Appartement au 3ème étage (avec ascenseur et accès handicapés) situé dans le 1er arrondissement, rue du Louvre, à proximité du musée du Louvre et à deux pas de la Seine. Les moulures apparentes, le parquet, la hauteur sous plafond, les grandes fenêtres font le charme de cet appartement typiquement parisien. Il donne pleinement sur cour, lui faisant bénéficier d’un calme absolu.

L’appartement, entièrement rénové en 2014, est composé de : une cuisine ouverte sur le séjour, deux chambres et une salle de bain.

Le salon/salle à manger est équipé d’un canapé, d’une table basse, d’une table à manger, d’une télévision (avec chaînes internationales) et d’un téléphone (appels gratuits sur fixes et portables notamment aux US, Canada, Chine, plus de 100 pays). L’appartement dispose d’une connexion internet haut débit illimitée avec wifi.

La chambre principale possède un lit king-size, des espaces de rangement, deux tables de chevet et un téléphone.

La seconde chambre dispose d’un lit king size (ou deux lits simples au choix), d’une armoire avec portes coulissantes, et de deux tables de chevet.

La salle de bain possède une douche à l’italienne, un lavabo ainsi qu’un WC.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée : ustensiles, four combiné, cafetière Nespresso, machine à café, grille-pain, machine à laver.

L’appartement est au centre de Paris et à 3 minutes de Châtelet-Les Halles (lignes 1, 4, 7, 11 et 14 ainsi que les lignes de RER A, B, D).

Deux manuels sont mis à disposition : un pour aider à l’utilisation de l’équipement électroménager de l’appartement et un second avec des informations sur le quartier (supermarchés, boulangeries...).

Une personne de notre équipe sera sur place pour vous accueillir afin de vous présenter l’appartement et répondre à vos questions.

L'appartement a une surface de 60 mètres carrés, il a été entièrement rénové en 2014. Il dispose d'un salon et d'une cuisine ouverte, deux chambres doubles et une salle de bain. L'appartement dispose de parquet d'origine et de moulures parisiennes.

Juste à côté de la salle de séjour, la salle de bain complète dispose d'un accès handicapés et est équipée d'une douche à l'italienne et d'un WC.

La deuxième chambre est en face de la salle de bains, au début du couloir menant à la zone de couchage. Cette chambre dispose de deux lits simples, d'une armoire et d'une fenêtre avec une vue donnant sur la cour. Ces deux lits simples peuvent également faire un lit double king size.

La chambre principale est au bout du couloir et a un lit king size, un grand placard, un téléphone avec appels internationaux pour US / Canada depuis les fixes et les portables.La fenêtre a une vue donnant sur la cour.

L'appartement dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi illimitée dans toutes les pièces.

Very nice place. Perfect location.

This apartment is located in perfect location. We walked just about everywhere. Very good communication with property manager. The place was immaculate. The crazy lady downstairs only banged the ceiling twice. We were 3 older ladies so not making a lot of noise. My only suggestion would be to please add more mirrors with oncertainly not ma

Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was wonderful. Just as advertised! It was great location, quiet, we could walk almost everywhere of interest to us. Lots of places to eat nearby. The management was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had. We definitely recommend it. In fact we cannot wait to visit Paris again and would definitely stay here again

Family in Paris

We took our family to Paris in April, and stayed here. Very convenient location, with everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything our family needed (wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, etc). It is not a big place, but worked totally fine for our family of 4. Owner was responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

Lovely stay

The apartment was exactly as pictured and expected. Very comfortable for our family of four adults. A safe location and building. We enjoyed our stay. The floors are loud, as others have noted. I wish there was something that could be done about loud, squeaky wood floors so we would not have to worry about disturbing our downstairs neighbors. Overall a lovely stay.

Parisian delight

Our family of four loved this centrally located apartment. Beautifully appointed, well equipped for a comfortable stay and also a very peaceful spot within the secure complex. Located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, museums and the river and many more wonderful sights, as well as the metro system. Communication was excellent and it was lovely to be greeted and shown around on our arrival. We would definitely recommend to others.

Quiet and Convenient

This clean and well maintained apartment and building was a great landing pad for our family of four, vacationing in Paris. The location was great for walking to many attractions, although we typically travelled to other neighborhoods to find restaurants. The bedrooms were a nice size, the newly renovated bathroom was wonderful and the open living was attractive, if a bit too small. The property was very quiet and a wonderful reprieve from the bustling city and crowded tourist attractions. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful flat!

Everything was easy about this flat. From check-in to a functional layout, this flat had it all. We are a family of 4 and we were very comfortable here. You are close to major sights, and easy access to the metro. The space is well equipped, in a quiet building, with key fob access. The management company took care of everything seamlessly. We were extremely happy with our stay.

Charming French apartment in the heart of Paris

Apartment was small but in a great location close to both the Louvre and Les Halle's metro stops. Easy walk to Louvre, etc. Grocery store, bakery and cafes near by. Apartment was clean and very quiet. Only negative was the overall building was a little run down, but very safe. I think it is in transition as stores on ground floor looked like they were going to open soon which would bring more life to the building.

Great Location and Excellent Unit

We loved the peace and quiet of the courtyard building, which in itself was very stately. The view is not into the courtyard with the fountain; instead the windows look out into much smaller courtyards but the view is pleasant and provides lots of natural light. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. The bathroom and master bedroom were especially nice sized. The beds were very comfortable. The location is absolutely amazing, in walking distance to the Louvre, the convenient store Monoprix, amidst a nice shopping area. There is a nice park across the street. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friend and would be happy to stay here again in the future. Andre was very welcoming and office assistance was friendly. Thank you! Great location in Paris

This condo is exactly as described. We were met at the gate by Samia (Account Manager-Glamaparis) and we were shown around the condo. It is in excellent shape and is in a great location! We felt very safe throughout our stay. Restaurants, shopping, Louvre, grocery store, drug store, all within walking distance. We were able to walk everywhere even to the Eiffel tower. I would definitely recommend having dinner at the Eiffel tower. It was a great experience. We also did several free walking tours that were amazing. Google-ParisDiscoverwalks.com. We did the Montmartre and Hidden Gems tour. They do require a tip; however it is well worth it. Paris was a wonderful trip and I highly recommend. I would recommend a guided tour through the Louvre; you will appreciate it so much more hearing from a local. We were there for 4 nights and ready to go back. Take an umbrella in case it rains.

Excellent location and stay for family of four

The apartment's location is second to none. It is walking distance to the Louvre, Jardin des Tuileries, Seine, Pont Neuf (and tour boat), Notre Dame, Centre Pompidou, Forum des Halles, and the Opéra. ATM is literally next door, and subway station a 5 minute walk away. There is a secured gate which leads to a small court yard and another keyed entrance from here to the apartment building. We felt very safe and the apartment is quiet despite being in the middle of the city. It is very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is brand new, bedrooms are spacious, though living room is a bit small. This did not bother us, as we were gone most of the time anyway. There is a washing machine and a drying rack, which is great for families with children who want to travel light. Bakeries and grocery store are close by so we had fresh bread and croissants for breakfast every morning before heading out. There are several good restaurants close by (Try, for example, Le Louis or Au Vieux Comptoir). We loved our stay in Paris, and renting an apartment is definitely the way to go with children! On a side note, at Glamaparis' recommendation we booked transport from and to the airport through ParisChauffeurs.com which was super convenient. The driver was on time, courteous, and very pleasant.

Mother and two daughters from Missouri/perfect spot for Spring Break

This apartment was wonderful, beautiful, updated, clean, and in a perfect location, just as the description says. My daughters and I stayed for 8 nights. The building is safe and quiet. Everything is in walking distance which made our stay easier than I expected. The master bedroom with king bed is huge, and the smaller bedroom with two twins was perfect for my daughters. There is ample closet space in both rooms. The restoration done on this apartment was top notch, keeping the lovely plaster ceiling moldings and hardwood floors for that typical French apartment feel. The elevator is very convenient. I also wish to add that Glamaparis, the rental agency managing this apartment, is fabulous to work with. We arrived much earlier than expected, and the agent met us there within ten minutes for an early check-in at no charge. They stayed in touch throughout our stay and answered everything immediately. Glamaparis is truly caring about their guests and gaining customer loyalty. I felt that our needs, questions and concerns were of utmost importance to them. Another nice gesture is that the agent, Alexis, met us at the apartment, gave us a tour and showed us how to use everything, instead of just handing us a guidebook. Glamaparis gives a personal touch to their customers. I would definitely stay at this property again or elsewhere with Glamaparis, depending upon the size of my group.

Perfect central location, perfect tranquility

We fell in love with this lovely apartment near the Louvre. Our stay was perfect in every way; the apartment location is top notch, the security and ambiance of the building was exactly as shown (even better); it was incredibly quiet which was great for a good nights rest after active days exploring the city by foot, bike and metro. Note this is not a property for loud visitors or heavy footed guests as the tenant demand quiet which we appreciated as well. The other reviews were very helpful to us and we researched many places and are grateful we chose to work with Glamaparis. Samia was exceptionally attentive and delivered perfect service all the way through. We hope to return for a future stay, this was perfect for our family of four and provided everyone with a comfortable bed to sleep in as opposed to a pull out couch which is common in this price point. The neighborhood restaurants were excellent (our favorite was Casa Festa), we enjoyed walking around the Louvre courtyards at night and seeing the river bridges at night also. Very safe area, super convenient with G20 grocery 2 minute walk away; we explored with our kids and never felt anything but perfectly safe. We loved Le Palais Royale on our way home most afternoons as the kids had a blast playing with other kids. Velib bike service is excellent (we biked from the Eiffel Tower all the way back to the apartment and it was not very far really), but be sure to pay attention to how the costs really work as they can add up quickly given the usage fees beyond the subscription costs. Enjoy....you will not regret.

Rue du Louvre – Perfect for our Family of Five!

When we began to plan our trip to Paris for the 2014 Christmas holidays, we quickly realized we would need 2 hotel rooms to accommodate our family of 5. However, since we all wanted to be together, we determined that an apartment would be the best way to accomplish this. We also couldn’t decide where to stay in Paris– Right/Left Bank, close to the busy center of town or in a quiet residential neighborhood. Fortunately, we were very lucky to have discovered this particular apartment (Prop. 1638741) located on Rue du Louvre because it had so many things going for it – a 5 minute walk to the Musee du Louvre, a 10 minute walk to Le Marais, a 2 minute walk to several excellent restaurants just to the north in the area around Rue Montorgueil, and best of all, a 2 minute walk to both the Les Halles and Louvre - Rivoli Metro Stations. This gave us immediate access to all parts of Paris very quickly. We could be in Saint-Germain-des-Pres on the Left Bank or the Arc de Triomphe or Le Marais on the Right Bank, in no time at all. The two of us and our three kids -- ages 26, 23, and 13, all managed perfectly in this apartment. It was recently renovated and everything is brand new. The kitchen was perfect for the cooking we did. The bathroom, with its large shower and heated towel rack, was comfortable and modern. The beds and mattresses were comfortable and provided excellent support. Finally, the neighborhood is safe and the building is very secure, requiring key fobs to enter the courtyard from the street and the building itself, and keys to enter the apartment. The apartment is located deep inside the courtyard and away from any major neighboring streets, so it is very quiet and protected from traffic noise. Also, the TV service and Wi-Fi internet was excellent and very fast. We were so pleased to have discovered this apartment, which really made our trip a wonderful and memorable one. We would definitely stay here again the next time we return to Paris!

Sauber und gut vorbereitet, Empfang gut geplant. Der Gast Geber aber sieht meiner Frau, die über 80 ist und kaum mit ihrem Koffer zurechtkommt, ungerührt zu. Hat keine Zeit, in der Küche oder Fernseher irgendwas zu zeigen oder zu erklären. Wohnung hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, ist etwas spartanisch eingerichtet aber ok, schlimm aber ist der Lärm von der angrenzenden Wohnung, der uns Nachts aus dem Schlaf reisst (3x).

Great location

The location and the property management were great. The apartment is functional, but bare, in brown and black and hardly anything on the walls. Windows look out into a very narrow courtyard looking into other windows with only a small patch of sky to see what the day may be like.

Disappointed

Although the photos look quite nice, the reality was far less. The wood floors are quite noisy, squeaking with your every step and it caused repeated problems with the woman living below. The oven is really a microwave, the fridge does not have a freezer and is really more like a large servi-bar. The bathroom has peeling paint but on a positive note the bedrooms are large and the location is great. Damien and the mgmt team did their best to mollify the neighbor but I would want assurance that this problem is solved before renting.

Apartment is spacious

The apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms and plenty of storage space for clothes. The kitchen and living room are also very appropriate for the size of the apartment. It is also located in a very good place near the Louvre, a mall and plenty of restaurants. My only complaint is the lady downstairs she placed a couple of signs one in the elevator and the other outside the apartment door stating that we sounded like elephants walking in the middle of the night making a lot of noise - mind you we came home one evening at midnight and the only noise we made was to change & get ready for bed. She also rang the doorbell about 4 times at midnight stating we needed to be quiet and to tell the owner to place soundproof padding on the floors. We are a family of four with a young adult and a 9 year old, this has never happened to us and it was embarrassing to see a sign posted for everyone to see. The owner needs to address this with the neighbor below and fix the floors.

Wonderful experience in Paris!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The team at Glamaparis was so great to work with, everyone was so nice and I had zero concerns or anxiety throughout the process. The location was perfect, the building completely safe and the elevator a lifesaver. The apartment is nothing fancy but plenty of space and the team has thought of lots of amenities throughout - iron, ironing board, espresso machine, TV had all of the streaming apps if you're in the mood to relax a bit at the end of the day. SO MUCH within walking distance - great restaurants, Les Halles, the Louvre, the Seine, shopping at Samaritaine and Rue Rivoli. I could go on and on - so glad we chose this location. I will say that the creaky floors need some getting used to - just be prepared for them to be really really creaky. And as mentioned in the listing, the view is only internal courtyard. But the amount of space, nice shower and separate room/beds for my teen girls made this the ideal apartment for us. Thank you Glamaparis!
