This seventh floor unit has a perfect view of the building’s pool and the beautiful ocean. It is nicely decorated and we find it to be very comfortable for us!! Beth is very easy to communicate with and tries her hardest to make our stay enjoyable. We look forward to next year and to future years at her unit in Ormond Beach!

Ormond Beach Vacation

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to spend our month on the beach! The unit was very well kept and communication with our host, Beth, was exceptional! We look forward to spending more time there next winter!

The Perfect Place

Beth’s condo was the perfect place for our family trip! The unit had everything we needed!! All the supplies for the beach and for cooking anything!! The view of the pool and beach was serene! We will definitely be back!

The Shoreham is a bit older, but built like a tank! Our unit was nicely kept! Our owner is very personable and easily accessible.

Wonderful!

Shoreham has always been close to my heart, now this room is too. Beth is wonderful to rent from and the room is clean and kept up. We were so comfortable here. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

We loved the Shorham and Ormond Beach. Beth is a great host. She was always quick to reply and offered us to stay an additional day when our flight was canceled the day we were supposed to check in. We will definitely try to stay in her condo next time we are in Ormond Beach.

I love this condo. We’ve stayed here for the past several summers and I’m always so pleased. Beth is a wonderful host. She’s always quick to respond if there’s a question or issue. The condo is very well stocked and comfortable. I hope to spend many more summers here.

Great view

The condo is in good shape, the kitchen is open to the living area and has everything you need for light cooking. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the main bedroom has a nice view of the ocean to wake up to. Beach chairs, two umbrellas, beach buckets and nets are all available and beach access is a short walk down a set of steps near the pool. We stayed in July of 2025 and building was 1/3 full so access to the pool and beach front was easy and not over populated. The best part about our stay was the unobstructed view from the living room and balcony of the ocean. We look forward to staying again on our next trip to Ormond.

The View, What a View

The view from near the top was incredible. On the beach rather than having to walk across a busy street was fantastic. Sadly the building is having some construction going on so working from home was a challenge but if you’re at the beach they’ll be done when you come backWe did experience an AC problem but Beth was easy to work with and she set up appointments for repair. Next time I’m looking for beach time I’ll be checking if this one is available.

Ocean View

Excellent location right on Ormond Beach, the condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay and more. Beth was an excellent host. This is a quiet, older community so if you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. The pool is heated, and we never had an issue getting chairs and we felt like to had a private beach because it was never busy. All of the other residents and visitors were extremely nice and treated us like family. Daytona and New Smyrna are only a short drive away along with many restaurants and activities. Rocket launches are visible on a clear day. If I come back to the Atlantic coast for vacation I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Spot for a Relaxing & Quiet Stay

This was the perfect spot for my birthday getaway. I wanted something quiet and right on the beach and this spot was it. It was also close to Daytona and other areas to explore. From the time of booking, Beth was a great host. She was easy to communicate with and she responded quickly to questions. Beth even reached out during our stay to make sure all was ok. Check in was easy to follow with the instructions that were sent ahead of time. The condo was in a great location and was clean and well maintained. A perfect spot with the beach just footsteps from the pool. All the guests were mainly owners and were super friendly offering suggestions on places to eat and see. The condo was very clean and stocked with just about everything we needed - even beach chairs & umbrella's. The living area was perfect for watching a movie or just relaxing with the view of the ocean right in site. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We felt right at home. The top floor balcony view in the morning was beautiful overlooking the pool and the ocean. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice, well stocked, and in an amazing location. Having 2 full bathrooms was very nice. The balcony got a nice breeze each day and we spent a lot of time on it. The pool was never crowded nor was the beach at the property. The property overall, was very quiet and relaxing, which is exactly what we needed after a very busy graduation season for my youngest daughter. Note: there are updates going on in the penthouse, one level above the condo, so every morning around 9, there was lots of beating, banging, and drilling which was out of Elizabeth's control.

Nice clean, two bedroom condo with great views of Ormond Beach. Loved the chairs on the balcony! My favorite place to sit and enjoy the views! Pool was delightful temperature and nicely maintained.

We love the beach and the water so we bought a place on the beach. We love our condo and we hope you do too. We are from the (frigid) midwest and we simply needed a place to get away when the weather turns.
