the Howdy House had several activities and interesting books about Texas A&M to occupy us. Location was close to E.B. Cushing Stadium for our track meet. The next time we are in College Station we will be looking to stay here again.

Phenomenal Home

The property was perfect and fit our family and friends’ family with room to spare. Loved that it is walking distance to Kyle Field and the communication with manager/owner was super easy and prompt. We’ll absolutely book this property again!

Aggie Graduation

Donna gets a 10 out of 10 as a VRBO host. The decor matched the Spirit of Aggieland and Howdy House was the perfect name for the property! Plenty of water bottles in the refrigerator and snacks in the kitchen! Location couldn’t have been better. Easy access to campus activities! We loved the house. It was the perfect place to host our youngest’s graduation with family. We will definitely be back!

Felt like home!

We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation. We had all our kids and grandparents too. Everyone felt so comfortable. The house had great space to allow us to eat together as a family, and all the college kids wanted to hang there too. The house was clean and nicely decorated, even for the holidays. Everything we could possibly need was already there. Donna was so easy to communicate with as well. We will be back! Thank you Donna!

Aggie Celebration

We had a great time. I have rented many homes over the years and I can say there has never, and I mean never, been a more stocked and resourced home. We stayed so that my family of Aggies would have a space to hang out and eat and spend time together as we celebrated one of our Ags and the acceptance into A&M for another. Our host was great. I received a text message that gave me the check in details, including that we could check in early. This was a 5 star experience. We'll be back.

Excellent!

The home is clean, close to the A&M campus, and has everything you might possibly need. Donna was responsive and gave very clear instructions on how to check in & out. Additionally, the checkout process was quick and easy (lock doors, put bath towels in bathtubs, and take out trash). I would book this place again without hesitation.

A&M game / Family weekend

This house was perfection! We had a large group in College Station for the game and wanted a place that we could all hang out before an after. The floor plan is perfect for gathering and the home decor is A&M all the way! The downstairs has great comfortable seating (all the guys were happy) and the kitchen is open to the tv room. The upstairs has a game room for the kids and a balcony with seating as well. All of the bedrooms have their own bathroom which was amazing. We brought our meals to make things simple because restaurants are always packed, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed! More than ever expected! The backyard had a picnic table too. We had enough parking to fit 5 cars and all walked together to the stadium and back. We can’t wait to stay here again!!

Commissioning!

Family traveled from 4 states to celebrate my son’s commissioning. This house was fantastic and Donna was wonderful! Donna made sure we had everything we needed and even set us up with snacks and water. We loved our stay!

Perfect Football Weekend

Perfect house for 5 couples visiting our college children and enjoying a football game weekend. Every couple had their own bedroom and both room, all the amenities we needed to grill out Friday night, and easy location to walk to our tailgate and football game. We’ll be back!

Fantastic House in a Great Location

From the beginning, communication with the owner was seamless. She was always quick to respond and accommodated a few of our minor requests. The house itself was perfect for a football weekend in College Station. It had a good-sized kitchen that was well stocked with all the cooking equipment and utensils one would need. The owner also put out snacks and had plenty of coffee ready for our crew of 9 adults. The bedrooms were well appointed, and the beds were comfortable. The living room was perfect for watching football games before our main game. The backyard had a grill and picnic tables which we used. A key feature for us was also the location as it was just under a mile walk to campus and the stadium. A number of our friends who were with us on the trip commented that it was the best vacation rental they ever stayed in. We will definitely try for this property again next time we come to College Station

Wonderful family stay at Howdy House

Easy process. Donna was easy to get a hold of and so kind. We were pleasantly surprised to see all the snacks, bottled water, and ice left for us. Such a nice surprise! Everything worked great and was super clean. Bathrooms are on the smaller size, but we loved all having our own bathroom for each bedroom. So much was provided for us to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The "Howdy" house was ideal for TAMU family weekend.

Great house CLEAN with excellent amenities and accommodations. Donna was a great host and was very responsive to our questions. Definitely will keep the HOWDY House on our list to stay at again in the future and recommend to others (unless we want the house that weekend). 😀

Perfect in EVERY WAY!

My family of 8 came stayed at Howdy House to celebrate our youngest son's graduation and commissioning into the US Navy. Donna was beyond amazing at every step of the way, even going so far as to have a Navy flag flying over the house! From the tray full of yummy snacks, a fridge loaded with soda and water, bags of ice in the freezer and even to-go cups for coffee - there is no small detail that is left unaddressed in this wonderful home. We've stayed at countless properties in the US and abroad, and Howdy House has been our best experience BY FAR. If this place is available during your dates, BOOK IT. You will not regret your decision. Donna - Thank You for everything! Your home was the setting for many lifelong memories made this weekend.
