Superbe maison méticuleusement entretenue à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Suivez le soleil et l'air salé et arrivez chez vous loin de chez vous. Que vous cuisiniez pour une ou dix personnes, le chef du groupe appréciera certainement cette cuisine à aire ouverte entièrement rénovée. Commencez la journée à préparer du café dans le Keurig et terminez la journée en partageant une bouteille de Pinot réfrigéré de votre réfrigérateur à vin. Ouvrez les curseurs et la fête s'étend à l'extérieur. Gonflez le radeau et passez vos journées à rêver à flot dans la piscine d'eau salée chauffée.

Great vacation spot

We had a great time during our stay. The house was clean and had everything needed. Also great location as it’s a short drive to several beaches. Hope to be back there again!

Great getaway location

The location was great-quiet and private. So many beautiful birds around the pool area. The house was just as listed-very clean and has everything you need. We were especially pleased to see a metal sifter when looking for shark teeth along with all that we needed for the beach! We totally enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home

Thought and care made this home feel like home. Plenty of space to enjoy family and spread out. The kitchen is well equipped and they provided enough necessities to get settled.

Amazing stay!

We loved this home! The outdoor area was comfortable, clean and private. The pool was awesome for 2-3 dips a day! The kitchen was excellent - everything we needed for in home cooking! Beds comfy, living area very comfortable as well! Close to grocery store and a quick drive to beaches, including Boca Grande which is a darling island worth visiting! Nice neighborhood, we walked all around the home and felt very safe. We would for sure stay again if back in the area! Host was excellent - responsive and helpful.

Cozy Family Friendly

Pictures were accurate. Bedrooms were perfect for our 3 adult children and ourselves. Love the heated pool and outdoors. Ample seating for our family to watch movies. Had all of the necessities and more. Great place to spend Christmas together, coming from Colorado, Texas and Ft. Meyers. The only thing that would have made it better was a Christmas tree and some Christmas decorations! Would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

4 adults and 2 children stayed in this lovely home. We found it to be just as described from Its rental description. The floor plan was well laid out, our family of 6 never felt crowded. It was one of the cleanest homes we’ve ever rented. It was well appointed with utensils, appliances, linens, etc. location was great for our purposes and several nice beaches were just a short drive away. We spent a lot of time by the pool, the patio area was comfortable and well appointed also.

Nice, clean house

The house was clean and in good condition. It suited our needs being close to the marina ( 12 minutes away). The posted signs within the property were excessive for our tastes after reading the online instructions and the materials left on the table, but this probably would not matter to many people. The management company communicated well and were responsive. We recommend this property.

Outstanding Stay

We were visiting for a high school graduation with family and this house was perfect for our needs. There was a Publix and Winn Dixie very close and having a well stocked kitchen was convenient. There are several golf courses within a few minuets of the house. The house was very clean with plenty of towels. Having beach chairs and umbrella was a great perk which came in handy as we spent one day on the beach. We got great use of the pool as well as the gas grill. All communication with the property manager was efficient and they were exceptionally attentive. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others.

Clean Pool Home

The house and pool are very nice. We had a great time. The outdoor shower by the pool is a huge plus. The place was spotless upon arrival. Would recommend. That said, the code did not work upon arrival. The lock box was tricky and the key did not readily come out of the lock. Repair is needed. Also, the freezer leaked. Small problems that are easy to fix.

Perfect location to beaches and restaurants!

We loved this beautiful house and will come back again! We loved the location, close to everything but yet in a quiet neighborhood.. loved the outdoor donning area and pool. Very nicely decorated and upscale!

You’ve came to the right place

This vacation home is everything you read it to say. From the beginning when u had a question the response time was fast and helped me every step of the way with feeling comfortable about booking. We knew in the listing of everything they would be providing but still brought our own beach chairs, beach and pool toys and beach towels but when we arrived they literally had everything! With this house you are able to fly into FL and not worry about not having things you will need. The couches and bed was amazing for comfort. We used the grill for the week at night and it was very clean and ready to use. The pool was very clean and warm at all times. I did love how some small things you have to buy at the grocery store was already supplied in the kitchen. I felt it was very convenient to have a washer and dryer so that I don’t have to take dirty clothes back home. This house is the first one I have ever stayed in that has a fan in the bathroom, which is genius since being a woman it does tend to get hot when doing my hair and makeup. It only took us 7min to get to the beach as well. The beach is very clean and not crowded. Our family will be booking this location again. We had a blast!

Great location and privacy. We were attending a wedding and made it a vacation. Had plenty of room for boat trailer and vehicle parking. Nice home with all amenities. Property manager was very responsive to all communication in a timely manner.

Amazing Vacation Home

We had a wonderful week at this property. The home was exactly as described! It had all the necessary amenities, as well as many additional amenities. The pool and lanai were wonderful for relaxing. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked. The nearby beaches were very peaceful. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to get away and relax for a while.

Enjoyed our Stay!

This is a beautiful, fully stocked, well decorated home! We just loved having our own private pool. We went to Englewood Beach that is only a 15 minute drive away. My husband enjoyed playing golf at a couple of nearby golf courses. There are fun restaurants/bars in a short distance. We enjoyed our stay!
