4 chambres, 3 salles de bain, 3000 sq ft maison construite en 2011. À moins de 3 pâtés de maisons de la vie nocturne de la Plaza Midwood, dont la Legion Brewing Company, le lapin peculier, le Marché commun et l'ami des ouvriers. Le quartier est sûr et praticable. En outre, juste un court trajet en Uber à Uptown. S'il vous plaît contacter avec toutes les questions que vous avez!

Grand salon et cuisine à aire ouverte. 1 chambre à l'étage principal avec 3 autres chambres au deuxième étage. 3 salles de bain complètes pour aider à accueillir des groupes plus importants. De plus, placez un écran dans le patio à l'arrière de la maison pour pouvoir profiter du plein air sans éliminer les insectes.

Afin de ne pas déranger les voisins, le stationnement doit être le suivant:
- Max de deux voitures dans l'allée
- Max de deux voitures du même côté de la rue que la maison devant la maison

Clean and Comfortable!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed or stay in this home in Chantilly. Well equipped kitchen, large upstairs and back yard. Would definitely rent this house again!

Great location and spacious home

We were in town for the TN & State football game. The home is in a fantastic neighborhood & close to many restaurants. The layout worked great for 2 families w/ teens. We easily spread out and never felt cramped! The screened in porch was nice and enjoyed the cool mornings out there. Would definitely stay again!

Family wedding

Beautiful & spatial home with all the modern amenities. We enjoyed the gas fire place in the living room and the screened in back porch area was a wonderful spot to enjoy our morning coffee (and listen to the birds)!

Spacious, Comfortable Accommodation

I initially thought the floor plan was somewhat weird, but it worked incredibly well. Open concept kitchen/family room was great for being together. Fireplace made it cozy. There were more intimate spaces for conversations with fewer people and private bedrooms.

Good stay, bad connection

The property was clean and beautiful. Well appointed. But the main concern we had was the connection. We seemed to keep tripping it. I will say that the Owner was always in communication even well into the wee hours of the morning as we had meetings that lasted late at night. So I appreciated the communications. However, it would be good to just get that fixed! Everything else was awesome!

Great Location, however....

Thrilled with finding a property in the Chantilly neighborhood. Fantastic location to downtown. Our problem was with the cleanliness of the house. Stained furniture (living room couch), mold in bathroom lights, registers, on the shower curtain, food in the kitchen sink drain, bath towels with bleach stains on them....no attention to detail throughout the house. I have pictures if needed. We turned on the living room lights, then the tv, and a fuse blew. I emailed the owner, and his first response was, "that's never happened before". Period. (Well it happened to me, lets fix this). He offered to bring over an extension cord the following morning. No thank you. Just please tell me where the fuse box is. That was fine, he gave me the lock code to that room. We figured out to keep lights to a minimum when the tv was on. However, I then plugged in my phone charger on the and the fuse blew again. Obviously there was a problem. It happens. Just needs to be fixed. By this point after reading more reviews of the property, it seemed like the owner is very defensive when a renter had problems, so I decided not to contact him further. It has taken me almost two weeks to write a review because of his angry response to a previous renter. But as I said, I have pictures to back up my claims, and I wouldn't rent his property again anyway. We left the house very clean. But potential renters should know, location is great, house not well cared for.

Everything and More

The house is beautiful, large and very well maintained, perfect for a family. The area is very walkable and full of restaurants and shops. This is the second stay at this property and we will definitely be staying the the future.

Great location, great house

This house worked perfectly for a group of 6 friends converging in Charlotte from across the country. Location couldn’t be beat with easy walking to all the restaurants, bars, and cafes in Plaza Midwood.

Great Location

The location and size of the house is fantastic. A very short walk to Plaza Midwood and a ton of bars, restaurants and cafes. We had some issues after we checked in, but Patrick was able to help me work the most important ones out.

Wonderful wedding weekend!

The house was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. We had plenty of room to enjoy family meals, and we loved the front porch. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was very well stocked (e.g., soap, shampoo, kitchen supplies, etc.) It was perfect!

April Wedding

The property worked extremely well during the wedding activities. Three couples stayed at the house. There was plenty of room for everyone. All activities were extremely accessible from the house location.

Family gathering

Plenty of space, adequate supplies, great kitchen, dining and living room...easy walk to restaurants/shops...great neighborhood. Even though backed up to the highway, the house was very quiet.

This house was not very clean and had a serious problem with ants and cockroaches.

In this house there are two bathrooms upstairs and one downstairs. When I entered the downstairs bathroom, I noticed right away that there were ants everywhere, coming in from under the toilet. I took some bug spray from the cleaning closet and spent about 20 minutes spraying them and cleaning them up. However, ants kept coming in from under the toilet. I notified the home owner that the bathroom had a serious ant problem. He responded by asking if I would set off a fogger in the bathroom, plus another fogger outside near the crawl space under the house. I told him I could not set off the foggers because my family and I were just leaving the house to keep a reservation we had made. The owner said he would set off the foggers later in the day. When we returned to the house around 5:00pm that evening, I looked in the bathroom and saw the fogger on the toilet and numerous dead ants all over the bathroom, plus at least one dead cockroach. However, there were still many live ants in the bathroom and they were continuing to come in from under the toilet. I sent a message to the owner telling him that I was frustrated by the fact that I had taken this house because it had three bathrooms, but one bathroom was clearly going to be off limits for us. He asked me why the bathroom was off limits. I told him it was full of dead ants and cockroaches, covered in bug poison and ants were still coming in. At the owner’s request, I sent him pictures of the bathroom. He told me that I should vacuum up the ants if I wanted to use that bathroom. I responded that, as I had paid a hefty cleaning fee, I did not think it was appropriate to ask me to clean the bugs out of the bathroom, not to mention the fact that ants were still coming into the bathroom, and there was bug poison everywhere. The bathroom was neither safe nor sanitary, and no one would want their family using it. The owner said the issue was out of his control and if I was not happy with it, I could leave the house at any time. He did not offer any accommodation or make any further attempt to remedy the problem. We did stay in the house for the remainder of our booking, but we could not use that bathroom. During our stay we saw other cockroaches in the house, and I took pictures of them. I was astounded that the owner would rent his house out on VRBO as he must have known about the bug problem, and I was surprised that he would be so rude and belligerent when asked to remedy the problem.

Excellent well equipped house in a nice neighborhood. We were able to walk to many restaurants and bars. The house was well stocked and clean. Host was extremely responsive. Will stay here again when in Charlotte!

Great home in fantastic location

My family and I stayed here to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday. The house was very clean and spacious, and the location was great! We also loved the very large kitchen and living room as we were able to all be in it together. We were able to get to the airport in 20 minutes, the mall in 15, and both of the restaurants we were eating at were within walking distance (The Fig Tree and SupperLand). Patrick was extremely helpful with all of my questions and his responses were within minutes. We would definitely stay here again.
