2 chambres / 2 salles de bain mis à jour condo avec une sensation de plage complète - tant de lumière naturelle et des couleurs chaudes est tellement invitant!

La chambre principale a de beaux planchers de bois franc et un lit King avec votre propre balcon privé. Vous profiterez d'une grande salle de bains attenante, d'une douche à l'italienne et d'une télévision. Chambre également ces beaux planchers de bois franc, lit Queen avec un lit supplémentaire double pour un invité supplémentaire et leur propre téléviseur aussi.

Le salon est très lumineux et spacieux avec la vue magnifique sur la piscine en bord de mer et la plage pour ces couchers de soleil incroyables. La cuisine comprend un espace bar avec quelques sièges de bar pour un repas rapide ou un moment de rattrapage tout en préparant les repas faits maison avec tous les équipements que vous désirez, inclus dans la cuisine gastronomique.

Le grand balcon a une table pour dîner en plein air ou prendre un cocktail et profiter d'une soirée tranquille à la maison.

Le hall d'accueil et l'ascenseur sont sécurisés avec entrée par clé ou cabine d'appel pour vos invités.

Ce quartier a très peu d’accès public, c’est donc une plage très calme pour votre plaisir mais suffisamment proche de nombreux restaurants et magasins.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed. It was as pictured and clean. The beach was beautiful. The area was quiet and family friendly which we love. The pool being right beside the beach was a major plus for us with kids! We do plan on returning.

Beautiful place

This was a beautiful place to stay at the beach. The sunsets were spectacular. The access to the beach was easy. This time of year (September) the sunsets could be seen from the private porch as well as the beach. The unit was well equipped and very comfortable for my stay.

Awesome spot

Great place to watch the sunsets, collect shells, relax on the beach and swim in the pool. Our unit was oceanfront, a two bedroom, 2 bath condo, complete with washer/ dryer and pretty much all you need. Could use a few more bath towels and washcloths We did pack our own beach towels.

Nice quiet place - right on the beach

The property was as described. It is literally on the beach, so just a few steps to the sand. The complex is small and quiet and the beach is not packed, which is nice. The pool is tiny, so if you plan to go to the beach to stay in the pool, then this is not the place for you. There were chairs, umbrellas, toys and a small cooler, which was nice because we flew in. This is a very quiet area and there aren't many places within walking distance. Within walking distance, you will find putt-putt golf and 3-4 restaurants. Sue, the property manager, was SUPER attentive. We had 2 issues while we were there and she worked quickly to resolve them. Seriously, the property management is top-notch.

Appliances and building elevator

The lettering on the stove was missing so you had to guess the temperature settings. Refrigerator did not keep items very cold. Sometimes the elevator would extremely long time to get to a floor. I felt like I was about to get stuck in the cab. Master bedroom was hot during the night.

We really enjoyed being right on the beach. The ocean view from the spacious balcony is exactly as pictured. The condo was clean and included everything we needed. I loved the master bathroom glass counter top—it made for very convenient storage underneath. Restaurants are not within walking distance, but there are many options a short drive either way down Gulf Blvd. We had two cars, and there was only one space assigned, but there was plenty of guest parking for the second car. There are plenty of beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas, however we did have to purchase one of those plastic bases that screw into the sand to hold the umbrella-just a few dollars at the nearby Winn Dixie. The beach is very wide, and not crowded at all. This is a great family getaway. There is an elevator, which was a huge convenience. I have stayed in dozens of condos in FL over the years, and this ranks at the top!

Beautiful location steps away from a quiet beach.

We had a really great stay here. What we loved: steps from the beach, stocked kitchen with necessities and basic spices. Loved the balcony and all the beach toys and chairs. The two main beds were really comfortable. What could be improved: The mattress on the pull-out sofa bed was awful, I felt bad my teen son had the sleep on it. The pillows weren’t great either. We needed to get a few extras like laundry detergent and paper towels. We would’ve needed more TP if we stayed another day. Overall, we loved this property and would stay again!

Well appointed great view

Although the apartment was well appointed ther was limited closet space as the owner had most bedroom closets full of their stuff. Also, it was difficult to have the temperture up higher than 73 degrees as the out side temp was cold most of the time we were there.

Indian Rocks Beach

Unit was nice and clean. I thought that the tv in the living room should have been hooked up to Spectrum and not Pluto. While I knew that the elevator was not working when I booked the unit, I was disappointed that in the 8 days we were there not one person ever came to work on it!

It's supposed to be replaced this fall so can't wait to come back next year. Any issues I had Sue was very helpful and very responsive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience mirrored the other reviews! Everything we needed for the beach including towels, umbrella, chairs, toys, and even a float. Only thing you might need is a tent if you have a bigger group. The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook meals at home, only thing it didn't have was a blender lol but that wasn't a big deal. The small building size made it feel like we had our own pool at times. Even the beach wasn't crowded at all which was great. So easy to go to the pool or beach or back up to your room if you forgot something. We've stayed in this area for the past 10 years and this was definitely our favorite place so far. Balcony was great for eating breakfast or playing cards. We visited our favorite spots including Maggie Mae's, PJs, Beach Pizza, Smugglers Cove, Candy Kitchen, Seabreeze, and Salt Rock Grill. If you have 20 minutes to chill inside check our the Indian Rocks Beach Museum, it's a quick break if you need a break from the sun or rain and can a learn a few things ha! Also check out Sea-N-Things boat cruises, we had the best time! Definitely recommend this place! Would come again!

We would stay again!

We enjoyed this quiet, clean unit. The location was good. The sunsets were spectacular - so nice to see from the balcony! The weather was cool during our stay so we didn’t use the pool but it looked inviting. Overall this was a very nice place to stay!

Anything but relaxing!!!

Structural construction work with drilling in ceiling of garage below our condo that started every day at 8:15am - 4-5pm. Noise was so loud we could not carry on a conversation or hear tv. We had to leave the condo every morning and not return until after 5pm due to the stress of the noise. Contacted the manager who responded that they had no control over that. The property should never had been rented during this time. The manager has not responded after I asked for compensation.
