Our family came to have a great fishing adventure in Seward but surprisingly found the perfect home away from home! This beautiful, clean, well furnished home was the perfect fit for our family vacation. Communication was fabulous & the little touches of home made it extra special.
Beautiful, spacious home with all the amenities required for a great Vrbo vacation. Plenty of room and beds for six men. Check in was a breeze and house was so clean. The large open kitchen was well furnished. Lots of open space for gathering and visiting. We absolutely loved it and are already talking about the next visit.
Sockeye House was a well-stocked, immaculate, comfortable home in a great location for our multi-generational family stay. We loved everything about it and would definitely stay there again!
We all loved this property! The host was very responsive and the place was well stocked. The location was excellent.
Would highly recommend this property.
What a wonderful home. Very updated beautiful home in a great location. Walkable to town yet very quiet and peaceful. Great huge kitchen for gatherings and cozy private bedrooms. Canât wait to return.
We had a wonderful stay in this property. The host was by far the most helpful and caring host I've encountered. She provided plenty of suggestions of places to eat, things to do, and a little insider information that helped us to save time and enjoy all Seward had to offer.
Overall a really great location and stay.
We loved staying in this beautiful home. The host was friendly and accommodating. The home was spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed and so convenient to the Seward Free Shuttle! We stayed in three homes on our Alaskan journey, and this was my favorite!
We very much enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were wonderful and fit our families well. The house was very open and had plenty of space for entertaining and to sleep our family and extended family (6 adults and 6 children). The home had all the essentials and was well equipped. We look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you!
This property is amazing. It is truly a home away from home. It was clean, welcoming and meet all of our needs. There were 6 of us that stayed at the house and we had plenty of space for all to have privacy and comfort. We will be back!!
Place was beautiful and spacious. Gave us a place to unwind after a long drive. Oven does take a while to heat up. No USB ports in bedrooms to use phones for clocks. All windows have blinds but would help travelers to have curtains to pull as well. I would recommend a light in living room that is not over head, or that are dimmable.
Overall would stay again!
It was difficult to check out at 10 am. Originally it was set up for a 11am checkout on our itenerary. I dont remembering it changing so it was chanllenging to pack up and leave.
Went to the Resurrection coffee shop...quit, but a wait...
Great location! Beautiful, well cared for home with lots of space to spread out for a large group. Wished we were staying longer but came down to fish and made that happen! Will definitely try to stay again if come back with a group! Thanks for a great experience!!
Perfect location for our time in Seward! House was so spacious and comfortable for our group. Communication was easy and our host Mary Beth was so nice. The raspberries on the property were amazing!
What an amazing host and such a lovely and welcoming home. We had a great time staying here and making this our home for 2 days. Thanks a lot Mary! Highly recommend for anyone planning to come stay few nights in Seward Alaska. Lovely people & place.
