Le Beach House est un appartement élégant et moderne avec vue sur la mer à Crosby et la célèbre côte du golf. Pour ceux qui recherchent une retraite tranquille, il est idéal pour les golfeurs et les amateurs de courses de chevaux, à proximité de West Lancashire, Royal Birkdale et de nombreux autres terrains de golf de championnat. Le parcours d'Aintree, qui accueille le Grand National de renommée mondiale et d'autres réunions de course, est à seulement 15 minutes.
Il y a de belles promenades et de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur le pas de la porte le long du sentier côtier de Sefton, y compris les célèbres statues d'Antony Gormley, `` Another Place '', les écureuils rouges de la réserve naturelle de Formby (National Trust) et la piste cyclable de Cheshire Lines.
Une chambre double / lits jumeaux avec vue sur la mer et salle de douche privative. Grand salon avec canapé-lit double, cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, multicuiseur et vue sur le golf. Portes-fenêtres donnant sur le patio. Vestiaire au rez-de-chaussée.

Our host was exceptional, she went out of her way to ensure our stay was indeed memorable. Her suggestions of things for us to enjoy along with the fact that the train station was a short walk away proved both convenient and affordable. The lodgings were spotless and very comfortable. We stayed for two weeks and it felt like home.

Great location and excellent amenities. Lynn was a great host and the accommodation is lovely.

The garden and all the amenities are great. Lovely comfy beds and excellent bedding.Very warm and comfortable and hot tub a great treat. Great for coastal walks to little crosby and stopped off at the cricket ground for a few drinks and some food.

Enjoyable stay

Enjoyed a comfortable short break at The Beach House, which was well equipped for our needs and tastefully furnished and decorated in a seaside theme. It is ideally located for Antony Gormley's 'Another Place' and the local railway into Liverpool and Southport.

Had a lovely stay here. Everything was just as described! We went to the beach at sunset and took photos of the Gromleys statues which is literally steps away. The hot tub was also a welcome treat to test our weary bones in. Thank you again for an amazing stay

Ideal location for chill time and exploration

Perfect homely, very well equipped and safe place to stay. The Beach House has a pleasant private garden with views over the golf course and is ideally situated for a walk on the beach. Close proximity to walk to the train station for Liverpool/Southport is an added benefit.

Such a beautiful location. Short walk to the beach, which we enjoyed. Friendly people and upscale community. Hot tub water was clean and temperature was perfect. Host Lynne was very friendly and welcomed us immediately even though we arrived early. Home was immaculate and comfortable. it was nice having two bathrooms. Everything we needed was available. would absolutely love to stay here again next time we are in Liverpool for a game or getaway.

The host was lovely and so helpful. The cottage was beautiful and so close to the beach. We loved sitting in the hot tub at night and enjoying the views and the peace. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

best weekend away ever

the whole trip was absolutely fabulous. the House had everything we needed, fully stocked with pans and utensils for cooking. Garden was lovely with the hot tub and a nice view of the golf course. Lynn did everything she could to make our stay perfect and was an amazing host throughout. Nice easy walk to the beach and the train station which goes straight through to liverpool central. Couldn’t of had a better stay and can’t wait to visit again.

Gem of a property

Fantastic Beach House very close to the shore, coast path and railway station. We enjoyed seeing Anthony Gormley's wonderful installations 'Another Place' at different times of the day/tide and visited Liverpool twice. A lovely, cosy, comfortable base to stay in, and so much to see and do. Just the ticket! Thank you.

Easy walk to the beach , and lovely walks along the coast, viewing gormleys another place statues on the beach.It was too cold for the hot tub regrettably, but the situation of the property was perfect. Local train station just down the road, with a good and frequent metro line service into Liverpool. No.local shop was the only disappointment

We arrived at the Beach House and were very, very impressed with the facilities, decor and (most importantly) peace & quiet. The lounge was very spacious and made you want to just sit and enjoy the calming space. Being so close to both the beach and the local train station, made it the ideal place to travel to/from. The host (Lynn) ensured our stay was very enjoyable (sorry I didn't meet you when you popped in). I'll certainly be re-booking for personal and business related visits.

Weekend away

We had booked for a family wedding in area. We’re late arriving on the Friday due to traffic but immediately felt comfortable and relaxed once through the front door. Both bed and sofa bed very comfortable and woke refreshed. Relaxing sitting on the patio despite dismal weather. Sadly only got to use the hot tub very briefly due to busy weekend. Lovely sunset walk on beach. Easy to check out for early start. Would book again when visiting area.

Tranquil Base for a Liverpool Adventure

This was a wonderful experience. Great communication, and a lovely property. We could not ask for a nicer host. The apartment(attached to, but separate from the main house) is comfortable and well furnished. Kitchen had everything we needed. The location was wonderful, a short 5 minute walk to the Mertseyrail station, and a quick trip into town. We were back and forth multiple times. One note: there are no convenience stores nearby, so bring whatever supplies you need for the stay. We will definitely return.

Comfortable and Excellent for Cycling

The property is well placed just a short walk to the sea. The bed is very comfortable and all amenities well catered for, shower and toilets upstairs and down. Kitchen and dining area excellent and lounge very spacious and comfortable. Lynne was very helpful and provided us with a map for cycling in the area, we covered 50 miles in the three days here and enjoyed every minute. A lovely place to come back to.

Wonderful place!

The Beach House was a wonderful place. A lovely space inside and out with excellent views over the golf course and crosby beach, which is only a 2 minute walk. The railway station is a 5 minute walk, that we used on a number of occasions during our trip to get around. Would certainly stay again!
