The view from this house is stunning!!! Plenty of room inside and out. Perfect place for being close to the main beaches. Only con, if you even consider it one, is the drive up to the house. But if you want those views, it's worth it!! After a long day of travel we weren't looking forward to having to meet the host and go directly to the house but let me tell you, you will be so very glad they do that after you get up to the house. Host was very helpful with any questions. I would recommend this house for sure. It was clean and spacious!

Azul was a perfect fit for our family of four. The living space was more than adequate than what we needed. We use the kitchen several times throughout our stay.The views are spectacular. The property is nestled into the mountain with beautiful north and north east-ish views. The house is mostly in the shade as it is on the east side of the spine of the mountain. The location was super convenient as we often go to the beach, cruise Beta go to dinner in Coral Bay to hang out as well.This is our third time on St. John with the first being in Cruz Bay, second in Coral Bay, and now on the northside in Peter Bay. Maybe the fourth will stay over by chocolate hole
 or as I think about it, maybe we will just try to come back here as it was perfect. Editorial: not sure if there are other options like Azul
 My observation is all of the other villas on the high side of the mountain and presumably on the low side of Peter Bay are significantly higher price points.

Outstanding Villa in St. John

This house is everything you need to enjoy St John: Superb view of Cinnamon Bay, the BVI and beyond, spacious bedrooms, central air conditioning, a nice pool, absolute privacy, and proximity to north shore beaches. This location is the best, and we have stayed on all sides of the island.

Azul House - Amazing views

The views from this house are amazing. Pool was great. The separation of rooms gave a lot of privacy. After driving the hill to get there a couple times we got used to the steepness. We would stay here again.

Relaxing spot with spectacular views

A spectacular spot! We had a great stay at Azul! The location is amazing, with easy access to all the North shore beaches, 15 min ro Cruz bay and 20 min to Coral Bay. The house has all you need for a stay, and beach equipment. The management company was easy to work with and very helpful during our stay. Look forward to coming back, has been our favorite spot we have stayed in St.John.

The perfect getaway

The greeter met us at the dock and took us to the Jeep’s rental. Then took us up to the house. The view and location are unbeatable unless you want to pay 3 to 4 times the nightly rate. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone

Disappointed

We travel to St. John often and have stayed in various villas. Although Azul has three bedrooms to accommodate six guests, be advised of the small living/dining area if traveling with six people. I feel that the listing should also include a picture of the main living area to show that the villa is not as spacious as you might want. For brevity, I listed the pros and cons of Azul. Pros: - Location. Very close to the north shore beaches. - Easy check in and communication with property mgt. - Private location Cons: - Twice during our one-week stay were awakened at 7:45 am by loud gas-powered leaf blowers blowing off the pool area. - One morning the exterminator showed up walking around the property. Thankfully we were dressed... - There is next to no water pressure and no temperature control in the main bedroom shower. It's either hot or off. I understand water conservation in St. John but the pressure was dismal. If you stayed in the shower longer than a few minutes, the water became too hot to use. - The air conditioner's auto feature is not working. It's either on or off so you have to monitor it when it's on. - Very limited kitchenware. There are only pots and skillets. No baking dishes or cookie/baking pans. Some places have basic spices. Not here, not even salt and pepper. - There is a blender if you want frozen drinks but no other barware. - Small living area with kitchen, couch, and dining for 4. The only seating is a couch that seats 4 or 5.

Amazing location

We had a fantastic stay at Azul. The landscaping of the property and the views are absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed taking a dip in the pool after a long day at the beach. The best part about the property is definitely the location. Being right off north shore road so close to all of our favorite beaches was incredibly convenient. We will definitely be back!

Nature at its best. 2 minutes to Trunk Bay ( one of the most beautiful places in the Carribbbean.!
