Nos unités de location de vacances ont été récemment rénovées avec votre confort à l'esprit et sont entiÚrement équipées avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour un séjour agréable. Cette unité est un deux chambres, 1 salle de bain, avec un canapé-lit dans le salon pour les invités supplémentaires au 1er étage. Vous trouverez des vues sur l'océan, les montagnes d'Alice, une cascade idyllique dans la cour arriÚre. Nous serions ravis de vous accueillir parmi nos invités et serons heureux de répondre à toutes vos questions lors de la planification de votre visite!

NOTE IMPORTANTE
* Heure d'arrivée: aprÚs 16 h 00 - avant 21 h 00
* Les enfants de moins de 13 ans ne sont pas autorisés à rester pour des raisons de sécurité.
_ Il y a un petit étang non clÎturé dans la cour arriÚre.

La cuisine dispose d'un grand espace pour cuisiner et est entiÚrement équipée avec tout l'équipement dont vous avez besoin pour préparer les repas et les boissons.

Spent three nights. The home was very clean and as described. The only negative were the pillows on the beds, they were not comfortable and has decorative covers v. regular pillow cases.

Super clean and calling distance to marina

We stayed here 2 nights and enjoyed it. Plenty of room for the 4 of us and super clean. We walked down to the marina the two days we were there to shop and eat. It was very convenient to use as a jumping off spot to explore downtown and exit glacier. We would stay here again.

Alaska trekking trip

We stayed here on our last leg of an Alaskan Journey. We knew we would love Sewar, but we didn’t realize how much we would enjoy a beautiful clean comfortable place to stay that is close to everything. Highly recommend.

Great time in Seward

Everything was perfect. Steven is an excellent host who made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The condo is clean and very comfortable with a beautiful backyard and within walking distance of everything you might want to do in Seward. I highly recommend staying here

Incredible Property

This was my first rental with VRBO and it was awesome! The home was clearly newly remodeled inside and very clean. The inside appearance was absolutely immaculate and it fit perfectly for our family. I’ll definitely look to rent this property again. Steven was very nice and accommodating!

Great place to stay!

This was a nice place to stay. The location was great and we encountered few issues in our stay, which were easily addressed. The place was very clean. There is a beautiful waterfall in the back of the place and seats to enjoy it. This is a good place for people who appreciate a quiet stay and don't want to stay up late partying. The owners/managers live on site and ask for quiet after 10pm. Check in was supposed to be by 9:00pm, which we did not know about and could not do, but we were able to make special arrangements and stayed very quiet upon our nearly midnight arrival. The refrigerator and cabinets were free of prior residents' items, which can be both good and bad. Good since you find a clean fridge and cabinets, but the downside is that you will have to buy everything incuding condiments, spices, sugar, coffee, etc. Also, I felt bad throwing away these items at the end of our week long stay. We appreciated the washer and dryer! We hiked most days and appreciated being able to wash our clothes. You may wish to bring a small nightlight for the restroom and night trips there, and an extension cord or power strip making it easier to plug in no matter which side of the bed you sleep on. Overall we had a great stay and would keep this on our places to stay list. Thanks to Steven and Mimi for their great hospitality.

Steven welcomed us when we arrived and showed us the chalet , which was just as described and was very comfortable for us.Wish we had oppotunity to sit by fire in back yard. Such a beautiful, serene spot. The best was the location. Very easy to get around town. Will recommend to our friends.

The host met us upon arrival and showed us through the apartment. In all of my travels, the Chalet of Seward has been by far the cleanest and most comfortable place I’ve stayed over the years. All 3 of us commented on the comfort of the mattresses and the coziness of the place. Centrally located to everything. We all loved staying here! I would rate this chalet a 15 out of 10!!! Thank you!!!

The space was clean, ok for our needs and convenient to town. We stayed two nights. Steven tried to text the day of checkin rather than send info earlier on the app which caused Steven agnst since we didn't have service hiking most of the day and my co-hosts number was listed. Host had to greet us and walk us through the apartment which was a little annoying. A lot of nit-pick rules. Noisy when people were walking in condo above. Host lives on site which was a little awkward. No streaming allowed on wifi and had to reset the TV to get it to work. Had to ask for sheets for the pullout. Only 4 towels provided for 4 adults. Only four hard pillows. Blackout curtains would have been helpful in the bedrooms in the land of the midnight sun... Was nice to have a washer & dryer, but 1/2 load only and unable to use past 10pm. Had to move the dryer away from the wall so that it would dry.

Lovely little house in Seward

Stayed here with our adult kids during a vacation in AK. Walkable to the dock and to shops & restaurants. Steven met us there to show us around. Very clean and kept up. Great locale for our visit.

Super clean, easy check in, Steve is a very friendly host. The place was very well supplied for all our needs. I slept in the room with one bed. It has been 20 years since I slept on a bed that bad. My son-in-law told me his bed was horrible and he did not sleep well. Pillows were terrible too. That is a very honest review

Great location

The location was perfect and the Fire Brand BBQ just outside was ideal for breakfast! The back yard waterfall was beautiful too and relaxing to eat out there. The host was accommodating and let us store out bags before checkin. Taking off shoes before entering was a bit difficult with hiking boots and a bench would have been nice. Also the upstairs neighbors were up a bit late and loud walking kept us up - but once we opened the windows to enjoy the lull of the waterfall that helped a lot.

Fishing trip in Seward

Very comfortable stay. Close to downtown and the marina. Walking distance to much of Seward. This unit has a nice little fire pit area with your own waterfall and outdoor dining area. I would definitely stay there again

Fabulous!

Spacious, immaculate property with a charming waterfall garden in the back yard. Easy walking distance to the harbor and numerous dining establishments. Steve is a great communicator and personally oriented us to the property and city upon arrival.Highly recommended!
