C'est une propriété unique située sur les rives de la magnifique rivière White. Cette maison inspirée par Frank Lloyd Wright comprend quatre chambres, trois salles de bain, une salle de billard et sa propre salle de cinéma! Avec le sol au plafond en verre au niveau principal, vous avez une vue imprenable sur le fleuve depuis chaque chambre! La rampe de mise à l'eau est juste en bas de la rue ou vous pouvez pêcher dans la cour arrière! Le pont enveloppant est un endroit merveilleux pour s'asseoir et profiter de la vue imprenable! Un endroit idéal pour profiter d'un grand groupe ou garder cet endroit étonnant pour vous!

The property was in a great location and had a lot of potential. The owner was very communicative throughout our stay and was responsive when issues came up, even bringing over a tower fan when the ceiling fan and HVAC in the primary bedroom were not working properly.That said, the property could use some maintenance and TLC. The primary bedroom’s air conditioning struggled, the ceiling fan was inoperable, the urinal in one of the bathrooms leaked badly when flushed, and the water had a noticeable sulfur smell even after running it for a while.Overall, we had an good stay. The owner’s efforts to address problems were appreciated, but the property would benefit from some repairs and upkeep to match its great location and its cool furniture and art work.

Thanks so much for your feedback! We just installed a brand new central HVAC system but unfortunately a piece of duct work in that end of the house separated. I did purchase fans immediately for that room & had them delivered within a couple of hours of your notification. A crew is onsite fixing that issue this morning. The urinal is also being addressed this morning. There are three other full bathrooms so hopefully it wasn’t too much of an issue. Being right on the water occasionally there will be a sulfur smell especially if the water hasn’t been ran in a few days but it immediately clears after running the faucets. Again, thank you for the feedback. We strive to be responsive & we immediately work to resolve any issue that might arise. Thank you! Janet

Great place to stay on the river

We enjoyed walking down to the White River to fish and swim. The media room and pool table kept us entertained in the evening. I highly recommend a visit to this house.

I have to tell you that this house is totally amazing. We had 10 guys here for our annual fishing trip and everyone voted to come back next year. We prepared all the meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We played pool and used the theater room and had a blast. Poker at night on the large table off the kitchen and the sleeping arrangements were first class. This house does not disappoint!

Amazing River Retreat!

Wow... is an understatement and does not express the wonderful time we had at this home on the White River. The modern open design of the home and the ambiance it creates with nature is unlike any other rental we have stayed at over the years. The views of the river, the effective use of space will not soon be forgotten. This home is better that the pictures on the website can convey and we look forward to returning again next year.!

Fantastic House for Family's or Business or Both

The pics don't do it justice. This place feels like it belongs on a hillside in LA. This is NOT a cabin lol. Whether for biz or relaxation this place was fantastic and the space is amazing. The only ding and it is very small is that there is not a great place to fish from the bank. That would make this place a 13/10. Communication from the property manager was best in class! We just loved it and got a lot of work done while enjoying a zen like property both beautiful and relaxing.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED

Absolutely stunning. From Janet the host, to the location, to the house itself. Breathtaking views. All modern amenities, huge showers, hot water, ice cold ac, endless opportunities for fun and things to do. We rent places and go on trips about 4-6 times a year and this VRBO has taken the cake. If you’re even remotely considering staying, pull the trigger. In almost all situations I am underwhelmed when I get to the place in person. This was the opposite. So much more than we would’ve ever expected. 10 stars!

Great Location Directly on the White River

This house looks like a Frank Lloyd Wright design and has ample room for many guests. There are two master suites, and two other bedrooms. We spent a lot of time in the Movie Theater and playing pool! The beds were super comfy with really soft sheets. The house is stocked so well with towels, paper towels, spices, aluminum foil, parchment paper, charcoal lighters, coffee, sugar, etc! Janet, the property manager, is AMAZING and went out of her way to help us locate a reputable fishing guide. We truly enjoyed our 4 days at this house and the only issues were the following:The bedroom directly to the left, when you enter the house, is much hotter than any of the other rooms and does not cool down at night, even with the AC set to 67 degrees. There is a portable tower fan in that room to help circulate the air. The hot water heater may need to be replaced, because the water has a very strong sulfur smell and "iron" taste. Make sure you bring bottled water. This is also true of the showers and bath water. It really smells up the bathrooms. :)The dishwasher would not come on or display any power, but we discovered a power strip under the sink that had been turned off. The urinal in the master bedroom to the right leaks when flushed. We woke up the middle of the night stepping in water on the floor.Those are easy fixes and we would definitely come back to this property if ever in the area again!!!

Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed your stay! We had just had a previous guest stop up the disposal and we had it cleaned out & obviously they failed to flip the switch back on. So glad that was an easy fix! As for the water leaking from that bathroom urinal, that’s a new issue we will have maintenance look into. You didn’t mention the HVAC during your stay but as soon as I read your review I sent a tech out & sure enough a section of duct work that specifically feeds that far left master bedroom had come unattached limiting the air flow. He was able to fix it immediately and that issue is resolved. Thank you for letting me know. I always appreciate guest feedback!! Good remodel of a nicely designed house. Great views. Great location. Quiet. Nice media room (so many remotes!). Loved the old school arcade game. Kitchen worked great. The negatives aren't many - the house heats and cools unevenly upstairs. We used open doors with screens to compensate. The new "dock" isn't really a dock. It's an observation deck. And for the fishermen - it's a wade in situation with shallow fast moving water off the pebble bank. The deep seam is on the other side. Difficult to bait fish. Easy fly fishing. But hey, it's the White River. We caught fish!

The house was fantastic and the view was amazing! The theater room was great for watching the Hogs win the first game of the year. I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

Church Mens Retreat

We go float white river every year for a mens retreat at my church in texas and this was the nicest cabin we have stayed in this far. Management is great and communication was awesome. We will be back!

WOW!!

The only word to describe this property is WOW! I really have no idea what else you could want from a vacation property. Amazing river views on one side, mountain views on the other, both from the same seat! The owner was very easy to deal with, and very prompt with all communication. The theater room and game room are great. The design both inside and out is incredible. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. And did I mention the views? As others have mentioned, the pictures are fantastic, but absolutely do not do this place justice. Our group of 8 very experienced travelers with age ranges from 10 to 50 stayed here for a week and all agreed it was one of our best vacations. Do yourself a favor and book a stay at this property immediately. Seriously, what are you waiting for?

Unique & Amazing Home & Location

We were lucky to be able to book this amazing property! So unique with the design and all of the extras. The house was very well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, linens, blankets, coffee, and toiletries. The glass front on this property was incredible. Made us feel as though we were out on the river even from the bedrooms. Furniture was so comfortable and stylish. We had 4 couples and had more than enough room. We called the Hogs during the game in the theatre room which spoiled us watching on the big screen!! Amazing experience all around! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!!

Relaxing getaway

one of our favorite properties. Such a wonderful and relaxing setting, with all the amenities you need to stay in and enjoy the beautiful scenery from inside or to enjoy the natural beauty outside. It's remote but if you bring your supplies, the property is well appointed with everything else you should need. We will be back, I'm sure
