La maison d’hôtes est située à seulement 5 km au nord du village d’East Burke et permet de faire du vélo de montagne sur les chemins KingdomTrails via les pistes de White School et d’accéder directement au sentier de motoneige vers VAST. Nous sommes à une courte distance en voiture de Burke Mountain. Cette maison va accueillir confortablement 6 personnes. Il y a un bel espace extérieur pour griller, s'asseoir et profiter du café du matin sur le pont ou passer la soirée au coin du feu. Nous proposons un local à vélos sécurisé avec une installation de maintenance / réparation ainsi qu'un espace de lavage pour les vélos. Il y a beaucoup de places de stationnement et le stationnement d'une remorque n'est pas un problème pour les motoneigistes.

Great location to mountain bike Kingdom Trails

It was a great property that was really well maintained. It was amazing to be able to bike right from the house on the trails into town. It was a well stocked kitchen and very clean. The wifi was a little spotty, but could be just the area. The owners were very attentive and told us everything we needed to know. I would definitely stay there again.

Would stay again!

Clean and comfortable home with everything our family of four (incl. two teens) would want. Fully stocked kitchen, multiple spaces to spread out, and great basement for bike storage. Kingdom Trails access right from the backyard. Location was minutes away from village of East Burke and also easy drive to Lyndonville or St. Johnsbury. Coordination with owners was quick and easy. One thing to note is that there are two other rentals right on the same property - another house right next door, and a large barn out back. Everything was absolutely quiet and no issues during our stay, but if having others close would bother you, just something to be aware of. Would stay here again!

All the Comforts of Home!

I traveled to East Burke with my elderly mom and sister, to visit our nephew. This property was perfect! Location A+. The house was immaculate. It was very roomy, allowing us all a private bedroom and bath. The layout of the house was helpful for my Mom on a walker. The owners have the kitchen stocked with anything you may need. The side deck allowed privacy while being outside and the firepit was a plus-although we didn't use it, nice to to relax outdoors. I will definitely be back & recommend this comfy property to others. TY Robin!

Made For Mountain Bike Adventures

Great little house with plenty of space for 6-8 people. House was fully stocked with everything you need. The basement access with bike storage and laundry were a great bonus. As for location, it’s halfway between Moose Haven and the town of East Burke, with the New School trail running right behind the house.

Great place and location

Very comfortable, well appointed house with easy access to the KT trails and local gravel roads. East place to stay with kids, plenty of lawn to run around on! We have stayed here before and will continue to do so!

Fall getaway weekend

We had a wonderful time here. The beds are comfortable, the kids have their own space upstairs and there are plenty of showers. The basement is large and clean and has an excellent area for working on and storing bikes. The proximity to New School is great. We could easily get into Burke on the trails for lunch or access them for a day of riding. The kitchen is well stocked, making it easy to cook most of your meals at the house. Great place to stay!!

Great Getaway at Kingdom Trails

This property was a dream. It came equipped with anything and everything you need and forgot you needed. The stellar property is brand new, has everything you need to enjoy your time in the NEK and even has trail access right out the back door to New School. These are the most professional hosts I have ever encountered in the 15 years I have used VRBO or others.

Great place and location

This was a perfect location for our group of mountain bikers. We were in Kingdom Trails during a somewhat rainy period, so having the bike washing station and the basement storage were key. The place was clean and in good condition. I'd definitely come back!

Perfect Burke House

Cannot say enough about the property. Home and grounds were spotless, inside was new and clean, and the fire pit and bike accommodations made it all the better. Close to town and easy to jump on great trails right from the house.

Ride-in, ride-out house in the heart of the Kingdom Trails

The guest house was better than expected, very well appointed. We had everything we needed for our 3 day mountain bike getaway. There's a trail right behind the house that leads to the Moose Haven trails system. We enjoyed the backyard firepit and the owners even had local firewood for their guest. The inside looked brand new and clean with a comfortable living area and open concept to the kitchen. Spacious, clean and dry bike storage in the basement with a professional set of tools. We also noticed some cornhole boards but didn't have a chance to use them... next time.

Perfect Property!

We booked this place as soon as we saw the listing for our 9 nights in the NEK, and we were not disappointed. It is a perfect location for getting on the trails. We rode, walked, and ran right from the house on the beautiful trail system. It's a short drive to town and 15 minutes to beautiful Lake Willoughby. The house is well appointed and we made use of all the amenities. We do a lot of cooking & grilling and the house had everything we needed. Everyone was impressed with the quality of the beds and having separate bathrooms was important for everyone during COVID. We thoroughly enjoyed the side porch and fire pit. They really thought of everything. I highly recommend this home and we would definitely stay here again.

Pristine Country House

My family and I had a wonderful stay at The Guest House. The rooms were nicely appointed and extremely clean. The owners provided plenty of supplies for our visit. Indoor and outdoor bike maintenance accessories were available and much appreciated. Having a bike trail connect directly to the property was great. We enjoyed the beautiful property and the outdoor deck. We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderfully comfortable and appointed home

This property was just what we were looking for - a very comfortable and well-appointed home that was in a wonderful location. The house was super clean; the kitchen had every appliance that you needed; and the two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms were perfect for my wife and I staying in one room and our adult daughter in the other. (For a larger family, there are more bedrooms and another bath upstairs.) Communicating with the owner was easy throughout the process, and she welcomed us as we arrived for our stay. This home was close to several biking and hiking trails, (some pretty much outside your back door) and was about a 20 minute drive to Lake Willoughby and the surrounding mountains there. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay there again when visiting the Northeast Kingdom area of Vermont.

Perfect Kingdom Trails rental

Check in was easy with a key code entry. The house was spotless and very well decorated and maintained. There were all the little amenities that made this home rental easier such as coffee pods for the coffee maker, enough dishwasher/ dish/ laundry detergent to make it through the stay. Nice appliances that did not make cooking on vacation a chore. Comfortable beds! The cable box wasn’t working because of a storm and the owner came and checked on it right away and replaced it the next day (super friendly guy). So many thoughtful bike amenities such as the bike wash stand outside, the fixing station, and the storage racks made it easy to get riding and clean up every day. Location for riding was very convenient for shuttling kids to Moose Alley, easy ride to Flower Brook or Burnham Down, you can pop onto New School right out the back, short drive to KT School parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Kingdom Trails base camp

Very bike-friendly property with work stand and wash station, walk in basement with bike racks and secure storage, sweet location on new trail (thank you to the owners!) accessing White School, perfectly situated between East Haven, Burke Mountain, and Darling Hill trails, although traffic on 114 a little loud. Clean and spacious, VERY well appointed kitchen, grill and fire pit round out the experience. Adjacent apartment over barn makes for a convenient overflow space for family/friends if available.

Great house and wonderful owners.

It clear from our confirmation email that Robin's focus was making our stay as nice as possible. She has thought of all details from the key less entry, the house book, bike storage and repair area with some tools, outside 5-burner gas grill, and the corn hole game. It was difficult leaving and I look forward to returning. This was a trip of three men spending our time hiking and biking.
