Bear Creek Cabins - Cabine de 1040 pieds carrés

Cette toute nouvelle cabane en bois rond (construite en 2019) de 1 040 pieds carrés est située dans la vieille ville minière de Jardine; 5 - 6 miles de Gardiner, Montana, l'entrée d'origine de Yellowstone! Il se trouve sur un peu plus de 12 acres de propriété qui, avec nos quatre autres chalets, borde les terres du service forestier national.

L'ancien site de la mine Jardine fait partie de la vue magnifique et unique sur les montagnes, tout en pouvant voir et entendre Bear Creek depuis votre terrasse arrière! Il y a aussi de beaux sentiers de randonnée à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée!
Si vous cherchez une escapade à la montagne pour pouvoir échapper à la foule après une longue journée d'activité dans le parc, alors c'est l'endroit parfait pour vous!

Yellowstone adventure! Wolf and bear watching.

Great rustic setting! Clean and well stocked with cooking basics. BBQ was awesome so we didn’t have to cook inside. Gas stove made it super comfy on our second chilly night. Only suggestion would be better light. It’s quite dark even during daylight hours with lights on. Great parking. Road was bery washnoardy to get there. Slow going. A nice addition would be a picnic table out by the creek. Lovely home for 2 couples.

Lovely cabin right near Yellowstone

We absolutely loved this cabin. It was perfect for 2 couples to stay in. The place was spotless. There is a stream behind it so you can hear the water flowing thru it. Location is very near town. We enjoy the drive up to the cabin because we always saw wildlife.

Best way to experience Yellowstone

This cabin is close to everything at the north entrance but still very secluded. The river behind the cabin is beautiful and there were elk on the mountain in front of the cabin every morning. We will definitely be back.

Lovely cabin

Overall, the cabin was comfortable and pleasant. I did find that there could have been more kitchen items, such as serving platters, dishes and silverware. The coffee pot didn't work, and the television was difficult to figure out. The managers were responsive and took care of both issues in a timely manner. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay at the cabin.

Beautiful cabin with room for family of 5. Road leading up to cabin is a little rough but experienced driver easily able to handle. We truly enjoyed our stay in this little piece of heaven near Yellowstone!

Nice spot in the mountains. Close to Yellowstone and local Gardnier attractions. Nice hiking within walking distance. Property managers very helpful and offered good tips on the area. Would definitely come back!

Yellowstone “Almost” with Great Hosts

Our group of four stayed at Bear Creek Cabins in June of 2022. We came to explore Yellowstone. The timing of our trip wasn’t the best as we arrived when the June 2022 floods hit the area and we were not able to access the park. Despite the flooding in the area and the park being closed, we had a wonderful time! The setting/scenery around the cabins is beautiful. The cabins themselves are clean, cozy, comfortable and come equipped with anything you might need. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious, clean and very up to date. We were able to explore some other local trails and we spent some time in downtown Gardiner which is a nice little town with very friendly people. The views from Gardiner and the North entrance to Yellowstone are stunning. If we plan to explore Yellowstone in the future we would definitely return here. The cabins are hosted by an amazing couple that we enjoyed spending some time with while we were at Great Bear Cabins. Andrew and Julie are excellent hosts. They had great communication with us, looked out for our needs and safety and were very helpful in sharing information with us. They are the kind of people you want running your VRBO.

Cozy and new

This was our first time visiting Yellowstone National Park! We were so happy we stumbled upon this gem. We travelled with another couple, so it was important that there were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. And, they were the exact same, on opposite sides of the house!! The cabin looks brand new and came with some nice amenities. The washer and dryer came in handy after our hikes!! We bbq’d on the back deck, which is a wonderful place to just sit and relax… there’s a river in the back. Very relaxing. Julie was very easy to talk to and got back to me, quickly, if I needed anything or had a question. I would certainly recommend this cabin for your next trip!!

Exactly as described

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Positives include: clean, new looking cabin in quiet surroundings. Hosts were very responsive and pleasant. Negatives: No wifi, too dark to be able to sort through luggage. We also did not like Gardiner as there are no decent food options and found Jardine quite a trek out of town and so would not return - but the latter is not the host’s fault!

Cozy ( & Classy ) Cabin

As we prepped for our first trip to Yellowstone, there was a lot of research and time spent selecting a home base. My husband, myself and 3 ( mostly adult) children all agreed this location was ideal. We loved the quality and thoughtful design of the cabin. There were a few extra unexpected highlights, we appreciated the bonus storage laundry room and utility room! They offer a nice place to keep luggage you don’t want to see during the stay & we returned home with clean clothes! The deck and porch both relaxing spots to spend time alone or together. My daughter did devotions in the morning creek side and it was also nice for evening meals and games. There was a fire ban during our stay (understandably) so we didn’t have campfires. The stove type heater inside helped to made up for that :) We scheduled a horseback fishing trip w Hellsaroaring which was one of the many highlights of the vacation, it’s just up the other side of mountain! We took multiple hikes from the cabin up the Bear creek. There were MANY birds to watch adjacent to the property dining on the ripe natural berries! This location would be ideal for couples wanting a romantic trip, family vaca and also would recommend for multi friends and fam if you rented out the other two cabins! The only thing that would have improved our stay is one more ‘comfy’ chair in the living area space. The one couch and chair seat 4 well but we had 5 and one of us always on the floor. Beyond that, the bear creek cabin gets full ⭐️rating and we are all grateful for our unforgettable time there! No hesitation about staying again one day :)

Beautiful new cabin with amazing hosts!!

Loved this cabin! Beautifully decorated and immaculate! Felt like home with stocked basic supplies (and not the no-name brand stuff either)! Our trip had to be cut short after only one night there due to Hurricane Ida making a direct hit on our home town. Hosts could not have been more kind and compassionate. We will be back ( not during Louisiana hurricane season) and would love to stay here again!!

We were so pleased with this cabin! The ride there had us questioning what we got ourselves into, but we absolutely loved the location and the property managers were amazing and prompt to answer any questions that we had. We will be staying here again for sure!

This place was awesome. Surrounded by mountains and trees. I loved listening to the creek from the back porch and the bedroom. The cabin was very clean and very well equipped. It was decorated and furnished beautifully. The craftsmanship of the woodwork inside was impressive. It's minutes from the entrance to Yellowstone. My family and I loved our time here.

Very clean. Great amenities with a washer and drier. Super comfy beds and pull out couch! Some of the appliances in the kitchen were nicer than my own! Beautiful accommodations and we were greeted with a deer and her fawn.

Great location for the North Entrance

The cabin was super clean and cozy and beds were soft and comfortable. Nightlights in the bathroom would have been nice touch to find your way in the middle of night. The cabin layout was perfect with 2mastersuites. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware and it was nice to have a grill on the porch. Which was great because we cooked most of our meals at the cabin. The owners were quick to respond to all of our questions. We loved having such a short drive to the Yellowstone and the cabin was super easy to find but we did have to drive up a 6m gravel road to get to cabin. And our family wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
