The cabin had a perfect layout for families and everyone had a wonderful time there. We had 3 families there and it never felt crowded, or too separated. There are a lot of notes to pay attention too, but they are posted at those locations making it easy to know what to do at that spot. Really close to the slopes and plenty to keep everyone enjoying their time together. The property manager communicated clearly with us and responded quickly.

Kathryn was a wonderful host and was responsive when there were any issues with the property. The location of the home is perfect for anyone who plans to ski or snowmobile at Brian Head. The home is very well-appointed with lots of amenities. Our favorite part of the house is the loft with plenty of twin beds for the kids! We’ve traveled to Brian Head with four other families for many years, and this house is our go-to every year! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful visit. The weather was perfect. The cabin was incredible. It is very close to all the activities at Brian Head resort and Cedar Breaks. We also visited Navajo Lake for an afternoon of kayaking and paddleboarding.

great for big groups!

The location was beautiful and close to important spots, the cabin had enough beds, bedrooms, towels, etc, for our whole big group, the property manager was extremely helpful and responsive.

Beautiful and so comfortable

Our family was so happy and comfortable here. The accomodations are perfect for a group or a large family. The quality of the house and furnishings was of the very highest. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property that I love

I love this property, beautiful place on the mountain with hiking, mountain biking, and fishing in the summer, and skiing and snowboarding in the winter. I've stayed a few times and love it every time.

What a fantastic cabin! W...

What a fantastic cabin! We found this cabin to be everything it was advertised to be and more. The weather was just right and the area offers all the outdoor activities you can ever want. We could not have been happier with this rental, give it a try you will love it.

Brian head was beautiful and we enjoyed the stay with our family coming in from multiple different areas. The cabin is outdated and can use a good deep clean. Multiple things didn’t work correctly: one of the toilets, coffee pot, and the led strip lights in the kitchen would continuously flicker when trying to cook. A suggestion would be to update the lighting in the kitchen, given there are 2 windows that don’t provide much light. (Felt dark even with the lights on) When asked to replace the broken coffee pot the host stated that it isn’t used by guests anymore and iits not kept updated “sorry about that”. A Keurig was available for use, when you have a large family of coffee drinkers making one cup at a time is an inconvenience. This was an easy fix for the host and was told sorry about that a second time after requesting a new one. We went and purchased our own coffee pot. Giving a 4/5 for our stay. This cabin has great potential to be a 5/5 with upkeep and updating.

Warm, cozy, clean, and so much fun!

We stayed at this cabin with a large group of people, it was so fun to be able to fit everyone under one roof. The kitchen and rooms are big and have all the amenaties you would or think you would need. It felt like a home away from home. Great place to spend a cold winter or to enjoy the summer and fall in the outdoors.

Clean, cozy, and comfortable!

Perfect cabin for our family! Well equipped kitchen, plenty of linens, and lots of space for relaxing and connecting. I would have preferred earlier check in and a later check out. The wind chimes disrupted our sleep on one windy night, but overall our stay was fantastic!

Wonderful Home

This is the third time we stayed in this home. We love it so much that we keep coming back to the same house. There is room for us, our kids, our grandkids, our foster kids, and even a few friends. Well stocked and huge kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for everyone. And the huge living room with pool table was great for hanging out together after skiing. It's also really close to the ski lifts. Instructions for how to get in and out were clear and easy. I can't say enough good things about this house!

Nice family time

We had family visiting from Denmark so there was a lot of us. This property was nice and plenty big for all of us. The host was very good at sending out information. Everything you needed was in an email and available for printing. We loved our vacation time up in Brian Head.

perfect for Large Family

Very impressed with all the details communicated by the Owner. Best System and Platform we've experienced. One thing I would suggest is to remove the gate hinges by the stairs, it is easily bumped into.

Don’t miss this place!

This is a beautiful cabin. Clean, completely stocked with anything you will need for a fun family vacation. 25 of us enjoyed this home with lots of room. Kitchen is perfect with plenty of cooking equipment. Hot tub was the icing on this beautiful cabin. Sledding literally 10 feet outside the door . My grandkids spent hours sledding down the road. Very safe and so much fun. We will be back!

Wonderful gathering space for the family!

We loved our time here. Lots of beds for sleeping and space to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of seating. There were plenty of linens for everyone’s comfort. The outdoor space with the fire pit had plenty of room for everyone to gather around and the kids loved playing in the woods. The hot tub was huge and very enjoyable. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly. Navaho Lake, Mammoth Cave, Cedar Breaks National Monument (the Sky Show they sponsor there with the telescopes was a hit), and the hike to Cascade Falls are all within 45 minutes. The visitors center at Duck Creek was really helpful to find the treasures in the area. We loved our stay here and made some great memories with the family!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at the Spruce Cabin! It was super comfortable for our group of 9. The loft was fabulous and fun for the kids, the great room was cozy and the pool table was a hit! There were so many beds and bedrooms and bathrooms to accomodate everyone’s needs. It was located minutes from the ski resorts but make sure you have chains or a 4 wheel drive if it’s snowing. The property manager was responsive and the arrival and departure instructions were clear. We were also very pleased that we were able to check in a bit earlier which was only possible because the house cleaning was completed. We all had a great stay and would definetely stay here again.

Great Winter Ski Vacation

We had such a wonderful experience. The location was awesome, a couple minutes to the ski resort. The cabin is surrounded by trees. There was so much snow. The kids spent an entire day sledding and building snow forts on the property. The upstairs loft was awesome for all the young cousins. The great room was spacious and accommodated our group of 18 comfortably. Kathryn, the owner, was so great to work with. She accommodated our early/late check-in requests. (This can’t always be arranged because of the cleaning schedule.). We look forward to our next vacation with Trekadoo!

High in the pine and heavy on fresh air

Took advantage of the off season pricing to get back up to the Spruce cabin. Probably my 4 time at this cabin over the years. I've also rented the adjacent cabin on Fir street also owned by the same family. A few Newer surprises this trip were the play area built in the wood behind the cabin. There are several trailes the owner cut leading to a huge fort/ playset with swings slide and all that but to top it off they built a bridge to a raised platfor/ treehouse that my kids could stay out of. Also there were some kitchen upgrades lot more stainless steel than I remember but also a sweet built in pantry. I'm a nerd for wood working so it impressed me probably more than the wife. Love this cabin room for more people than I know to invite :)
