We had a wonderful stay in Paris at Julien's apartment. Julien was extremely helpful in giving us directions and transfer times from the airport to the apartment and Michelle who met us at the apartment when we arrived was charming and helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport when we departed. The apartment itself was roomy and comfortable and the location was perfect to all amenities and tourist attractions. Julien's communication from the time we enquired about the apartment until we arrived back in NZ from our trip was amazing as he got back to us with answers within 24 hours of our emails. Thank you Julien & Michelle for making the first leg or our journey so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend the apartment to any travellor.

Léa was lovely, unfortunately the apartment was not.

The apartment was in need of a lot of updating and deep cleaning.

Mould in the shower, dirty dishes, dirty old dish cloth. Our family of four was left with only 1 and a half toilet rolls for our four night stay. There was no dishwasher tablets/powder and only one tea towel.

The floorboards were very noisy but this didn’t bother us as much as the floorboards which were loose and had nails sticking up near the bathroom. Doors did not close properly and the lights in the kitchen did not work.

Beds were clean and comfortable but being in the apartment was not pleasant as it just felt dirty.

Even the stairs up to the apartment were run down and the smell of damp mould was in the stairway.

Lea was wonderful. She was able to meet us on arrival and showed us everything about the apartment. The location was great for restaurants and shopping. Transportation was easy with metro close by. The only recommendation would be to add another fan since there is no air conditioning. Also can get a little noise with windows open.

We had a wonderful 3 days in this flat. It was very clean and had plenty of room for my teen, husband, and myself. The location can't be beat - 3 minutes to the nearest metro, walking distance to Ile de la Cite and the area between the flat and the Centre Pompidou was filled with restaurants/cafes. We would definately stay here again. Merci, Lea!

This was a perfect location and apartment for our family. It is located in the heart of the Marais, on a beautiful street, in the heart of the old jewish quarter, with wonderful restaurants, falafel, and boulangeries at your doorstep. It's a very short walk to the St Paul metro stop, easy access to all the sites. We couldn't have asked for a better location.

The apartment itself is very charming and comfortable, having all the necessities you would need on a trip. The two bedrooms allowed for plenty of room for our family of four. Wifi worked great. While there is no a/c, we found it surprisingly very comfortable at night because of the large windows, a large fan and natural air flow. I say this even though we stayed during a crazy heat wave, with temps in the high 90s - it really was comfortable!

Lea was wonderful to work with. She helped arrange a taxi from the airport and answered any questions we had prior to our departure. We will definitely hope to stay here again, when we are fortunate enough to return to Paris. Thank you Lea!
