Juste remis à neuf! Heron House a tout ce dont vous et votre famille aurez besoin pour passer des vacances inoubliables. La maison est située dans une crique tranquille à quelques pas de l’eau, vous pouvez vous réveiller et vous laisser tomber!

En entrant dans la maison, vous serez accueillis par de hauts plafonds, un plan ouvert, une cheminée électrique, de nombreuses fenêtres avec vue sur l’eau et le quai à deux étages.

Faites du kayak au bout de la crique pour prendre le lever du soleil le matin, nager dans un toboggan, mangez déjeuner sous la pergola couverte, détendez-vous avec un cocktail du deuxième étage du quai pendant le coucher du soleil et terminez par des smores feu et quelques vieux trous façonnés le soir.

La chambre principale et la salle de bain avec double vasque sont situées au premier étage. Toutes les chambres et le salon disposent d'une télévision murale. Cuisine entièrement équipée.

Apportez vos vêtements, votre brosse à dents et préparez-vous à passer un moment fantastique à Heron House! Peut-être croiserez-vous notre voisin Herbert, le grand héron!

Heron House est située du côté du lac Norman, à Denver, "le Denver de l'Est". Connu pour son ambiance de petite ville, mais dans les étapes amusantes de la croissance, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin à 10 minutes de la maison. Nous vous fournirons une liste de restaurants pittoresques, d'épiceries et de choses amusantes à faire à proximité. J'espère que vous passerez le plus clair de votre temps à vous détendre, à profiter du lac et du soleil de la maison. Wonderful property!

Everything about our stay was first rate! Monique greeted us when we arrived and had helpful information about the house and area. The kitchen was remarkably well equipped, the house was spotless and the view amazing. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location, great outdoor space and amazing hosts!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at the Heron House. Everything was provided from linens to towels to beach towels to kayaks and paddle boards to paper towels and toilet paper! Simple check in and check out process. We had four adults and 6 kids and it was perfect for us!

Relaxing retreat

This was an amazing vacation spot for extended family. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, even down to high chair. The kids loved the available kayaks and SUP. Monique and Derek were perfect hosts. Beautiful area, super clean house, all the water sports you could want, relaxing swimming, and a nice rural area to walk. It was exactly what we were hoping for.

Perfection

We had the most amazing week. The house was Spotlessly clean. Our family spent a lot of time n the kayaks and paddle boards. The ping pong table was great. The house had plenty of areas to sit and relax or read. The location is far enough removed to feel like you’ve escaped real life, but was close enough to town to be able to make a quick run to the store. It is obvious that a lot of thought was put into the comfort and entertainment of those who rent the house. The hosts were available whenever we had a question. We will be back.

Absolutely Wonderful

This was the perfect location on the lake. The house was super clean and was well stocked. It was the perfect stay with our kids. We really enjoyed the dock and the all this property had to the offer. The owners are excellent and they are quick to respond. We will be booking again in the near future for sure.

Girls’ Trip

This location is amazing. My friends and I are adding this home to our annual Girls’ Trip. Monique and Derek were great hosts. Anything we needed or any question that we had, they were quick to respond. My friends and I are germaphobes. Immediately upon walking into the home, we felt the cleanliness. We were comfortable enough not to go through our standard disinfecting routine because it felt, looked, and smelled that clean. The lake view is amazing. We used every part of the property inside and outside. will be back!!!

Great House in a Great Location

Monique and Derek were great hosts and their house was even better in person! Very clean, large rooms, fully stocked kitchen and living areas with plenty of seating. The kids loved the dock slide and having the boat lift made docking really easy. The house is in a quiet area of the lake, so it is great for small children. Restaurants and grocery stores all within 5 minutes. A great place to relax and enjoy lake life!

AWESOME LAKEFRONT HOUSE

We all had the best time! The house was perfect, everything was clean and the pictures look exactly like the house. You will not be disappointed. The home owners are the nicest people and are more then willing to help you with anything that you need help with. The lake is beautiful and relaxing.

The Most Amazing Property

Monique was such an accommodating and gracious host. The house was immaculate and beautiful with the most stunning views. Even though weather wasn’t on our side we still had the best time at this property and can’t wait to return.

Sweet House, Very Comfortable

We spent Thanksgiving here and it was great! The house is well stocked and everything is clean. The yard is awesome and top deck on the dock is super enjoyable.

Beautiful lakefront home

Monique (the host) greeted us shortly after arrival. She showed us everything we needed to know about the home and gorgeous 2 story dock. The home is beautiful, decorated with a lake theme, it was exceptionally clean and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Heron House and would recommend it to anyone looking to visit the Lake Norman area.

Family Getaway

This property was top-notch. Monique and Derek have thought of everything and then some. The house was clean, warm, and inviting. We have rented lake homes before but never have they been this beautiful. The amenities were amazing, from corn hole, kayaks, paddleboards and a Ping Pong Table. The kids were entertained the whole time.We spent our days on the water and evenings gathered on their dining room table playing cards. Most importantly they were so responsive to our questions. Thank you Monique and Derek.

Great house!!

We had such a great time at Heron House! Derek and Monique are amazing and are available to answer questions or help in any way. The house itself is beautiful, but the location on the lake is the real benefit! Tip of a cove, great for swimming. All the kids tried out the paddle boards and they were a hit! Kitchen is well stocked and the pantry is a huge help for a group. The pergola seating area just outside the house is great for relaxing after a day on the lake. You will not be disappointed staying here. Boat ramp is less than 10 minutes away as well. Great vacation!

They thought of everything!

The house is beautiful, sleeps a family very comfortably and is in an absolutely gorgeous location! Monique and Derek thought of everything. In other vacation rentals we've stayed at our family has had to go to a store immediately after arriving to get hand soap, napkins/paper towels, etc. They have it covered at this house! The outdoor activities are great for all ages including kayaks and paddleboards. The second story deck is an amazing space as well. It's definitely a place we will return to again!

Perfect family get-away!

I cannot recommend this vacation home more highly! The house itself with all of its' amenities, is more than enough to help you enjoy a fun and relaxing lakeside vacation. All of the surrounding activities that there are to enjoy are just a bonus. The house is exactly as stated, with enough room for everyone to spread out, but also encourages gathering - in the living room, by the backyard firepit, playing ping-pong in the gameroom, or relaxing on the floating dock. Monique and Derek are the most perfect of hosts! They are nearby to help with anything that you need! We shall definitely be returning to Heron House for many years to come, and would not hesitate to recommend this vacation home to any of our friends and family.

The house was perfect and had all of the amenities that we could ever need. The deck dock and yard were awesome and a great place to hang out with our group. I recommend this for gatherings for friends and families.

Short family getaway

It was an amazing property! Our family loved everything about the Heron House! The owner, the house, the back yard the facilities were all very accommodating!! Beautiful view of the lake and sunsets!! We are so thankful that this place was available for this season of transition in all of our lives!! Perfect! So much fun! Thank you Monica!!! Fantastic Lake Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Heron House! The property is even better than the listing shows! The location on the lake is just perfect. The cove is nice and quiet but the ease to get to more wide open water is super simple! The boat lift was such a great feature as we brought our small fishing boat as well as rented a pontoon boat at the extremely convenient marina. That was a super fun bonus. The property is updated and clean but super comfortable and homey. The kayaks and paddles boards were so much fun. We enjoyed them everyday. It was so nice that there were enough kayaks for our entire family to use together. We got up and went around the cove together one morning to watch the amazing sunrise. The upper level deck was really nice as well and enhanced our new of the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed the slide off the deck and the fire pit as well! We really didn't need to bring anything. Heron House is equipped with everything you might need! Monique and Derek are super hosts who were available for anything we needed and saw to any issue that arose. We were thrilled with our stay at Heron House and would highly recommend staying here. Hope to return some day!

Wonderful lakeside retreat

I can't say enough about the house and the hosts, Monique and Derek. The house had everything you would want or need for a great time at the lake. They have thought through all the details, and had the house fully stocked with games, and amenities. The owners live next door and personally greeted us upon arrival. Their communication before and during the stay was helpful and anytime we had a question, they were very prompt to respond. It was a great stay.

Perfect family getaway!

Monique and Derek’s Heron House was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. We have children ranging in ages from 3-15, and we brought grandparents as well. This home has been very thoughtfully prepared to give every guest their best vacation. From water toys to ping pong to kayaks to just being completely well-stocked in all areas… they have thought of everything! The owners were also very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property on nice cove

Heron house is a well laid out and nicely equipped property on a large cove off the main channel. The owners are attentive and want you to fully enjoy your time. The grandkids spent hours on the slide every day and the adults were partial to the upper level of the dock. Water access was good but you need shoes due to the rocky bottom in the shallows. This was our 5th time renting on Lake Norman and all considered Heron House was the best.
