Floor plans, furniture, design, and artwork may differ slightly, and our units span 1,034-1,339 square feet. Your apartment may look different from the sample photos but will be just as stylish and comfortable!

You have access to your own stylish apartment in Plano, TX. In addition, you can work out at one of the two fitness centers, swim in one of the three pools, watch TV in the community room, take your dog for a walk at the pet park, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.

The Neighborhood:
This area is surrounded by shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The Shops at Legacy are within walking distance from your apartment, and so is Bishop Park. In addition, Hawaiian Falls Waterpark is only about a 10 minute drive from the property, as is Arbor Hills Nature Preserve.

Getting Around:
It only takes 30 minutes to get to the airport and 25 to get to downtown Dallas by car while Frisco is a mere 15 minutes away. There are also multiple bus stops just off the property.

- Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow at our property.
- This property has limited complimentary parking (one car per reservation). Nearby street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- This property does not have luggage storage.
- Daily housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost per cleaning.
- There may be construction projects in progress at, or near, this property. This may result in additional background noise at your Kasa during daytime hours.
