I suggest getting to this B&B early so you can benefit from the outdoor firepit and the nice views of the pond. Breakfast was lovely and also not to be missed.

Excellent Stay

Wonderful property with excellent hosts! Breakfast was delicious and it really felt like home. Highly recommend and hope to have an opportunity to visit again. I'd chose staying here in a heart beat!

Beautiful Property

Our stay was excellent!! This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast. The hosts were amazing, the property is gorgeous, and we met some other great people staying there as well. We plan on making this an annual trip!

Great time away

The property has so much to offer when relaxing outside in the late spring, summer and early fall. Inside decor is well done. Enjoyed our time relaxing and was quite peaceful

Beautiful place

We had an awesome time , such a beautiful properly. Very clean and updated rooms. Love all the outdoor areas. The hosts are very nice down to earth people. We are definitely returning.

Gorgeous place.

We had a great time at Paper mill pine. Donna and her husband were such a great host very welcoming. Relaxing place a lot of activities to do. We will come back soon!!

What a wonderful weekend stay! Donna and Allen’s property is beautiful, inside and out, and it’s just so amazingly peaceful there. We were warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. Donna and Allen are the perfect hosts! Definite future stays!!!

Al and Donna are such amazing hosts with an awesome B&B! We will be booking right through their site in the future and staying multiple times over the next year! I enjoyed grounding barefoot by the pond, their breakfast on the weekend is amazing, and loved looking out the window of their coffee nook!!! You will not be upset with this stay!

This property is not only beautiful, but friendly and relaxing. In summer, the gardens, humming birds, lake - all so nice. Great hosts, lovely breakfast which they creatively tailored for my food limitations. Very clean and easy to check in/access. We would definitely go back.

A wonderful visit

I stayed two nights, using the B&B as a base to hike in nearby Ricketts Glen. My stay was everything I hoped for -- everyone was extremely friendly, the breakfasts were delicious, the rooms extremely clean and comfortable. The only 'downside' is that I didn't have more time there -- I would have loved to spend an afternoon relaxing in the beautiful back yard. I look forward to going back to the park in a different season, and I will absolutely stay here again when I do.

Weekend getaway

A last minute desire for a weekend away took us to us to Ricketts Glen and ultimately to Paper Mill Pines B&B. Beautifully located close to Ricketts Glen, we were greeted with the most tranquil setting. We love a nice yard and garden. We were not disappointed! The entire home was clean and comfortable. Donna and Alan were attentive and so very personable. Our weekend breakfast was wonderful! We highly recommend a stay!

Great Getaway!

I stayed at Donna’s B&B for a quick getaway. It’s close to Rickett’s Glen State Park. I did a day of hiking at the park, and this place was a true gem to rest and relax afterwards. The hosts were friendly, and provided a hearty breakfast Sunday morning! The place is absolutely adorable, super clean, and overall a beautiful property. I hope to come back some day for a longer stay!
