The property was very good clean and we enjoyed our one week stay. It is close to several attractions nearby. The host was very responsive in the communication.
This property was just what we needed fornthe three of us and our two small dogs. The kitchen was very functional, fridge had plenty of room. The back yard was fenced in whixh was a big plus!
As described, it was a nice getaway for me and my family from Texas. The communication was good and there were no issues with the property. I'd recommend others stay here and I'd stay myself again.
The property location is good - close to everything in Col Springs and the house was well stocked and everything worked - so those were the good things. But the house is very small - especially the 2 bathrooms. If you have any more than 4 people in this house you will not be comfortable. There is a lot of damage in the house and the yard had quite a bit of trash in it upon arrival. As others have mentioned the yard is also quite unkempt.
But the worst part of the experience was dealing with the property manager who threatened to evict us because we arrived at the property before check in. Then threatened to charge us for any damage our 12 year old lab did to the house. As frequent vrbo renters we know the drill - take pictures of all damage already at the house upon check in. But the threat was almost laughable because of the amount of damage already there. But the entire interaction was not cool, Not sure the quality of renters he usually gets but he certainly doesn't treat folks with respect or consideration.
Easy to see all the big ticket items in Colorado Springs from this location. Plenty of beds to accommodate a big family. Washer and dryer available. Kitchen is stocked.
Cosy single family home well located in the middle of things in Colorado Springs. Home was clean and well appointed, dimensions were a little small so you need to be comfortable being in close quarters with other house guests lol. Only negative is the hard which was full of overgrown weeds making outdoor uses impossible.
Good: The house itself is nice, great location, well furnished, comfy beds. Owner was nice and easy to communicate with. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room.
Bad: It is a pet friendly home, so there was quite a bit of dog hair on the floors, bedding, and other furniture. Also, we had small kids and hoped they could play in the backyard. But backyard was overgrown and not maintained (there is a nice deck though).
Overall, we would stay there again
We needed a house to accommodate our family for USAFA graduation week. It worked great for our family. Very close to USAFA. They had all the pots and pans we needed to cook. And a wonderful assortment of spices. Perfect for what we need.
We had our second annual Christmas vacation wirh my grandchildren. It was great to get away and enjoyed our stay! We didn't have much snow which was a bummer for my lil ones. But it was great having all of them under one roof! Thanks for the stay!
We were pleasantly surprised to see most of the basic things were included. Basic cookware, toiletries and even laundry soap was there. Would totally rent this property again. Even the neighbors were nice! By far better than a hotel.
This house was the perfect getaway! It was clean, well stocked with anything you could need, and the location was near everything that we wanted to do while in Colorado Springs. Would definitely reccomend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Colorado Springs.
We stayed in Colorado Springs for a family reunion. The description said, "Sleeps 11" and that's exactly how many stayed there. It was conveniently located to restaurants and a few businesses.
We rented this home while we visited family in the Springs. It was very clean and accommodated our group of 6 very well. Tony was great communicating and gave us a list of fun things to do in the area. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.
We were in CO for our daughter's graduation and the home worked out great from both a location and accommodations. Tony was a great host and was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Thanksgiving vacation
We really enjoyed our stay. The location of property is very convenient close to all main attractions. Kids loved playing in snow at Pikes peak. The only issue was the beds were very uncomfortable especially the spring bed in the basement. After a long day everyone needs a comfortable bed and good quality towels.
Tony was an amazing host and made our stay so much easier. He was great communicating with us before, during, and after the stay to make sure we had everything we needed, including going out and buying a grill when I asked if one was available. He truly went above and beyond. The house was exactly what was advertised and perfect for our needs. The fenced back yard was great for the littles to run off some energy (and Tony thoughtfully left some snacks out for the kids for when we got there!). It was very clean and had enough kitchen items that we didnât need to go out and buy extra. We had a wonderful stay in Colorado Springs and the house/host exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this property.
