**Any violation of House Rules can result in min. $1000 fee.**
✔ Booking Requirements: A government ID is required upon booking (must be 21 years or older to book). A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
✔ Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out is 11 AM. Our turnover team operates on a tight schedule, and we cannot accommodate checkouts past 11 AM. Please return the key to its original location upon departure. Late checkouts will incur a fee of $200.
✔ Occupancy: Occupancy is intended for a maximum of 10 people.
✔ No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. Noise, unruly behavior, loud music, and disrespectful or unlawful activity will warrant the forfeiture of your entire reservation (and possible fees).
✔ Smoking: Not allowed in or around the property (including hookah). A fee of $300 will be charged if smoking occurs in the home.
✔ Pets Allowed: Please contact us with details about your pet at the time of booking for approval. A one-time fee and necessary vaccination records are required. The following breeds are restricted: American Pit Bull Terrier, any Pit Bull hybrid, Rottweiler, Chow-Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Wolf-dog hybrid, German Shepherd, Malamute.
✔ Units Left Extremely Dirty: Additional fees up to $250 may be charged for units found in an unreasonable state.
✔ Items Not Returned: A $125 charge applies for each unreturned item, including keys and garage door openers.
✔ Firearms/Weapons: Weapons or firearms are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in eviction and fees.

✔ Parking Instructions: If you’ve arrived by car, please ensure your parking permit number is clearly displayed in your vehicle to avoid any towing issues. If your permit number is missing or not visible, or if you haven’t received one yet, please engage our Reluxme team, and we’ll be happy to assist. Guests must park in designated guest parking areas or obtain a permit to avoid any towing fees. Please also remember to park your vehicle in reverse.

✔ Trash Instructions: Please make sure all trash is placed in the appropriate receptacle in the kitchen. This includes any trash in the bathroom or living areas. Excessive trash left inside or outside the unit can incur additional fees of up to $60.

✔ Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval and a one-time $500 fee. Please provide vaccination records at the time of booking. Note that certain breeds are restricted, including American Pit Bull Terriers, Pit Bull hybrids, Rottweilers, Chow-Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-dog hybrids, German Shepherds, and Malamutes.

✔ No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including hookah, is strictly prohibited on the property. A $500fee will be charged if smoking occurs.

✔ Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 10

✔ Mail/Package Delivery: Direct deliveries to the property are discouraged. Use the local Amazon Hub Stations, PO Boxes or UPS Mailboxes for mail needs.

✔ Food Delivery: Food deliveries are welcome.

✔ No Parties or Events: Our home is not suitable for parties, events, or large gatherings. Noise, unruly behavior, and loud music will result in the forfeiture of your reservation and possible additional fees.

✔ Cleanliness: Additional fees up to $250 may apply if the unit is left in an unreasonable state.

✔ Items Not Returned: A $300 charge applies for each unreturned item, including keys, fobs, and parking passes.

✔ Firearms/Weapons: No firearms or weapons are allowed on the property. Violations may result in eviction and additional fees.

✔ Community Guidelines: This is a residential community, and respect for the space and common areas is required. Noise, unlawful activity, and disrespectful behavior will lead to forfeiture of your reservation and additional fines.
