Overall, the home was wonderful. The website accurately describes the rooms and amenities. Communication is via text. We never talked to an actual person. However, the activity next door put a damper on things. The attached property was being renovated and on Thursday, Friday and Saturday we could clearly hear hammers, handheld saws, and electric tools (drills? saws?) The workers didn't leave until after 6:00 pm on Friday. They also blocked our access to our vehicle with their truck. Also, it was a very rainy weekend, and the closet in the yellow bedroom has a leak. But the beds were comfortable and the water was hot. And the place was very clean.

House was in a terrific neighborhood, a little more quiet with a baker/cafe close by and a few blocks to the main park. It was clean for an older home. The photo layout was not clear but the third small bedroom was separate from the second bedroom to the hall way. Overall a great stay for three days. The company was in good communication before and throughout the stay.

I appreciate you flagging the photo/layout issue — we'll update the listing to make the third bedroom’s location clearer. Happy to hear the home was clean and our communication met your needs. We’d love to host you again. - The Lucky Team

Great location! Easy walk to Forsyth park and historic district. Easy communication with host when we had a small snafu with water temperature - they sent someone over same day. It was lovely having laundry available. The entire stay was seamless.

Weekend in historic Savannah

Just popped in for a quick weekend in SAV to visit family and found just the right place to hit all the top spots within walking distance. The house was two levels with the bedrooms on the top floor. Well laid out kitchen and precious side porch for long chats. Bonus points was the Kroger which is only a block away if you should need anything.

Savannah Family Trip 2024

The location of this property is awesome for historical walks and tours. We were able to walk to the market and River St within 20 minutes with great stops and scenery along the way. There were 3 cars in our party and we had no problem parking. The kitchen is great for preparing meals. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was a combo of old Savannah flavor/beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

The house was great for the 5 of us women. Plenty of room. The management company was super responsive when we requested xtra towels. Check in was easy. They let us store our bags until we could get into the property. The showers could have used a deeper clean they were somewhat dirty, and the house itself had a lot of decorations. All these areas were super dusty. Felt a little unclean.
