Magnifique, moderne et récemment mis à jour ..... Plus de 100 000 $ en mises à niveau.
Nouveaux appareils, y compris micro-ondes, réfrigérateur à vin, lave-vaisselle et nouveaux climatiseurs.

Ce condo de deux chambres à coucher est situé dans un emplacement idéal. Chacune des deux piscines et du restaurant Palapa se trouve à 30 secondes à pied de la porte d'entrée.
Le grand patio avec barbecue récent offre beaucoup de place pour se prélasser, se restaurer, profiter d’une belle soirée ou de votre café du matin.

Avec de nombreuses améliorations et rénovations du condo, vous trouverez que les deux chambres et les salles de bains attenantes attenantes sont très spacieuses. Il y a un grand lit king size dans chaque chambre. 4 couchages confortablement, avec la possibilité d'accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes.

Le grand salon est ouvert sur la salle à manger, avec une salle pour 6 personnes, attaché à une cuisine bien équipée qui a tout le nécessaire pour vos envies de cuisson. Certaines épices de base sont disponibles, mais si vous aimez quelque chose de spécifique, vous voudrez peut-être l'apporter avec vous.

L'eau est potable, mais l'eau en bouteille est toujours une bonne idée, car tout le monde réagit différemment.

We love staying at Terrasol, it never disappoints. The people are so friendly here, and Carlos is very accommodating and helpful with anything we needed, not only during our trip but before and after as well, from making us reservations for our anniversary, to mailing back my shoes I left, he goes above and beyond. The beach is beautiful, the restaurant by the pool has great food, it is a quiet, clean, beautiful place to stay. I love how you can open the door and the sand is off the patio, it makes the outside feel like part of the condo. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back.

This was a lovely place to stay, and we will be back. Unlike other loud and crowded resorts, it was quiet and the staff were lovely. Plenty of space for our family. Only suggestion is there is peeling paint in the kitchen (easy fix) and they were doing some work/construction right outside our unit early in the morning which wasn't super ideal when we wanted to sleep in. That aside, location, view and everything else was so lovely and we will definitely be back again. Host was excellent and communicative.

First time in cabo

Excellent stay at an excellent location. Lulled to sleep by the waves, short walk to marina and to swimmable beach. Excellent service by Carlos. Been to a lot of VRBOs and this was great.

Wonderful condo

We had an amazing time in Cabo, the Terrasol resort was wonderful, great little restaurant, beach was perfect, condo was excellent. Perfect spot in between our friends staying at Playa Grande and Solmar.

Perfect location

An easy walk to the pool, ocean and wonderful little paluma for great food! Watch the sun come up from one porch and the sunset from another. Up to date kitchen with everything you could ever need! This bright and airy unit makes your stay a happy one.

Great family vacation spot!

My wife, my 3 year old, and I stayed at Lawrence’s beautiful condo Feb 2025. It was perfect for us. Space was enough for a family of 3-4 and it located in-between the 2 pools on the property. It’s about 50 yards to the beach! There are plenty of restaurants at the beach resorts adjacent to the property or you can walk to the marina (10 min walk) for any and all cuisine and shopping. We hope to be back to this exact spot next year.

This property was not what it was advertised as. We had no working TV for the first 3 days we were there. Wires hung out from behind the wall mounted living room television. The pots and pans were unusable. We had to go to Walmart and purchase a pan so we could cook eggs. The cooktop did not operate correctly. The grills ignition system did not work. The grilling utensils were rusted and unusable. The beds were uncomfortable and the bedding linens were worn out and the sheets were stained. The towels were worn out and needed to be replaced. The furnishings looked like they were purchased at a second hand store and were anything but comfortable to sit on. The ceiling fan in the living room did not work. Every room had burned out lights. We tried to use the clothes washer to wash towels, but there was a seal out in it and the condo then filled with sewer gas. All the shower and bathroom sinks drains were plugged and needed to be cleaned out by the maintenance department. Maintenance came the first 5 days of our stay to deal with the different issues. The shower doors don’t open properly and are unusable to larger people. The bathroom fixtures are all worn out and do not operate properly. A window in the main bathroom is broken open and cannot be shut. The bathroom vent fan does not work. This was advertised as an Elegant remodeled Terrasol Suite. The place looked nothing like the pictures. We contacted the owner, but he never talked to us. He is a swindler! Stay clear!!

100% false, fraudulent, unfair, cruel review: mean, nasty "guests". Trouble-makers caused problems with other owners and management: Too much alcohol? We have 10 years with VRBO, 200 guests: never a problem or complaint until these grifters tried to shake us down for a 50% "refund". When refused, they threatened BLACKMAIL and damage to our reputation and condo: WHICH THEY DID!..TV, appliances, furniture, fixtures, paint, kitchen under repair now. These are low-class, ill-mannered, con-artists. Be careful..this is their m.o. Bad reputation from other owners at Terrasol

Love Terrasol

This is a unique property, low-key and beautiful. If you are looking for lots of activities and restaurants on-site, this is not the place. But if you are looking for a waterfront and relatively quiet compared to the rest of Cabo San Lucas Marina district, while still being able to walk to all the action, this is the place.

Perfect location in glorious setting

What a beautiful spot! The photos did not lie, and bougainvillea were spectacular. The condo was well appointed and clean. The only glitch was the plumbing -- a couple times there was not much hot water or water pressure in the shower. We did not let management know so that's on us. The restaurant by the pool was a gem. We were within walking distance of the marina, but far enough away for quite and privacy. We had a wonderful stay, and would love to come back again. Thank you!

Close but quiet Cabo spot!!

We have been staying I. This tucked away location for years because it is just that quiet but walking distance to the pier or short cab ride to town if you want more activity. Terrasol is not a full resort but individually owned condos on the beach with a couple basic pools and a basic food hut. This particular condo is in a great location but it is older and run down and was not very clean. I had to scrub the place myself before I could do anything. Great value if you don’t mind all that

ERROR? We have reported this to VRBO to investigate as we believe this old post from more than 8 months ago is an error. We don't recognize the review or reviewer (we never rated this person so please beware) Must be a mistake or for another unit. Our home has more than $100,000.00 in recent upgrades and improvements (see all photos) and as recent SUPER HOSTS have only excellent 4-5 star reviews.

Awesome Location, Great Winter Getaway

It was our first time down to Cabo, and we had some friends that owned a place at Terrasol and we saw this place and decided to meet them there. Lawrence was great to work with, and Carlos at Terrasol was great as well. We had a nice beach view and were steps from both pools and the Palapa restaurant (open only for breakfast and lunch). The beach is exclusive to Terrasol and the neighboring hotels, so it was very private/uncrowded (no peddlers, but not a swimming beach unless you're comfortable in ocean surf/currents). We fished off the shore each day and actually caught some Dorado which the restaurant will prepare for you for a small fee. We also went into the Marina daily (5-minute walk) to explore, eat, jog, etc. Condo was nice and well equipped and worked great for the family. Carlos arranged for transport from/to airport and Covid tests at our room for a reasonable price. Overall, we had a great trip!

Wonderful getaway!

The property has a nice location. It was close to both swimming pools and the beautiful beach. It is also ideally located to the marina and downtown. Lawrence was great to work with!

Beach and pools just steps away..

Communication was amazing between the owner and I. He was quick to take care of our every need. The property is beautiful and very quiet. A perfect place for families with young children. Definitely going back!

Great location and nice condo

All worked out fine.. checking in we were told that others had already checked in, but it was a clerical mistake. Hot water heater went out twice but was quickly fixed. Great location with two lovely pools. Carlos, the on site contact was very helpful and responsive.

Location is second to none with Terrasol.... only a 5 min walk to the marina and downtown area.
You are ON THE SAND..you can find yourself walking down one of the most pristine, private beaches in Los Cabos, no vendors here, peace and quiet paradise!
Great place to watch cruise ships pass by.... whales breaching and a few sea turtles coming and going
