Magnifique condo en bord de mer dans One Ocean Place Garden City, SC récemment rénové

Situé dans le premier condo de grande hauteur de Garden City. Vous avez une vue à 180 degrés sur la plage et l'océan depuis le neuvième étage. L'unité a été RÉNOVÉE RÉCEMMENT en janvier 2015. Le Garden City Pier et Surfside Pier sont de belles promenades de 30 minutes. Les terrains de golf de Litchfield et Myrtle Beach sont à 15 minutes. Les restaurants Great Murrels Inlet sont au coin de la rue.

La chambre principale a un lit king, TV, salle de bain privée avec baignoire à jets et douche séparée. Il possède son propre balcon donnant sur l'océan. Le salon principal dispose de salle à manger, grande salle, TV / DVD et balcon donnant sur l'océan. La cuisine donne sur la grande salle. Il est entièrement équipé; réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cuisinière, lave-vaisselle et tous les ustensiles. La deuxième chambre a un lit Queen, TV et salle de bain privée. La troisième chambre a deux ensembles de lits superposés.

One Ocean Place dispose de deux piscines et jacuzzis face à l'océan. Il y a un parking couvert fermé et une sécurité sur place.

C'est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille ou une retraite de golf à Myrtle Beach.

Les frais de ménage de départ sont inclus dans les tarifs hebdomadaires et mensuels. Une taxe de vente de 11% doit être ajoutée aux tarifs.

Fantastic rental that has everything you need. I got the impression the owner genuinely wants her guests to have a great experience. We definitely did. This condo has been the closest to the ocean I’ve ever been and we always book oceanfront. We brought our beach cart And never used it. The complimentary chairs and umbrella were a huge help. This beach experience has been the most enjoyable and peaceful. I’d 100% recommend.

My family was so pleased with our stay here! The beds were comfy! Everyone had a great seat in the living room with ocean views. Lots of space so no one felt crowded. Clean. Close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back!

Had a great stay - love the reclining couches and the location. This was our second year at this location. We brought our Tundra last year which made parking very challenging so this year we brought the RAV4 which made it much easier.

Perfect family location

We had lots of space for the 6 of us (we are a family of 4 plus grandparents), it was very comfortable and spacious. Beautiful location, right on the beach. We were also very thankful for the chairs and umbrella set up on the beach. The host was very easy to deal with and answered our questions quickly. We would be happy to stay if we are ever in the area again. Thank you so much!

Property was great. Location great. Linen was not provided. It said that in amenities under other. Hopefully they will move that to the main description page. Will stay here again. Nice little cafe right next door. Views were great!

Best Relaxing Weekend

This condo is hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in at Garden City! The place is so clean; very well stocked with items needed in the kitchen! Check in was so easy; we were even able to check in early which was so helpful with having a little one - Thank You, Tamra for that! Communication was wonderful as well. I will Definitely be staying here again. The view is so pretty; even with sitting on the couch and looking outside was gorgeous! You will not be disappointed in this rental; so don’t hesitate and BOOK NOW!

Great location and view!

This Condo has everything! They have lots of extras you wouldn't expect from spices to tin foil. Loved the balcony and the great view. The only negative was the heads on the showers and having the cost of sheets not included. You can rent them from $100-$117 for 3 nights, so we brought our own, which took up precious space in our vechicle.

Beach Time in Garden City SC

A Great time had by all! The condo we found to be very spaciou. There was a lot of room for all 6 of us. Condo is very well laid out. The view from the condo is fantastic! Looking right out at the ocean. The location is also great. Short drive to myrtle beach, yet Garden City seemed very quiet and we all agreed we were glad we stayed in Garden City and not Myrtle Beach. We still had many restauraunts very close and lots of things to do. Great beach front right outside the condo. Would definetily stay here again.

Family get away

Tamara has a beautiful and comfortable condo. Everything you need is available and it was very clean. We were able to check-in with zero issues, and the couple times there was a Q, Tamara responded quickly. There is nearby restaurants and shopping. The only down fall for us, which is no fault of the owners, is that golf carts are not allowed on the condo property. This would not keep me from staying there again, just a little extra planning :)

Spectacular Condo

We have stayed in many beach properties over the past 30 years, and must say this was the nicest one ever! The location is fabulous, out of the busyness of Myrtle Beach, but a short drive to anything you might want, from groceries to shopping to entertainment. The furnishings are top quality, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well furnished. Even the balcony furniture is nice. Except for early morning, the large balcony was in the shade. I was really amazed at how clean the unit is. There are several restaurants in walking distance. The garage parking is a bit tight, but we had no problems with that and never had to wait long for an elevator. The only improvement we would suggest is a new shower head in the master bath. We loved the condo so much we have already booked for next summer!

Don’t Miss the Fine Print

Let me start by saying the condo itself is a 10. The location right on the ocean is perfect. The ocean can be heard from the master bedroom with the windows closed. The reason I knocked the rating down is because of the listing description. It is not clear that LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. So we started our trip spending $200 on that stuff, oh, and toilet paper. These things are usually included so we were shocked to find they are not. You have to dig around in the description to find where it says that. Also- notice that you can only park two cars in the garage. We had three so we parked the third on Melody Lane, very close by. Lastly, there was a lot of confusion about all the codes that were needed to get around the property to open gates. Ask the host about doing it using your phone. It is possible and very convenient. This made accessing the property confusing and very stressful. That being said, I would recommend staying here.

MY WONDERFUL VACATION

All I can say about this place is OH MY GOSH~ It is BEAUTIFUL Me and my family had a wonderful time.I even got to bring down my 80 year old dad and it was great. I have stayed all up and down Garden City Beach for years at all the what I thought was the best places but I was wrong~This is the best place I have ever had the chance to stay.It has just everything PERFECT and I fell in love it. I have several friends that I have refered it to also.I hope someday soon to move to Garden City and can only wish to have a place quite this nice. Everything in the condo is great~All that you could possibly need is there in the kitchen and throughout the entire place. There is a beautiful view from all the windows and all up to date furnishings.Security is always close by if needed. The owner was very truthful and easy to communicate with and exceptionally nice. I will be checking with you again in the future to stay ~every chance I have. The only thing wrong with this whole thing is that I had to leave and couldnt rent it for longer. Anyone would be so lucky to have such a nice place to have a vacation. Thank you so much for having this special condo available for rent. Vickie

FABULOUS, AS ALWAYS

This was our second time to stay at the Heard’s condo and we will always choose it when we come to the beach. Their home is lovely and very well maintained. Tamra is a pleasure to communicate with always giving quick responses. The view is great. I love to drink my coffee out on the balcony in the morning and sit there in the evening listening to the waves. It feels very private with the way the walls are built. The king and queen beds are comfortable and it’s great having 3 baths. Kitchen is well stocked. Be sure to bring your toilet paper and extra paper towels etc. We always bring our own linens and it’s not a big deal. FYI. You cannot use two hair dryers at the same time in the bathrooms, but the breaker box is behind the door in the bunk bed room :). If you are there after Labor Day, the advertised beach chairs are not free so plan accordingly. The Conch Cafe is almost next door to the right if you’re looking at the ocean. It looks like a big beach house. Our first year we didn’t even realize it was a restaurant. They have delicious fried shrimp and you can walk to it. We love this condo and are always sad to leave!

Our family lives in Greenville, SC. The property is primarily used for the extended family and close friends. We have been lucky to meet some incredible people through renting our condo. We have 4 or 5 families that have rented from us for most of the years we have owned the property.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Garden City is a great family oriented beach town. One Ocean Place is without a doubt the #1 condo facility in Garden City or Surfside. The property is immaculately maintained. It has it's own gated parking garage which has 24 hour security. The pools Jacuzzis are cleaned daily and patrolled by the maintenance staff during the usable hours. You are within 5 miles of Murrells Inlet where you will find the best restaurants in the Myrtle Beach Area. Within 15 miles you will find 20 world class golf courses. All reasonably priced. There water parks close by, a huge flea market, grocery stores, Wal-mart, a great mall, and just north Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach.
